V8 they're not selling at a loss, they're selling at an average, loads were sold at or above 0.23 when the SP was pumped up, now they can afford to sell whatever they've got left below 0.23p and still get their money back or even get a profit

Dazed, this is down to the placees selling their shares to get their money back. The happy clappy brigade in the telegram group still think its Goddards offloading their shares. They've still not been admitted so that's a load more to churn through when they finally are admitted. I do wonder if they're holding back the admission so George's mates can get out first maybe even holding back the EGM notice until they've sold out

Wasn't the mill supposed to be leaving the factory by today and on site in a few days? Seems that its been delayed. Groundwork still not completed for mill and thickener. Mill installation late January, then will all need to be tweaked and optimised so I'd suggest February production is unlikely. He's gonna have to call an EGM soon to get the headroom to raise some more cash, pay back his loan and pay Goddards (in Shares) and Stark next invoice (cash). Big seller still around, I'm guessing it's still those that took part in the placing and Goddards shares could well have hit the market by now and being sold.

Anyone looking for a balanced view on PREM or any other investment would do well to go to the Hive telegram group balanced debate with knowledgeable admins who deep dive and analyse rns and CEO interviews etc. They've done an impartial deep dive on prem which many would find very interesting

Jenkoo, George was given a viable plant design at the scoping study stage. That is the plant he should have had built but made his decision to go with the cheap alternative suggested by Stark. That was his decision so I doubt he would have recourse to take legal action against Stark for the plant design

Snowking not sure 2022 was a great year having reviewed the accounts and the relevant RNS, 2023 certainly wasn't a good year. Costs are massive and I doubt that your figures are anywhere near accurate, given the numbers George has already given us in interviews. I'd suggest you revisit the proposed plant from the scoping study and then look at the current set up. That will tell you why PREM is currently not producing SC6 and why even when the new "saviour" mill is installed in February that PREM will still not produce SC6

Would be nice to see another name on the TR1 list, my addition today with other recent purchases takes be to just over 3.9% which is where I'm staying for the time being. I don't think the 2 x 750k purchases were worked buys but someone with DMA that chose to buy after close. As far as I know (and I stand to be corrected) the types of investor that have this access are usually funds and institutional investors. It would be amazing to have an institutional investor taking a decent position. All that said, ALGW has certainly attracted some attention over recent sessions and there's still little appetite for selling which is great for a continued upward trend. I think the next hurdle we need to cross will be 3p but now (assuming there's no rns tomorrow or on the 27th) the warrants have expired I expect a lot of people with Alpha on their watch lists will start taking positions

Warrants expire today then that potential dilution risk is removed. Their target for the 2B plan in to have the AUM at $2bn by 2025 and when I last spoke with GS he was confident they would deliver. 2024 could well be a company defining year. Merry Xmas everyone

I wouldn't have thought it would be a requirement to RNS as it's information that is already known.

They trigger at 3p but its unlikely they'll be exercised unless the SP was much higher. All the warrant holders I've spoken with have said they would want the price around 5p or more before exercising

So the cashburn is a lot higher than many here suggested, I doubt they've got enough cash to last until the end of January at that rate.

Still "reasonably confident" well that says it all. Sorters still not working correctly so it's unlikely any additional optimisation can be completed until they're working properly and it sounds to me like they're having major issues with those.

My point is Canmax ARE A RELATED PARTY and therefore would have to have been named in the rns if they participated in the placing, therefore they didn't despite having first refusal on any placing.

a comprehensive summary of the rns biztech. i hadn't noticed the statement by the nomad at the end. having not seen this before i though that perhaps this was a new thing with the nomad having to add some sort of disclaimer to cover themselves for whatever reason, so i checked another rns for a company that announced a raise today and use the same nomad, they didn't add any disclaimer.

this suggests to me that something isn't quite right with the information that prem have released.

that's a very bold covering your **** statement and suggests to me that there's something very untoward in the contents of the rns.

Snowking did appear in the group this morning with delusional talk of a second plant and 10000 tonnes a month. They can't get this plant working!!! Must need to get some cash for Xmas presents so a quick pump to the mugs in the group will get him his price

Might be worth calling your broker and asking them to place one larger order rather than picking up smaller chunks.

Additionally the ball mill should have been part of the initial build. What exactly was GR thinking when he agreed to the flawed plant design when he had expert guidance on the exact processes required for a successful plant?

Worth having a read of the scoping study and compare the recommendations there for the pilot plant to the actual plant. This ball mill isn't the saviour, there's plenty more that needs adding for the process to work. Q1 production of suitable SC6 highly unlikely.
