Acker, you know exactly why George loaned the company the money. PREM had run out of cash and he'd lost the vote at the AGM to increase the headroom. He then sold shares (in a rather dubious manner) which are supposed to be returned to him next month or paid back in cash with interest at 8% iirc. Neither of which PREM have enough of to pay him.

V8 don't need to be an expert, anyone with half a brain knows that you can't pour the concrete and then plonk heavy machinery on top of it a day or 2 later, it has to cure. Seems some on here have less than half a brain.

I see they still haven't poured the concrete for the ball mill plinths yet. The mill definitely won't be installed this month.

Ra11adw2 it's a terrible buy at this price, institutional seller around right now, contractor shares yet to hit the market, production most definitely delayed beyond the February target, even George knows this but daren't see instead he uses his usual I'm not committing to anything "as soon as possible" phraseology. Tt1981 you know what that's actually not a bad idea, I wouldn't go quite so far as to have a deramping group but perhaps one where everything could be debated fairly and openly without the personal attacks. A telegram group where we can all learn from each other and base our investment decisions on having heard the positive and negative debates and make informed investments rather than be subject to endless positivity and endless negativity maybe if such a group existed then there'd be no need for LSE and what it has become.

As a reminder that PREM has failed to produce anything saleable. Divide the amount of money raised in the last 12 months by the number of bags and that's how much each bag has cost the company. That's the scale of PREMs failure and its epic. Shareholder value decimated and all for a photo of incomplete civils and very expensive bags of cr@p

Lloydyboy if Goddard need or want the cash which they are owed for their services, then the only point at which it's not financially viable to sell the shares is if PREM reaches 0.00p, the shares will be sold into an orderly market (as per the rns) so the mug punters will provide the liquidity for the sale of the shares.

Shark41 there'll not be any more rns from PREM about the placing shares or the shares issued to Goddard (unless Goddard don't get approval to be paid in shares). The stock exchange issues an rns at 8am every trading day announcing all new share admissions, the placing shares have been admitted and been included in one of those RNS. The 769 million Goddard shares still haven't that rns is yet to come and the subsequent selling. Goddard, like Stark need to pay their staff and their bills, I've seen it hundreds of times in Oil drills and other miners where cash constrained companies pay contractors in shares (usually a premium added to the invoice to cover sp volatility). I don't believe I've ever seen any of those companies hold onto those shares, they've always been sold for whatever they can get for them.

The churn of the placing shares continues (I thought they were done by now but was wrong) so if as has been suggested there's still 270 million left to get through then at this rate it will be another 6 days (volume dependant) before they're done. Mug Punters still providing the liquidity for the wealthy city types to make their money.

As I've said before this will get a lot worse before it gets any better. Too many variables need to come together withing too short a timescale to suggest that Zulu will produce saleable SC6 by the deadline.

Mill hasn't left the manufacturer facility (George would have posted on social media), civils for the mill, thickener etc still haven't been completed (see latest RNS), when it's all eventually installed it will need testing, calibrating, tweaking as will the rest of the process which as we know is a slow slow process and Stark aren't the best at getting this done. Throw in the fact that the plant has been shut down for a few months, things tend to seize up, rust up, spring leaks etc and will need to be repaired / replaced.

Does anyone honestly believe that George will deliver by the end of Q1?

Did I mention the Goddard shares are yet to be churned through, they'll likely not be as patient as the city types and will most likely want the cash as quickly as they can get it.

Dr Pineapple, it's hardly been comfortable in the 12 months since that presentation was made, aside from the rise to 1p, the 80% subsequent fall on failure to produce anything saleable has been decidedly "uncomfortable" for investors. It remains extremely uncomfortable right now with no production still, a fast approaching deadline, major component still not left the factory a week after it was supposed to have left, institutional investors selling their placing shares, the liklihood that the contractor will be selling their shares, the requirement for an EGM to raise share headroom by billions more and the increasing prospect of a discounted fundraise to pay contractors and keep the lights on when the inevitable "out of Premiers control" delays happen and the deadline gets pushed back to a "reasonably confident end of H1"

Lloydyboy, you really should pay more attention to the RNS you're quoting;

"The issue of the Settlement Shares is conditional on the written confirmation that JRG has received Exchange Control Approval from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for receipt of the Settlement Shares ("Condition Precedent"). Application will be made for the Settlement Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM in due course."

These shares have yet to be admitted to trading.

Lloydyboy you do know that the Goddard ahares haven't yet been admitted to the market? When they are admitted they'll be subject to an RNS and then those ~770 million shares will be available to be sold and imho will be sold. I wouldn't be expecting a rise anytime soon, more likely a further drop unless mug punters keep providing liquidity for the sellers to sell into in which as I'd expect the SP to stagnate around 0.17 - 0.19 range ahead of the EGM call at which point it'll drop as the whole market will have had confirmation of that which the telegramp group are departed to sat is unlikely due "imminent" production

He's also boasting about his 10000% profits in other posts. He's certainly been selling and reaping the rewards banking his profits whilst suggesting that PREM is a good investment. Anyone following his advice at 1p (and there are many) are now down over 80% on their investment, that's absolutely disgraceful for a financial journalist to suggest that a share he is invested in (and allegedly made 10000% profit on) should tell his readers that it should be 3 times higher and then it falls and falls and falls and falls, yet he still ramps and ramps and ramps, maybe he didn't manage to sell enough at 10000% and needs mug punters to buy so he can get out with just a 5000% profit.

Pjmcgra, sounds like you're a bit over exposed here. It will get much worse before it gets any better, if indeed it gets better at all. Goddard shares to sell when they're admitted plus the inevitable discounted placings (subject to increase in headroom). The happy clappy brigade will continue to tell you stories of conversations with GR but you can bet your bottom dollar the likes of Snowking, Noel and Deadeyebeaky are selling away as their currently in profit. V8 they're not investors, they're city types who smell a profit, they bought the shares at 0.23 and as long as they sell them at an average of 0.23 then they don't lose anything, if they sell at an average above 0.23 then they've made a profit. They won't be selling at an average price below 0.23. My thoughts are they're nearly done now next lot is the 770 million Goddard shares after they've been admitted.
