You can look at the SP and think doomsday has arrived but with so much news flow to come the tide will change here fast. New American CFO - imminent, DX sale (at last), 3 expansions studies commencing covering STS, Salivary gland and TNBC, New Broker we can hope (Zeus), Peel Hunt broker Note (at last), Partnership or co-collaboration deals could come anytime, new site being opened to support the trials. I could go on here.

For me it is quite simple. At the current price it represents a very cheap entry. When positive news flow lands ie confirmation the Egypt deal is completed and then the Farm out this will re-rate accordingly. Will I be surprised absolutely not. What happened previously is not confirmation it gets repeated, it is just FUD.

The opportunity here is too big to ignore. At a sub £3 mkt cap this is cheap. When we then consider the Egypt deal completion will add circa £500k to the bank accounts very soon this is even more of a bargain.

The company know they need to strike a deal and have been working on this and I don't think you write the last RNS comments if that is not finally about to happen.

For me this is not IF but WHEN

With over $30m spent on the license area historically we have access to a vast amount of data to back up the investment case. This is a massive positive more so on a frontier licence.

Buyers seeing value at these levels. Easy for people to get impatient and follow a falling SP down and bailing forgetting the news on a farm out is not IF but WHEN. £2.7m mkt cap..... upside is X times this.

For perspective it's worth looking at the CEG Farm out RNS only recently....'As an immediate result, the Company has received a cash payment of US$12.5 million while retaining a 40% non-operating interest in AREA OFF-1. Chevron has assumed operatorship of the block and going forward will carry 100% of the Company's share of the costs associated with a 3D seismic campaign on AREA OFF-1 (up to a maximum of US$15 million net to Challenger Energy). Thereafter, should Chevron decide to drill an initial exploration well on the AREA-OFF 1 block, Chevron will also carry 50% of the Company's share of costs associated with that well (up to a maximum of US$20 million net to Challenger Energy).

Not sure personally. I don't want to guess as the list could be long. With Graham Martin the Ex Director of Tullow oil as non exec chairman they won't find it hard to access all the contacts at the big players. Given the size of the license and opportunity it is very attractive.

Additionally since Trump has won the election he is pro drilling so that is good news for all US companies who are likely to commit further investment rather than the opposite had Harris won.

The Helix team have been excellent from IPO to now. They have 2 holes to test across multiple formation zones for both helium and hydrogen.

Only one of those needs to be commercial for us to be off to the races and a takeover of the assets by the big names. The mug logs and data to date have been very encouraging. Great to see the CEO who wrote the book on helium with a management team all with skin in the game. Nothing guaranteed but it's all to play for. Exciting few days and weeks ahead.

I'm not sure many buy or sell based on what is said on a LSE board so all the finger pointing is utterly pointless.

The facts are the SP has risen over 100% in a few days and some will take profits on that and already have done yesterday. It doesn't mean a deal or no deal is on the table. If there was one it's likely worth more than the current market cap so being long is to take advantage of that opportunity if and when it comes. Ignore the noise.
