Also worth remembering that the Scib1 trial had about 16 patients, whereas the Mod1 trial aims to take on over 100 at multiple sites. Looking good (other opinions are available but currently absent)

If I may be a trifle optimistic on the report of one person under treatment (other unknown obviously) her comment can be interpreted as 'Moditope outperforming market leader by a country mile.'
Anything can happen from here, anything at all positive or negative, but maybe we are seeing why there were so many delays before the eventual trial start. A bit like 'measure twice, cut once.'

Exactly - but a few dedicated ones are still trying to turn utter conjecture into fact as part of a drive to convince others (or maybe themselves) that Redmile will sell to the first company that makes a paltry offer on potentially industry-shaking science. Why do some spend years dedicatedly pouring scorn on reasonable optimism about success yet try to promote 'we're going to be sold for a song'?

The absence to date of a LD interview means either she has stopped doing interviews (very very unlikely- there has been a stack of good news already) or there is more to come. Imo this has to be either around another deal as before (possible), a Covidity update (entirely probable) or a Moditope update (very probable in the light of the Macmillan pages posted here).
I was musing that quite sensibly there is an element of caution with the Macmillan pages because it is not a scientific base from which the information has come, and it is a very small patient sample, but can you imagine the frenzy of doom there would be from 'certain quarters' if the apparent results of Moditope were as negative as they appear potentially positive? But of course positivity and optimism is just the result of a deluded rampy mind, apparently.

If Moditope is doing what it appears to be doing, and continues to do so, then we could make some interesting headlines when the clinical data is published.

I appreciate the debate surrounding the posts on the Macmillan site about the progress of Moditope and its apparently excellent progress so far, but given that a simple Google search of 'Macmillan' and 'Scancell' will bring it up, I think it has to be considered in the public domain and open to scrutiny. However, my only contribution will be to paste in a comment from it without involving any details of the poster - 'Scancell are very confident about this trial, if positive results continue at the rate they have done so far imagine what this means for patients in the future.'

Just for balance, which is something long clamouring for on this board, there has been nothing from Mr '5p is fair value, Scancell are too slow to develop anything' since the recent rise based on solid scientific progress. I wonder if he wants to elaborate on the confident 5p assertion.

Depending on cost, a lot of horses have surgery for sarcomas which detract from appearance and value, and the number of cancers which lead to the premature euthanasia of dogs and other family pets must mean there is a considerable market for immunotherapy in animals. However I'd rather they got the human side fixed first - but the animal market is imo there.

I was wondering, if 'partial response is upwards of one third, is there an upper limit? It's evidently had effectiveness of AT LEAST a third, but in true Scancell form it isn't talked up at all, it's in most basic scientific factual minimalism. How high a percentage does 'partial response' go to? Moditope looks very encouraging (in my pathetic, low intelligence, happy clappy rampy mind anyway)
