'Partial response'31 Oct 2022 18:44
Given that 'partial response' is defined as
'Following irRECIST criteria, a partial response is defined as a =?30% reduction in the sum of target lesions and unconfirmed progressive disease as =?20% increase in the sum of target lesions from the nadir or non-target lesion progression or appearance of new lesion.
This is from the Web page https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6942076/
I was wondering, if 'partial response is upwards of one third, is there an upper limit? It's evidently had effectiveness of AT LEAST a third, but in true Scancell form it isn't talked up at all, it's in most basic scientific factual minimalism. How high a percentage does 'partial response' go to? Moditope looks very encouraging (in my pathetic, low intelligence, happy clappy rampy mind anyway)
