The consolidations were (as far as Google tells me and without RNS trawling) as follows:
April 5, 2020 (effective April 6, 2020): A 0.008:1 ratio, meaning 125 old shares were consolidated into 1 new share (1:125 reverse split).
May 17, 2015 (announced as a reorganisation of share capital in April 2015): A 0.008:1 ratio, also equivalent to a 1:125 reverse split.
July 30, 2007: A 0.03333:1 ratio, which is approximately 1:30 reverse split.
October 2, 2006: A 0.5:1 ratio, or a 1:2 reverse split.
