Luthee is he invested directly in PREM? I haven't seen his TR1, or is he just a Chinese businessman with an interest in PREM through an association with Canmax? Not worth mentioning someone when they're not worth mentioning unless of course you're trying to achieve an agenda
Luthee PREM won't last another 6 months let alone another year without production and if they've any hope whatsoever of getting to production then there'll have to be another fundraise. Company has no cash left and the bills continue to mount up. Question anyone should be asking is do you trust George Roach to see this project through to production or are the issues just too big that the Chinese will cease to support and make a land grab? Sorters still not sorting so the issues they have are pretty darned big and as patient as they've been (aside from pre force majeure) Canmax won't wait much longer before taking Zulu leaving PREM with nothing more than a couple of Carrots (Mutare and Circum) and RHA, so that's pretty much the end of PREM as neither of the carrots nor RHA will be cash generative any time this decade
GR been back on the PR drive again with videos of machinery working. Nobody has a clue what it's producing, some claim inside information and are sharing, which is very suspicious especially as that individual has a history of pumping this ahead of a raise.
Timing is everything with GR, when it comes to delivering on his promises to shareholders time is very elastic, Hours = Weeks=Months= No production of anything we can sell.
However, and this is where I think things are, GR is very predictable when it comes to getting everything in place for a raise: Start a bit of PR, have a chat with Snowking and agree what to leak. Wait for the week before a bank holiday to put the plan into action and then hit the suckers with the RNS after hours on the Friday.
Published spread is crazy, true spread is a lot closer. I've never seen them delay 500k trades before, are they hiding the fact that they've got very little, if any stock at all? Despite the reduction in price since the accounts were published, there still hasn't been much of an appetite for selling any large numbers, which suggests the stock has transferred to people with a longer term view. I don't imagine anyone wanting to buy any significant amounts will find it easy.
Haven't had chance to get into the details of the accounts as yet but headlines for me are loads of cash in the bank, no debt, no director options awarded for the year, progressing with the 2b strategy, have identified targets and set a series of KPIs. Major shareholders continue to hold large amounts.
snowking 22nd april "we should get a update this week" " lots of money to be made here , it just timing . let’s see this week"
snowking 18th april " if the plant does get fixed in next 48 hrs you will see the buying pick up as peo0le on ground leak that info . so watch this carefully as if george gets this fixed at long last the % movement will be dramatic and we can see this do 100% "
snowking 9th april "
so if we ship next week , i suspect shares will rise dramatically . if we ship last week of april , then we may dip before rising end of month .
but by may we should be well funded and shipping and planning 3xpanding operations ."
sorry tony, but you've been way off and thankfully you're little insinuations have done very little to help your trading position. you and i both know how this works as does everyone else.
youve sold, hedged and bought that supposed firm holding a dozen times over, playing on the feeble and weak minded followers youbhave in the group, just enough of a pump to get that banked profit at their expense.
things must be bad over in the telegramp group though, not even deadeye can be bothered to attempt to spin the silence and whilst noel is trying his best, the realisation is finally hitting them, the dissenters won't last too long though, maybe in a week or so it will just be noel, deadeye, snowking, ross and goonergirl left and they can all blow smoke up each others ****s on how they managed to control the plebs and get them to keep on buying.
I've no doubt Snowking will be back shortly with another vague statement that purports to be knowledge in his vain attempts to get the price up so he can profit from the mug punters. Its unlikely this will see 0.4 any time soon, if ever again. There's shares to be issued for debts and legal payments, cash in hand won't last much longer so there'll be yet another raise which will see the headroom gone and provide enough working capital to last until the end of June. Silence is never a good thing from PREM. The pipe upgrades have clearly not rectified the issues to a satisfactory level or have revealed additional problems, the sorters still need to be sorted, the control systems issues haven't been confirmed as resolved, nor have the sensor issues. There's probably more wrong with the plant than there is right, even now some years into the process. Still no news on the export licence they dont have for product they expected to ship over a year ago. Something doesnt quite sit right with me on this part, all those times GR told shareholders he "expected" had "no reason" etc that yhe plant would produce, yet had no export licence in place, a simple and basic requirement anyone with any sense would ensure they had. Did he know all the time they wouldnt be producing and lied to shareholders? Or is he just incompetent? PREM cannot and will not survive beyond H1 if these issues cannot be resolved by the end of next week
acker i think we are keeping it real, the pipes were on site over a week ago, a day or 2 at most to install them and then get things up an running with a bit of tweaking should have meant an update by today at the latest. seems obvious to me that the new pipes have raised new issues. still no news on the sorters or confirmation that the sensors and control system issues have been sorted. still no news on an export licence they've never had despite promising shipment some 14 months ago. its a ****sh0w at best. snowking seems strangely quiet after his recent rampfest, which sadly for him came to nothing. silence from gr is always deafening to the tune of bad news, it's coming, just a matter of are you willing to hold and hope it comes good or get out and run to the hills with whatever cash you have left in. not a cat in hells chance i'd be looking to average down right now, far too much risk.
Jag, if PREM become insolvent then it's not a case of taking it private, it's a firesale of the assets to cover the debts and pay the liquidators, anything that's left after that will get divided up. Shareholders will see pretty much nothing
RickyK, the value of the stuff in the ground is pretty much irrelevant at this stage. PREM currently have a debt of circa $47 million to Canmax which by the end of June will increase to $54 million and accrue interest at 12% pa. Canmax like long term shareholders have been extremely patient and forgiving of GR, however that patience has a finite limit which I can see with shareholders is fast approaching the limit and I imagine that Canmax are pretty much at the end of their limit. If Zulu cannot produce SC6 at 4k tonnes per month by the end of June then quite frankly Zulu as a project is done for and PREM as a company will struggle to survive, GR will need to raise significant funding to keep the lights on and its unlikely he'll get the support he needs with the remaining assets he has. Canmax will take Zulu in lieu of the debts owed and bring in their own people. GR will then rely on bringing RHA back into production and the forever dangling Circum carrot before eventually calling it a day and winding up the company, leaving shareholders penniless
The fact there was no RNS this morning is telling. As we all know GR loves to shout out about the successes, but keeps the failures quiet until he has no option to release them. Replacing pipes is a pretty easy job, doesn't take a master pipe worker to do it, the old ones are taken off and the new ones bolted on, probably takes at the very most an hour per section of pipework. I'd expect, given that the pipework was on site on Monday (allegedly), that it would take no more than a couple of days to replace the inadequate pipes with suitable pipes, then a couple of days to run some product through along with some optimisation. Yup should have had something by today. Pipework maybe not as big an issue as GR suggested, how about them sorters or control units that cannot talk to each other How's those issues being sorted?
Ricky, who would do a JV with PREM when there's no money in it for them, one look at the books, the prepayment and offtake agreements and they'd run for the hills.
I only laugh when I read your posts, for they are most certainly laughable
Ricky, there'll be no JV, when GR can't get Zulu into production by the end of Q2 when he's completely out of cash and headroom, then Canmax will show their hand and make a play for Zulu, most likely get the whole lot in lieu of all the debts owed to them. PREM then left with nothing that's revenue generating and that as they say will be that for the company.
Snowking, yet another misleading statement. Uou know as well as I do that the plant will not be fixed in the next couple of days. Its possible that some pipes will be replaced in the next couple of days but that's just a small part of the issues at the plant. Sorters, sensors, monitors, control systems all have problems.
GR will have to issue shares soon to pay debts, the cash he raised so far won't last until the end of May so imho there will be another raise very soon to guarantee him the best possible discounted price. After that the headroom will be gone at that point youve got to ask, will he call an EGM or will he call it a day?
