Mrcandid, placings from PREM are usually at a 30% discount however I doubt the city will be so generous this time round but if they are then you can expect something around 0.013 possibly lower depending on if the price falls between now and the end of the week when the first (if the company can be believed) raise will take place.

Personally I think GH would be mad not to try and use the full 35 billion and get as much as he can towards to $10 million he needs, otherwise any future placings won't realise as much cash.

Whatever the placing is at and whatever the number of shares he places, he'll have to come back to shareholders and ask for billions more headroom as they can't possibly raise enough to cover what they say they need

By my reckoning Goddards still have around 150 million shares left to sell. They'll want to get rid of those ahead of the EGM so I'd expect to see a further fall today and tomorrow to around the 0.013 area. Placing of 35 billion shares by the end of the week at around 0.01will raise £3.5 million before costs so around £3.15 million after costs which is roughly $4.7 million so less than half the money they say they'll need to get this second float up and running.

Anu, I'll accept your claim that the average price over the last 12 months was 0.270 (although I haven't checked), the closing price today was 0.0195. Will you concede that the share price is not as you claimed over 100% UP on the average price (a price still lower than that of April 2025) and is in fact 92.78% LOWER than that average price.

A quick search of the Internet shows that the highest price PREM reached in April 2025 was on the 29th April and that price (allowing for the 10:1 consolidation and provide an accurate comparison) was 0.39p. The closing price today (post 10:1 consolidation) was 0.0195p.

I've never worked for Barclays or any financial institution but I think even my daughters year 2 primary school class could tell you that 0.0195p is not over 100% higher than 0.39p

I don't know why you two are getting so excited about the price of Spod. PREM doesn't have any to sell and cannot prove to any potential buyer that the ore body is suitable for processing into a saleable product.

Hasiba, what progress are you expecting in March? If the float plant is delivered tomorrow GH has stated 2 to 3 months for commissioning that takes things to May at the earliest and more likely June after his Q2 comment.

The only March news you're getting is the approval (or not) for the issuance of 35 billion more shares which will be placed at a large discount so as things stand that could well be around 0.012 raising next to nothing after fees and nowhere near what they need to keep the lights on.

Jag, ibthinknyour opinion on RHA is incorrect. The mine and associated equipment was more than capable of producing, the problem at the time was the ore wasn't of sufficient grade and they needed to go deeper to access what they needed. Then the issues with NIEEF and the ownership and funding caused problems over, if I remember rightly $20 million which was almost resolved until some sort of currency issue happened at which point GR refused to put any more money into RHA and the political issues ensued and were never resolved. How much it would cost to get RHA back online is debatable but the ownership issues would remain and that's the contentious issue, the company focus though is kn Zulu so RHA is irrelevant as things stand. All the debts are currently secured on Zulu in the form of the prepayment agreement and the high court writ.

What I don't think I've heard mentioned about the prepayment agreement is the requirement to ensure l

That no persons or entity has commenced with any bankruptcy, reorganisation, debt arrangement or other case or proceeding under any bankruptcy or insolvency Law, or any dissolution, winding up or liquidation proceeding, in respect of either Premier or Zulu Lithium unless it is contested by Premier or Zulu Lithium and is dismissed or settled within thirty (30) days."

Now I'm fairly sure that a "debt arrangement" now exists with Goddards so PREM could well be in breach of the offtake and prepayment agreement. Their support or otherwise at the EGM will be telling as to how they interpret the agreement.

Alert, they don't have the cash or the Facility to raise enough cash now or after the EGM to get Zulu into production. How many more billions pr trillions of shares would be needed to get RHA back online? They're gonna need at least 75 billion more from the EGM after the one next week just to get enough cash to last them till Easter at the rate the SP is likely to fall over the coming sessions.

PREM love to break bad news after hours and this is very bad news, PREM hasn't got the cash to meet its agreed debt obligations that are subject to a high court writs. Goddards have agreed to hold off taking moveable assets temporarily and if they don't get the remainder of the monthly payment then it's curtains for Zulu as the full 2 million will be due and they won't hang about in taking whatever they need to sell and get what's owed. There's a shiny new float plant arriving soon that's gonna be worth an easy 100k as long as it hasn't been installed if GH defaults again.

Lumipat, when you speak to GH tomorrow can you ask him when he'll be sharing the details of the report he's had for several months regarding the "extensive on site investigatikns" so that shareholders and prospective buyers can understand exactly what's wrong with the plant and how much it's going to cost to fix all the problems. Then get back to us with his answer

Share ownership is irrelevant. Knowledge as they say is power and there's a whole host of knowledgeable people here who may or may not hold shares but their opinion is equally as valid as anyone else's.

When it's relists in the next couple of months at £1+ I'll have enough profits to buy PREM outright whereas the Premmings will continue to sit at 90%+ losses and GH will already have called his next EGM as they'll have run out of money again by the end of March after placing 35 billion shares

Acker do you honestly believe that they won't use the full 35 billion at the earliest opportunity? Given the amount of money they say they need and the fact that 35 billion shares at current SP allowing for a discount and costs would only raise enough to cover their average costs until the end of April, they'd be crazy to not utilise the full headroom or they're risking further falls in the SP which consequently reduces the value of further fundraises
