Acker, as you well know I have no direct insight, however, you and I both know how to decipher GR speak and interprate what he says into plain and transparent language, everything he has stated so far in his way suggests that the issues at the plant are not a quick fix, certainly not the "hours and days" he previously suggested. The issues could well be resolved by June, much as they could have been and were expected to be resolved by June 2023. All of that is irrelevant, what is relevant is that PREM cannot survive until June 2024 without raising a significant amount of money to cover OPEX both current and historic, the 4.5 billion headroom might just about cover it but as is the norm with PREM, they'll still be cash constrained come the end of May and I highly doubt they'll be significant production of saleable product that will allow access to "alternative" funding before the end of H1

Acker if you believe GR, Zulu is producing, just not in any meaningful quantities. That's the crux of the matter, plant has far to many issues that cannot be resolved quickly pr efficiently. Plant optimisation cannot occur until all theses issues are resolved and its going to take time, time that GR doesn't have. He has contractors and litigants to pay in shares, I'm sure Goddards are renegotiating the price for their share payment as they'll not be wanting shares at a premium to the current SP. The litigant will likely dump their shares asap and get whatever cash they can. Goddards may well insist on the removal of the previous clause that required them to hold, so will be interesting to read the minutiae of the RNS when that comes. Company is burning through cash at a vast rate of knots so its all about covering costs and giving themselves some cash going forward. I'm thinking GR is gonna want enough cash to cover debts and running costs to the end of H1 so after Goddards and litigant share issues, he's probably gonna need to use the full remainder of the headroom to get himself through to the end of June. City will smell blood and see an opportunity at a big discount. Placing rns will be this week at some point, will he have the balls to do it early or wait until after hours on Friday? Knowing how quickly ALGW moves you'll do well to sell out here and buy ALGW for a quick trade ahead of the inevitable placing. If you've got a decent number in PREM you could make a quick 30% trade or you could leave it in PREM for a quick 25% loss ahead of the discounted placing yhat is as you well know, inevitable

Results of AGM should be published around 1400, if he's given the headroom then I'd expect the RNS confirming issue of shares as payment to Goddards and the litigant by 18:30 and then 7am Tuesday the RNS confirming the discounted placing at around 0.17p for 2.5 billion shares.

However if he doesn't get Canmax support then the open offer goes out after close tomorrow for 3 billion more shares at 0.15p

El-Gel I had a quick look through Dazeds posts for the last few months, they seem to be somewhat confused, lots of calling people idiots and claiming that the SP will be going up, yet it seems the idiots were right and the price is down some 64% from when he added to his pension. He clearly has issues in understanding and RNS and very little experience with GR, as he seemingly still has blind faith in PREMs ability to achieve production of saleable amounts any time soon.

Wullie, problem is there seems to be a lot more of the plant not working correctly than working correctly. GR led shareholders to believe that things were going well with minor issues that could be resolved in a matter of hours or days. That clearly wasn't the case. It's now a matter of people understanding that there are serious risks involved with investing here, risks that the likes of Snowking, Deadeye and Noel will not allow to be brought into the debate of the telegramp group.
