BV I think you might be in to something here. This week we saw Exatecan added to the pipeline as it is off patent. MMAE is arguably in the top two warheads being used for ADCs approved/or in trials. If AVCT wanted to use this a collaboration or partnership seems the best way to go and we know CC pointed towards those vs license deals at the interims. It would be a surprise not to see MMAE in the pipeline so how do you achieve this? Via a deal. EF and CC worked for Pfizer previously.

Hants that overlooks the fact the new shares actually hit the market tomorrow. Don't celebrate too early. Circa 5.9m shares to shift is a lot when you consider average daily volumes.

The BOD need to finally remove this CLN, it is a drag on the SP, attracts shorts and traders and offers nothing positive. Converting lower that the conversion price of 88p is a poor outcome and a reflection of the SP destruction when it was at 118.75 previously and then got revised down due to bad SP performance. This means more dilution than planned when the deal was struck.

I appreciate there is potentially a means to flow test a well without a flare but isn't this highly unusual. In cricket you don't go out to bat without a box as you may need it. A bat you will certainly need so not having a flare even as a contingency seems very odd this assumes they actually don't have one which is unconfirmed.

Can they reliably flow test a well without one especially if they are doing longer term flow tests for say 30 days if that was the case? I really hope they are flowing and collecting for sales but I find that purely an assumption with an optimistic view point. The timing of Lonny's exit and the vagueness of the RNS to date on whether it is flowing or not coupled with the flow comment on the new chairs options just seems to be unhelpful. Positives are flow assurance experts were required. If you did have gas sales you could commit to MOU5 asap.

If you wanted to generate some positive share price action it's an odd route to take.

What is the likelihood there is a plan to keep the sandjet equipment on site until MOU5 is drilled so they can test pronto? Would make sense to do so if they can keep the kit in country. You would think PG would want to minimise any time between activities now to get as much data as possible whilst avoiding the raiders in the event of positive outcomes. Just a thought and we still have plenty of testing to do.

Lovablelumax - These numbers could go up massively when you consider how many cycles the UPS patient has had. Over 20 at least. That is approx 14 more than you could have with standard Dox before hitting the lifetime allowance. That is a lot of new revenue for BP.

B2HS2L - Odd statement I agree but I think it likely the new CFO is announced soon and there is a handover. They have told us he is going, it is not a surprise and I expect they have found the right person already. Makes sense to announce asap before news ramps up.

Darlene not likely to be CFO but will be pivotal in any US moves. I'm keen to see someone with US experience as it shows intent even if we don't get that far. Tony did very little to convert II's coming onboard.

Gudin it's not entirely clear but if testing results are good it shouldn't be hard to find a few million. We have a £55m mkt cap and positive news flow increases that. T&T update to come another plus. I can't see them trying to raise cash before news flow and testing results. PG is a 20% holder so I'm sure he would be motivated to go for the best option for shareholders here. All will be revealed in due course I'm sure.

Bella you know he was forced out right?

Bella he has something like 8 other roles and was only doing 2 days a month for AVCT for £118k pa. He was chairman when some of the worst decisions in this company were made. He is highly respected but he wasn't involved enough and we needed more oversight. My point is if he wanted those II's onboard the placing was the time to do that, he didn't so why not? Too busy? Is he upset about being ousted very possible but he still has a full time CEO role. I wouldn't mind if any of those II's bought shares as supporters of AVCT this is exactly who we should have got at the placing not more PI money.

Eliot had previously worked with Chris and Paul Fry but he was reluctant to change to some BOD changes as likely it meant being replaced at chair level. He had his chance!

Bella sadly Eliot had his chance to get these guys onboard at the placing. He did not. Why? I wrote to him about this very issue. He had the contacts and didn't deliver any of them at a 50p placing all while knowing how valuable this company is. Just another reason he needed to go. Hopefully these investors see the light soon. There won't be anymore 50p fire sale opportunities so they will have to pay more but they are welcome to buy in the open market.
