I see Snowking was back today with his little insinuations. Gotta give the guy credit for ramping his book to get his profits at the expense of those gullible enough to believe him.

Let's take a look at some of what he says;

" we will see massive rise"

" millionaires will be made"

"ina few weeeks w hen shares have risen 100%"

"reckon we do 100% in next two months"

To date pretty much everything he has said has been accurate, but I'm sure he's banking the profits from his spreadbets whilst the mug punters keep buying.

Scott, GR knows exactly what the problems are, sorters control systems etc he knows exactly how far away they are from the goal line, it's not the penalty spot, its not the 12 yard line, at best it's the halfway line but more likely the opposition 12 yard line with a whole team playing against his tem that have a couple of red cards for sorters and system controls. Do you bet on the 11 man team or the 9 man team knowing the 9 man manager has never won?

Indeed Nelly questions for GR that he's not willing to answer. Questions that shareholders have and want answers to but GR is not willing to answer. GR pretty much not willing to give his loyal shareholders answers to the questions they want answers to. Should one invest jn a company where the CEO refuses to answer shareholder questions? Should one invest in a company where the CEO has complete contempt for shareholders? Should one invest in a company that has a history of complete failures? Should one invest in a company where the CEO has deliberately lied to and misled shareholders? Should one invest in a company that has at most 4 weeks of money left before needing to raise with a creditor that has the ability to take the company over on a whim and shareholders lose everything?

I'll also add that this is a discussion forum, if as part of that discussion the publicly traded company is slated then so be it and those looking to invest should be made aware of the significant risks that exist with investing in PREM, risks they'll never know about if the debate that's suppressed in the telegramp group is also suppressed here.

Nelly, i do my very best to keep up, does he actually have the licences in handor has he applied for them and awaiting the up ton3 weeks period to receive them? Why didn't he have them in hand jn February 2023 when he was first expecting production?

There's been tangible growth, just hasn't been reported via RNS.

Nelly I have directed the questions to George and surprisingly no reply. They may as well have bags of dust accumulated from the cleaning of RHA, what they have they cannot sell, firstly because it has no value on the open market (otherwise he would have sold all the bags of dust they've already got), secondly because the company that was expecting to produce and export SC6 over a year ago doesn't actually have a licence to export the product. Doesn't that one issue alone tell you something about exactly how honest GR has been with shareholders. No export licence but was adamant they could produce exportable product over a year ago.

Nelly, what grade is the stuff in the bags? Is it saleable? I'm looking to sell about 500 DVDs I've got in the loft but unlikely I'll sell them as there's no market for out of date technology, much as there's no market for contaminated Zulu product, as has been evidenced by the inability to sell the tonnes of produced product from last year.

There's your problem, the money is gone in about a month, the headroom he has left covers China Zenith and his loan (assuming Goddards got a cash payment from this raise) and then gives him about another month of working capital.

A second plant will not inevitably follow the first, simply because the first doesn't work and will not work in time to save PREM from the inevitable requirement to sell it in order to survive or become insolvent. He sells it, uses the money to pay back Canmax and then starts again with even more dilution, or shareholders accept they've been had and accept PREMs fate.

Snowking nobody said 10% of 1150 is 1000 that's just poor reading.

PREM are absolutely nowhere near any production of saleable product let alone days aways from nameplate. George could have a £billion plant but if it's not producing, it's worthless. Talk of a second plant is laughable. Mark my words, this company will not produce any SC6 in sufficient quantity for export any time soon and certainly not before all of the money has run out, at which point the company is done for.

A quick trawl through the last couple of years RNS and GR has raised £32,944,500 and with that dilution he has generated virtually zero revenue. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about PREM.

It's also worth noting just how much dilution has taken place. I'd suggest going back through the RNS announcements for the last few years and see how much cash has been raised at the expense of shareholder value. Then look at what has been achieved from spending all that money, then make a decision on whether or not you think George Roach is a viable investment.

It's irrelevant what stocks people post on, what's relevant are the debatable facts.

Really got to give it to you there Luthee, trying to discrdit those with a negative viewpoint by posting an article you support which states:

"Would I invest in this pre-revenue penny stock? No, I wouldn’t, as things stand. I have no idea whether Premier will succeed and how much more cash it will need to raise to do so."

Even this independent journalist can see that PREM just don't have the cash they need to get zulu over the line

Snowking, I see you're back with the little insinuations and suggestions. This will not rise 100% in a few weeks, there's far too many placing shares about to hit the market for it to do anything other than stagnate at best. Current placing participants, Goddard payment, China Zenith, the latter 2 most likely to sell to realise the cash. I'm also foreseeing a protracted legal case with Stark which will likely incur significant costs in the very near future.

I do however agree with you on one thing, PREM are now funded for a few weeks. If in those few weeks they cannot get significant quantities of SC6 produced and shipped then they're pretty much done for, I cannot imagine anyone throwing more good money after bad to continue to support GR with what is rapidly becoming yet another failed project.

Nelly, they may well be cheap today, but they'll be cheaper in May and pretty much worthless in June if I'm right, you're choice to look at the evidence in front of you and make your investment decision. I hope you're in a position to be able to absorb the loss if I'm right. I'm sure there's plenty of shareholders who have invested here and are already sitting on an 80% loss that cannot afford to lose everything they've invested in here based on the ramping posts of Snowking et Al.

I've no desire to change my record, to date it's been a pretty much number 1 best seller in terms of accuracy, would be a shame to give up the top spot and having read today's rns a number of times I'm pretty confident I'm going Platinum whilst GR continues to fail to go Lithium

Snowking, you been drinking Wullies Buckfast? Or was it Dom Perignon from your placing shares sale profits? I cannot believe you're back ramping this absolute shambles. You knew George over a year ago and boasted about dinner with him and Mad man Madderson at the same time spouting the same BS about being close and let's see what happens in XX time frame. That's your MO all over, subtle hints about inside knowledge whilst all the while just ramping your own book to line your own pockets. You know no more than anyone else and the constant insinuations here and in the groups are disgraceful. The facts are as they've been explained in the RNS PREM is still weeks away from producing anything that could be classed as saleable, the bags of spoil they have are worthless until they can find someone to buy them and then organise an export licence, the former is unlikely and the latter takes around 3 weeks (separate licence for non SC6 contaminated product). I'm not sure PREM should be in the business of wife fixing, km not even sure if such a thing, whilst possibly highly desirable by some husbands, wouldn't be entirely legal. As for plant fixing then the rns is clear it's not going to happen quickly, there's a lot more wrong with the plant than was revealed in the rns but the wording is clear and quite frankly I'm amazed that anyone with a basic command of the Enhlish language cannot see that nothing will happen here before June at the very earliest, and if nothing in June then it's pretty much the nail in the coffin for PREM and Canmax will get their land grab

Can't see Goddard taking their payment at a near 50% premium to the placing price, they'll either want cash or shares at the placing price, then there's the lawsuit to pay and GRs loan that all adds up to around 2.5 billion more shares to issue doesn't leave much of his headroom left after that and with current known OPEX plus additional costs incurred the money isn't going to last very long at all. Goddard will want paying again for their Q2 invoice so that's pretty much all the money gone. PREM is pretty much done for unless they can get to nameplate production by the end of May, which is looking increasingly unlikely

Medjed, the placing could well be closer to 0.1 having just read the contents of the latest RNS, no shipments of SC6 any time soon!!
