I notice Lindy mentions this twice in her comment

The high avidity that Immunobody induces may turn out to be of major importance. I wonder if Lindy is close to publishing mouse data.

This article gives us an idea of the growing use of mABs in the treatment of diseases.
No doubt fuelled to a great extent by checkpoint inhibitors.

I can't see moditope being used as preventative since it depends on the sequence of events

Pad expression->Autophagy->Citrullination/Homocitrullination

As I understand it, this sequence normally does not happen in normal healthy tissue, but it does in cancer and also in some auto-immune diseases.

Immunobody, on the other hand, has been postulated to be effective in early stage cancer. This is only an hypothesis at this stage.

I guess this may point towards starting the Modi1 trial without CIs, although from memory they were thinking of one of the cancers having a CI.
If there is early success, I can see this trial just continuing on an on as new cancers are added and possibly CIs.
It is good that we have the CAB in place to advise how to progress the trial.

Modi-1+PD1 combo vs Modi-1 alone = p=0.0894 (not statistically significant)

I am guessing p=0.0894 (9%) is not significant presumably because of the small sample sizes.
I wonder if Lindy and her team are going to continue on combo testing to increase the sample size.
