I agree but I think with steer from CC's own experience plus key members of the SAB e.g Tap they do have a plan in place on how to proceed even if these roles take time to fill. These roles are also important in terms of credibility and optics to large BP, investors and any US listing plans going forward. Post Q2W data release and pipeline visibility anything can happen so you would hope they are in place before then. I'm sure they will be given wheels were already in motion pre AGM.

GMCC - At the AGM CC told me personally that she was looking to hire for the CMO and CSO roles but it was critical they get the right people for the roles. All part of the plan so these boxes will be ticked. Given the calibre of the SAB they know how to get quality people onboard. They are midway through a process to recruit the A-Team. Can they poach large Pharma resources for these roles, time will tell but she is acutely aware how important these roles are not least free up her own time.

Energyshares - I think that is a possible outcome here. We know they fancy new warheads on precision so that either means a deal is done for the 3996 asset or they don't progress it as a new more potent warhead is more attractive. Remember 3996 is not exactly the same as Velcade but an analogue version due to the chemical make up. This means the time to market is likely longer. I would like to see this asset monetised at a minimum as you would think this is a good fit for Takeda and would be a non dilutive event.

Our UPS patient who has been on trial for over a year and whose biggest inconvenience is having to go to the hospital should be on the list for sure. 'Near complete resolution' from data dated Jan 2024....what is next? He had no hope and is now well on the way to a CR. Amazing.

AVCT all they need to do is RNS all the successes. PR is PR not hard.

B2HS2L - There is a head of comms and I told him last year at the AGM the comms is poor and often full of ambiguity. A year on we still have problems. He needs to be replaced. It really is not hard.

Nurse - They missed a trick on the Q2W update to confirm the SDMC outcome as soon as it happened (end of April as per AS steer) then RNS once the 3rd patient has been dosed weeks later. It would remove any ambiguity. We know recruitment is a variable beyond their control but this is just an example of basic comms not being up to scratch. The good news is the Q2W is going well and in a few months we will know the outcome so there is no reason to be concerned. Timeline slippage annoying but the data is more important being in first line patients. This data is expected to be much better than Q2W so the penny will drop soon.

Fair enough Energy that makes more sense now I know your timeline to which you make your comments. Agreed after 5 months on Q2W you should be seeing big things. I was being ultra conservative on the timeline based on when the 3rd patient was dosed in Q2W C1. Exciting times ahead for Q2W and expansions.

Energy I hear you but I think we should be cautious on the timeline until we see the first update. My take is that this process takes time (longer than I expected and I'm like anyone else lack reference points vs what you imagine happens, so when considering the timeline I thought about the UPS patient but appreciate they had more challenges to overcome along the way making it harder to treat) and is not like an effervescent so expecting a CR after 6-7 weeks of treatment from Q2W C1 although might be possible is not my own expectation yet.

I agree these higher doses in newly diagnosed patients should be a game changer as they have already cracked the toxicity part. I see no reason why AVA6000 can't replace Dox as SOC

I think this is exactly what is possible with this UPS patient. The wording on the slide months ago was telling 'nearing complete resolution'. The data was 5 months ago. Although it might be early days in the Q2W trial it would be incredible if the UPS patient does get a CR. At that point the game changes. He was on one of the lowest doses 160mg/m2, if you are limited to 4-6 cycles of Dox in your lifetime and this guy has had north of 20+ AVA6000 treatments which would be impossible using straight Dox. Then to consider all other treatment options failed to stop the disease progressing but AVA6000 worked this is amazing.

If this is a heavily pretreated patient with metastases what on earth could this do in a front line setting in Q2W form? Highly likely to see an update on this in just over a week. Exciting times. Value will out here.

Also worth remembering that as part of the Point Bio TO they would have done extensive due diligence on the business. This will have 100% included the Avacta Precision license. I think Lilly will have firm interest for pre|CISION beyond radiopharma which is arguably more complex than other warheads and their wider application.

No one has an exclusive license yet and I still think a TO is as likely as a LD. Why do a LD and risk someone else getting a license? First mover advantage is huge here. Lilly also have interest in the peptide space so they are definitely in the mix here make no mistake.

I have no idea but on more than 3 occasions LSE has had 'a problem' the day AVCT have an RNS. Today we were the only company impacted. There is not enough explanation to the causes. Just stating facts based on my own experience and most likely we will never know. Today is a good day Stifel have been fired at long last.

Olderand wiser I raised this with LSE....they said it was only company impacted. We have seen this many times before there is 'a problem' when news comes out. Personally I'm not a believer in coincidences.

Watching the shorters have almost 3m shares to buyback which is several days volume. AGM around the corner clock is ticking here. I think we see them close soon or they get carried out.

Taken some more today it is just a matter of time before this reverses and catches a lot of people out. Get presentation deck out this week but clearly it is not for a retail audience. Which BP moves first?

What we do know is that as part of that Point takeover Lilly would have performed due diligence on that business. There is zero doubt that the Precision license with them will have been part of that process. Lilly know exactly who Avacta are and well and truly in the mix here.

Just remember the Lartruvo trial that failed was a Lilly trial. Who ran that for them.....Dr TAP!
