Acker you know as well as I do that PREM are a lot further than a day or 2 from production. At best it's a month or 2 if it happens at all. Certainly won't be within their q2 deadline

My post started with: "Romanby, GR is far from stupid" which clearly is addressed to you and starts to answer your question.

My reply which whatever way you look at it is an answer to your question: "He is however owed the money and he will, as he always has, look after himself."

No news on GR loan, no progress update, no news on addressing the financial situation is all creating some uncertainty. The market clearly no longer has any appetite for PREM shares the moment and no doubt the satus quo will remain until the issues are resolved one way or another.

Chuggley, it was tested with hand picked ore that was sent to the site, not random samples, GR did like to play tricks on you all.

Romanby, if you ask me a question directly that I can answer then I'll do my best to supply you with an answer, I won't answer questions you've addressed to other users and I dont have the technical knowledge to comment on the difference between flotation units, however I'll preempt your question with an answer, if you put poor quality ore in to the front end of the process, you'll get a poor quality product out of the back end of the proces whatever machinery you use

Romanby, GR is far from stupid, he managed to pull the wool over the Premmings eyes for a long long time. He is however owed the money and he will, as he always has, look after himself. We shall no doubt that find out whats happening over the next couple of days

As for GR loan, it's not a question of how PREM will deal with it, it's a question of does GR want his cash back now withouy interest or take it later and take the interest as well. They probably have enough shares left to cover his accrued interest, but then they wouldn't be able to raise further working capital and Goddard payments.

No 3rd party investors will be putting any money into PREM in the near future. Their due diligence would prevent them from doing so until such time as Zulu is proven to work consistently at grade and volume and if that happens (unlikely imho) it would be several months away, they'd also want the security of being able to sell the product therefore the export licence issue would need to be resolved, again several months away and dependant on Zim government policy.

Asher, i do not own a single PREM share, lost a bit in the RHA debacle and made a killing trading on the GR Zulu promotion, so not underwater at all, sitting happily investing and trading those profits elsewhere. Your average doesn't interest me, 4 shares at an average of 0.021 is less than 1p invested, how many shares you have at that average would be more informative.

Desman, your holding is all relative, 33 million shares at a 0.5p average is a decent investment, at Asher 0.021 average it's a bit less than half a years ISA allowance so a lot of money for most people.

I think any sensible investor in PREM would go down the "minor player" route than buy truckloads in the vain hope that this will come good.

As a "minor player" your losses will be much less and it's easier to sell 33 million shares on Monday after the GR demands his repayment RNS at 16:40 tomorrow than it is to sell a truckload of 200 million shares at an average of 0.021

The only 🤡 here are those that still believe this is a viable project. The numbers don't lie, the eternal hope of the Premmings such as yourself is commendable but I'd recommend calling your GP at 8am tomorrow and try and get an appointment for a dose of reality. It'll do you the world of good.

Wait, no there just weren't any buyers, a pathetic 181.4 million shares traded all day on what is one of AIMs most liquid stocks. Some of the warehoused sells from the last few sessions we're bigger than today's total trades. Clearly the market has no appetite for PREM at the moment, why's that? Have the Premmings finally woken up and realised that this is going nowhere? GR loan about to be called in with no ability to satisfy it, another $200k due to Goddards in 12 days, £5 million short of the required funding to complete commissioning.

It's all a bit of a mess isn't it!

Ilovesushi, in November 2025 PREM had a little under 84 billion shares in issue and the GM at that time approved consolidation of 1:10 reducing the shares in issue to around 8.4 billion.

There's currently around 43 billion shares in issue and the possibility of placing another 1.7 billion shares. So if they hadn't consolidated there'd be nearly half a trillion shares in issue and the SP would be sitting at 0.002p.

Gotta give credit to the management teams new and old for really providing that shareholder value.

MrNewbie, PREM costed the project through to July and gave a very clear figure (broken down carefully) as to exactly how much money they would need. That amount was $13.4 million (about £9.8 million) and so far they've more or less used the whole headroom they requested (which when they requested it wouldn't cover their projected costs) and have managed to raise (or pay in shares) about half of that amount.

If you as a company say you need £10 million to get your project comlleted, do you think anyone would believe you can get that project completed when you've only managed to scrape together £5 million.

Do you think anyone should believe that the company has a viable future when they release information to the market saying that the project currently can't do what they want it to do, and the market is fully aware that they cannot fund the project to completion

Yury, wake up and have your Frosties. Not a chance any of that has happened, the Xinhai plant is great for Bikita because their Ore body is of sufficient quality. The Zulu ore body has issues, and no matter how good your technology is, Stark plant allegedly produced saleable product, if you put high volumes of poor quality ore in the front end, you dont get high quality uncontaminated SC6 out of the back end.

Biglad, no discussion, just a court case a d a legal judgement against PREM requiring them to pay what they owe plus interest over 10 months as they didn't have the $2.4 million they owed.

Who's the current mining contractor? Are they being paid? PREM has so little cash and a very high cash burn.
