I suspect the only thing that's rotten is the smell of fish..
A peer review by a man who is one of the company's biggest shareholders is hardly likely to be damning, and I seem to remember when I asked him if there were any peer reviews of 201 the answer was no. Not one in three years despite them being promised in the RNS at that time.
But his timeline layout for a placing being necessary seems very plausible even if the merger does actually secure any funding, and be honest about 201 - no update in 3 years, not even a peer-reviewed document (which was promised) on a trial of just 12 patients, only one of which showed any real change. Have you considered P9 might have a point?
PM2022 - you say 'Porky is only here because he lost all his money on 4D and is bitter with VAL' - if you actually did lose all your money on 4D wouldn't you be likely to be bitter towards 4D?
On 'the other board' - wudashudacuda: Only have a small holding here but been keeping track of recent developments and confident the 201 deal is about to complete.
Time to top up. I just wish I had more funds available.
Be fair, that's one of the classic ramper posts if ever there was.

As some may know I've followed this for a while and was strongly urged to invest at 1.3p just ahead of a 125/1 consolidation, so obviously glad I didn't. So just wondering what the latest data from 201 is - the results were 3 years ago and promised peer reviewed papers, but none have appeared. Any suggestions here?
An anagram of Ken Sorensen is 'erk nonsense', but that's irrelevant too, unless anagrams have taken over from RNSs.
On the 'other board' Jason Pugh says 'According to the morning star dated Oct 5th 2023 2pm GMT+1 hrs.
“EUDA health holdings Ltd enters into letter of intent for proposed merger with Theoremrx inc” on para 9 it stated Theormrx management have raised 1 billion dollars in the past. Thats one with nine zeros after it.'
All very commendable, but it does make me wonder why, if they can raise a billion dollars with implied ease, what's stopping them bunging a paltry 1.3 million quid to valirx if the business case is allegedly so strong?
P.I. - don't quite follow the comment 'It was painful to see my investment crushed (>400%)'
Surely once you are down 100% then that's zero, end of story isn't it?
Raypointer - I agree it would be better to discuss the science rather than expend enormous effort trying to trash a dissenting opinion, but then it's nearly 3 years since 201's final results came out. Maybe it's been talked to exhaustion.
That last trade is at 10.243 which is below the mid point of bid/ask. Is it possible it's a forward sell ahead of a placing? Or are you confident it's a low buy on a falling bid?
"Could it be the company is well aware of the reason for the consecutive leaps?"
They may well be aware, but it depends very much what it is they're aware of.....
Spot on chester18. And signs of organised desperation emerging since the last RNS. Obviously anything can happen, but scancell seem to be gaining significant traction which is not what the doom club expected just yet - the last but one RNS was very much a 'long game' comment imo, and such promising results so soon after has rather rocked their boat it seems.
To be honest a retrace after such a big rise would be entirely understandable, but it hasn't come about. A source of mild interest to most of us, but apparently a source of considerable confusion to some of the more conspicuous pop-up posters just now. Strange when you consider how astute they are, on their own admission too.
I think Haribo is gently reminding you that all posters are rank amateurs unless we are members of his clique.
I thought the usual lines went in the sequence of funding first, then trial progress, then competence of various board members (usually starting with the latest arrivals) and then the 'BoD buying shares' one, which of course is a delightful double edged sword - if they don't buy they have no confidence, and if they do buy they are desperate to prop the sp up. Given the latest RNS and appointments, I think you may have missed the boat my Haribo gummy bear. Nothing is guaranteed, so watch and wait, but I suspect you may have missed the boat for this deramp session. Perhaps after the previous RNS when the sp was kicking around 8 to 9p you might have had some mild effect, but for now your timing is a bit out really. Maybe go away and have a chat with your pals and see if they can organise something a bit more coordinated like the old days. Or just go away.
It's coming up 3 years since the data on 12 patients in 201 trial was released, and only two showed any regression, and almost half had no reaction. It's pushing 2 years since Theorem were on the brink of raising 1.5 million, and the 5 million that Black Cat were going to raise has long since disappeared over the horizon. So is it possible that Suzy has actually been working very hard for years and just nobody is interested because the product is uninvestable? And Adam is hardly likely to tweet anything downbeat when his credibility is riding on a massive investment that is shrinking by the day. 'I bought 7 percent of the company and it's a dead duck' doesn't do much for a reputation as a shrewd business observer.
probably the reaction to the now-absent crackin's prediction of a rapid fall, or maybe indicative of the expert on the other board talking about gap-filling at 14p. i say 'expert' because an 'ex' is a has-been and a spurt is a drip under pressure. as ever, the predictions of doom are hailed by their clique with sage nods and mutterings of 'hmm, balanced, astute, firewood, and suchlike.' rises and optimism are naturally the stuff of deluded conspi******s, and total disaster looms so large that those who have no time for the company or its stalwarts spend ten years plus with nothing but negativity, until failing mental and physical health mean they have to return to the uk, possibly to be nursed by the wife of another member of their club.
as for what happens next, who knows? looks quite entertaining anyway.
WTP - you'll be lucky to get much of a reply if any, his colours are firmly nailed to the mast of the 'we hate inanaco' mob on Advfn.
