I'm not only holding but continuing to buy. Mark Ward invested £1 million at 2p in the placing and carried on buying above 2p to get to his current position. As I see it buying now whilst the bored are selling is an ideal move if I want to add £1 million at these levels it pays to be patient and take out the small sells. Dykee it's a definite scam designed to get the more naive to buy into their cr@ppy shares. Massive pump and dump merchants by the looks of it, one to definitely avoid unless you want to lose money. I'd personally buy more PREM before I invested in anything they were promoting and that's saying something.

I'd rather go with the more balanced views and open discussions on The Hive, at least you get an honest debate there with all the pitfalls pointed out to help make an informed decision about an investment rather than these get the mug punters to buy groups.

There's plenty of people invested in PREM that are way way underwater having been ramped in on the rise to 1p. I'm guessing from your posts you're around breakeven right now or maybe sitting on a smallish loss. Either way those people underwater or anyone just observing from the sidelines can quite legitimately post on here and provide an alternative negative viewpoint, your job as a faithful GR supporter is to provide evidence and intelligent arguments to counter that viewpoint, something which you are clearly incapable of doing. Rather than suggest that people sell a potentially loss making position, make the case for why they should hold onto those shares, convince them that all will be good with some facts. Billy by GRs own admission mining costs are between 35k and 50k DAILY, then throw in their other costs and the numbers keep getting bigger. GR has openly stated in an number of RNS that the company had sufficient funds to see them through to production in February. We're now in March, no saleable product has been produced and the company costs have increased significantly now Goddards are back on site. No company can sustain these significant costs and accrue debt to the tune of over $1 million a month without any source of revenue. There's no magic fairies that come out at night and poo $50k under GRs pillow. He will have to go to the market at some point very very soon to raise funds, if he doesn't then PREM cannot survive. As supportive have Canmax have been, it's clear they aren't willing to give GR any further funding, they have first refusal on any placing and didn't participate in the last one, if they had it would have to have been announced as a related party transaction, which it wasn't. Their patience is no doubt wearing thin and, if my suspicions are correct then they're going to let PREM fail and take Zulu and the EPO in lieu of debts accrued. They've given GR the rope and so far he's tied the not and placed the noose over PREMs neck, now it's a case of can he get the funds to buy PREMs exit from the scaffold or do Canmax pull the lever?

Cash burn is significant, cash at hand is now likely zero. No SC6 production and a plant with issues first identified last year that still haven't been rectified. Stark have been an absolute joke and it's looking to me like they've designed a plant that just isn't fit for purpose. I can't see PREM getting to the end of March without a call for an increase in headroom. However I will respond now, I personally haven't felt the need to email GR, I've spoken with him previously on the phone, had various email conversations with him, Brendan and Fuad. I thankfully didn't have any faith in what I was told in those exchanges and have no interest in hearing more of the same rhetoric.

Wolframite obviously no insider information, but it's pretty clear to anyone with an ounce of common sense that GR won't be delivering in March. If the issues had been sorted he would have been shouting it from the rooftops, if they had managed to produce SC6 he'd have been shouting it from Canada. The lab has had more than enough time to confirm the grades and the contractors (Stark or OEM) should have been on top of these issues when they were first identified last year. Someone needs to take ownership of the issues and get things done, rather than have an all expenses paid jolly to Canada.

Wolframite, you're making a big assumption that he's going to get product to market any time soon. Certainly looking like there won't be any sold in March, April dependent on getting what clearly aren't minor issues sorted. How much patience will Canmax have? How's he going to pay the bills?

GR once again has led shareholders down the garden path with his timescales. As we all know with GR, no news is never good news so it's likely that the sensor issues haven't been resolved and the pH cannot be correctly adjusted, therefore any product produced won't be of a saleable grade. Clearly the product already produced doesn't meet required grades, GR was expecting grades possibly as early as last Friday, but most likely over the weekend and the onsite lab should be more than capable of analysing samples over the weekend let alone over the last week to provide a grade.

Certainly not looking like a March delivery is going to happen. Conditional placing anyone? I think at this point he'll be in desperate need of cash and short of time, so get the placing done and then tell shareholders they have to vote in favour for the company to survive and then add on 5 billion more for future raises, sorry contingencies.

12: the number of months that have passed since GR had "every expectation and was reasonably confident fident" that Zulu would commence production.

11: The number of months since zulu was undergoing "final stages of process control implementation" and further expectations of production. "Process control" isn't that one of the current issues? 🤔

10: the number of months since the first 2 raises of 2023 and a promise of production with estimated tonnages by the end of June

9: the number of months since GR declared force majeure because all of those things they knew were wrong with the plant were actually unexpected

8 / 7: The number of months since GR offered a loan and sold shares (in a dubious manner) to keep the lights on

6: The number of months since yet more placings and an rns confirming production. Sadly nobody knows what it was that was produced

5: The number of months since yet another "expected, have no reason to believe we will make shipment" date passed with no production or shipment

0: The number of months PREM is currently funded for

Dubonnet, today is day 6 and since there's been no news it certainly way past the "hours" well into the "days" and fast approaching the first of the "weeks"

Where are the lab results? GR was keen to tell the market about potential for SC6 after lab testing for the rns but 5 days on from the interview no lab results! Doesn't bode well for Zuku having produced SC6, or anything close to SC6. Also looks like these quick fixes are quite as quick as he implied, or perhaps he was being accurate when he refused to confirm that he believed Stark were capable of completing the remedial actions in a timely fashion. Great idea for him to be thousands of miles away living it up on expenses.

I was making an attempt at being diplomatic but yes is an absolute bloody disgrace and quite frankly has been for years. There's been a lot of money made on this share but I'd suggest a whole lot more lost on GRs promises, predictions and "expectations" I personally don't see that anything has changed other then certain individuals with large holdings that bought in at the bottom of 0.02 continue to mislead others jnto believing that this is a viable project and will deliver "technical grades in the next 2 days. 2 months maybe at an absolute push but in all honesty anyone invested here with their head rather than their heart knows there'll be no SC6 in Q1, maybe SC6 in Q2 and if the gods are on their side then "technical grade" in Q3, in the meantime there'll be an EGM and one or more raises. It's a complete cluster fûçk

Agree Acker, it's all a bit of a mess right now, lots of uncertainty and vagueness which is typical of GR when things aren't going well.rather than state the facts such as:

How many Minor issues are there? How long will it take to get them resolved? Are the spares (if required on site? Surely they must be otherwise someone's screwed up big time)

This is information that any decent CEO would put into an rns, GR on the other hand chooses vagueness rather than facts. Next news is the delay and the drop to sub 0.2.

Well, looks like things aren't going quite as well as planned, no doubt the preferati of the telegramp group will have gotten out again, ahead of the leak becoming official, leaving the rest of the mug punters in the group holding th baby. Poor Carlos has virtually pulled all his hair out in despair of the fact others have realised the truth about PREM and are vocalising their concerns. Remember folks you're not allowed to have anything other than happy thoughts in the group

Paddy, you need to remember that the company are at the mercy of the accountants when it comes to publishing the results. The accountancy firm they use have thousands of clients and so the ALGW accounts will be prioritised accordingly, yes they could be early but in all liklihood if the accountants know they've got until the end of April, they'll use that time to deal with other clients accounts first. I'm not expecting anything any earlier than the start of April as far as the year ends go.

Agree, year end 31st December 2023 then 4 months to publish the accounts is end of April 2024.
