PG said over 100 people were going to be on site. Can anyone explain/ breakdown this number to tasks required. It seems like A LOT of people for a drill. A few weeks ago there was a picture of generators and I thought that is a lot of generators for a single drill. Thanks

HJ agreed but why put 'suspended' on the farmout talks in the RNS it's hardly a positive tone when they said a month prior updates shortly. Well no I think that was misleading to imply that. Say continuing etc fine not suspended over xmas.

BV my point was you are worried about spending a few hundred quid on RNS and I'm pointing out that money likely returns you X multiples on positive news. Sentiment is key on AIM so the more news the better. The RNS cost is irrelevant. This company is hugely undervalued.

BV I disagree on saving money by not putting out RNS. It's a complete no no when anything positive can add millions to the market cap. Sentiment is flawed and any news flow to improve that is worth a few hundred quid for an RNS. We have over £30m in the bank that is not where to save cash. Speeding up the trial via recruitment and sites etc is a better place to save money in the longer term. News will come when they are ready.

B2HS2L - re CFO what about as part of a US listing process? Bear with me. There is a scenario where AVCT reverse into an existing US entity (cash shell). What if the CFO was placed into that entity first?

Obviously it is possible the delay is just linked to his exit from a previous role.

Disappointing RNS this am. They should have just waited until payment had been received and avoided the noise. Sentiment is key and this holding RNS isn't great. Egypt cash likely a requirement to any farmout. There is also another factor possibly in play here and that is the permits due in Jan for the piston coring. Perhaps it's sensible to wait for that sign off before a farmout deal? When the cash comes in this recovers.

We are well in the news window now. I'm expecting news this week and we can push on from there. If we get farmout news first happy days. If Egypt news first that secures cash and likely forward guidance on the farmout completion. Either way very positive.

Great GH. For perspective we have seen over 12m buys flagged as sales today. That is over 1% of the market. Since then another 14m of buys has come in and another % bought up. (ignoring the deleted and reinstated trades). Let's hope news is coming soon.

PJ thanks for the colour. So on that basis do you think the 6.6m and the 2.5m at .195 marked as sales were actually buys? Then likely meaning the 1.9m + 1m that was corrected both at .19 were sales?

Yesterday we drifted down a few % despite buys outweighing sales. My sell quote earlier was for 4m (only small part of my holding for transparency) and the MM's would take the whole lot which I wasn't expecting. This suggests they want stock which would be the opposite if someone had actually dumped 6.6m and 2.5m minutes before. Essentially this ties in with your comment the 6.6m was a buy and logically makes sense with what I saw. For illiquid names MM don't take stock unless they need it. Hopefully news soon.

Even after someone dumped a chunk of shares the MM's will take large size in one go from me. Buy orders to fill? Not sure all is what it seems here...smoke and mirrors.

Looking at this another way. I think if a raise was going on the BOD would be ramping for weeks, they are not and they could have pulled the trigger on the recent move. Less of a risk imo but still a risk. However Egypt cash due anytime and I expect a farm out concluded to provide upfront cash and move everything forward as advised in the RNS. Another low volume day but good buy zone for those looking to average down or take a position for news. Crazy market cap at these levels.

Jungle call it a farm-out, JV or whatever. I think that is what the market is expecting based on previous guidance in recent weeks and months so is it really a rumour?. A farm-out would come with funding and a commitment on forward work programmes. At £2.5 mkt cap this goes north quickly on any deal.

The selling is low volume and low monetary amounts so until we get news I would not get spooked by a few million being sold I don't believe it is representative of the % decline vs shares in issue. MM's likely taking those for themselves (last week they would happily take millions in one go which suggests the opposite to the SP move. Background buyer?

EGTP let's hope so. The news window is open now. Less than £20k traded and we are down 4.5%. Been like this for 2 weeks now. Seen a few decent buys go through but the reality is anyone genuinely expecting news is already in. Farmout = off to the races...

MM's taken this down on pitiful volume recently. Good to see a few decent buys the last few days. MMs will take size off me currently a positive sign. £500k due anytime from the Egypt deal and farmout deal on the table. Sign on the dotted line!

Bella sadly EF landed none of the II's he is linked to elsewhere. Really disappointing frankly.

JH they have over 330ft of pay zone to test at Darwin. That is 3X what they expected pre drill and enormous vs the much smaller formations tested in Clink1. Don't forget that.

JP so the cash from the Egypt deal $620k mostly covers the piston coring cost. I still think we see a bigger deal near term which removes the risk here. Permits due in Jan I believe.

BBN - For the Amsden the samples are in the lab and the results due soon. I take that as a few days tops as DM said 'very soon'. Given they have confirmed flow rates for this formation in todays RNS I believe it will be the first commercial discovery ie flow + %helium = commercial discovery. Today flushed out a lot of traders.

On the call they used an example of 2500Mcf/d from the Amsden formation at 2.5% helium would be $11.5m per well per year pre tax. They said in the RNS they could flow 8000Mcf/day. The upside here is big even before we get to Charles and flathead outcomes.
