I was hoping to see this breach .40 and look towards the warrants money pouring in next week, but instead it's showing around 12 percent down today. Any ideas what's going wrong here?

I am taking the time to reply to you because like you i have the right to respond.

The first point is that i believe you are totally missing the point of this chat forum. I have said this many times it is to discuss pros and cons of a penny share. It is not a pro ramping echo chamber.

It is not healthy nor right for individuals to be suckered into putting money into something where they have a high chance of losing their hard earned cash. Some ramping posters here make comments like its some golden sure thing to lure in new money whilst they offload. Many many people shafted in the process. One guy you will recall took his own life. So i have absolutely no qualms in posting a contra point to the BS ramps posted. As I say, the forum is for pros and cons not just for ramping only albeit you would prefer it that way.

Secondly, you reference an individuals trading history you know zero about. A) you have absolutely no idea what stocks i have won and lost on, you go on BS that fellow rampers have posted to try and discredit me and b) what does it matter anyhow, who bloody cares, I go back to my first point, the forum is to discuss the pros and cons of THIS penny share NOT individuals.

Thirdly, Now you say, every company has a chance to be transformed. OK, I accept that BUT here we have a lifestyle business that has continually failed to deliver for over 18 years with over 20 raises and three consolidation events andca failed business model.

I say, its no different now to how it was previously. Just two raises back ME was adamant that a) Labs was breaking even that year and b) THX was going to deliver he was convinced of it. Now as you know Labs not only didn't break even, but jeeze it didn't even invoice a bean, zilch, it wasn't a small miss it was blatant disregard for shareholders imo, making a pledge then not delivering on it. Secondly the THX deal, continuing to run with that reflected poor judgement also, I could go on so whilst you ramp something I feel its only fair to contra with points that may reflect a different view. Especially as its a chat forum for pros and cons.

Finally, of course you have the right to defend your investment, but equally dont complain if others here point out where they believe there may be holes in your thinking or call out a statement as unqualified.and frankly, imo they ate doing you a favour, if nothing else it may help your own DD research consider areas you may not have considered.

Shurely shome mishtske here? Because the middle (removed) section is pure hypothesis and wishful thinking, not nailed on, not even loosely screwed. But a good medium length post to try to bury stuff that doesn't 'fit.'

Also 'an income stream that doesn't continually rely on the contents of punters' pockets' might me a good one here. Sadly absent.

How is 'enough cash for 20 weeks' something to talk up? Given that pharmaceutical developments make glaciers look like Usain Bolt, the financial situation here is dire, and the income prospects are beyond nail-biting. 'Hey, don't worry folks, we've got nothing commercial, no institutional investors and a ramp estimate of 20 weeks' money.'

That's a bit of a sad post there to be honest. You know so little about me, and what I've said here you've twisted and got wrong.

I don't do playground-style 'bet you a thousand quid' style dares. You keep your thousand and buy some VAL shares with it, like ME has (but you don't get ten grand a month or so back as a salary of course) and I'll put a grand where institutional investors go. You know, anywhere but VAL. If the CEO is the biggest shareholder, that to me smacks more of desperation than investability.

Maybe for now jist watch and wait and see what your mythical grand is worth after a 125:1 consolidation and a raise at .10

Notpotalot - if you're sincere in what you post (which I doubt) you will probably be the most surprised.

If you look at 201's history and 'achievements', the only place it will likely get outlicensed is to the bin.

Anyway, good to know that all previous failures are someone else's fault, and all dangled hope is down to ME. Reminiscent of when all previous failures were down to George and Satu, and Susie Dilly represented a bright new future that was oh so close but not quite there yet. Sounds familiar....

So that rash of wishy washy RNSs which had no money coming in and lots of 'hoped for' and potentially' and 'leading to' sort of phrases were not in any way designed to raise hopes ahead of the last placing were they? It's funny, because there was also a string of similar RNSs in the run up to the placing last year. I obviously thought 'oh good, VAL is really going places' but I wondered whether others might have seen it as (to put it crudely) a pumping effort for the share price.

Anyway, next week I will be in negotiations which have the potential to lead to the establishment of a valuable property portfolio, a mixture of London-based residential flats, and also at least two estates in Scotland with potential for developing into lucrative recreational facilities. The parties to whom I shall be speaking and hoping to get involved are well established in the field of sourcing prime sites for purchase at the best rates, and the financiers I will be meeting have very large funds waiting for investment at competitive rates.

This actually translates as 'I'm going to look in the estate agent's place tomorrow, then I'll go to the bank and ask if they'll lend me a shedload of money to buy expensive stuff and they'll say "No", but I'm allowed to ask'. But hey, it sounded promising as an aspiration, just a pity there was no substance behind it.

Given how little seems to be going on, there's only one thing I reckon he'll be pulling off.

If what you say about Porky is true, then surely he is the most qualified to call out a dud? He certainly seems to have got it right here over the last few raises doesn't he?

It looks an interesting strategy - please tell me more! As I see it, you talk prolifically about the excellent prospects for a share which is decline, yet end up with a good average you say? So presumably the talking-up is some sort of smokescreen for the unwary to enter and contribute towards a a rise, and you sell into the rise while they sit on the losses you knew were coming. Is that how it works?

From the percentage you're down here and the lack of success you've shown with NTVO you would have made a lot more with a Post Office account. Either you're massively underwater or producing lots of hot air to keep you afloat on the corpses of trusting punters. Let me guess....
