What's next for PREM? Canmax maintain their position? Historically they usually wait about a week before converting interest into shares, it's now nearly 2 weeks, will they convert? Then it's the next fundraise once the last lot of shares has been sold by the contractor and the city boys.

Maybe one day GH will release the findings of the audit report that he promised to share with everyone. Maybe those findings were so damning or expensive that he just cannot do it.

Last I heard relisting plans going well, acquisition is completed, new fund is well subscribed for and AUM on relisting expected to be in excess of $2bn. Relisting price expected between 85p and £1.10 so a profit for me of between £1.5 and £2 million.

Snowking, you're deluded if you think small raises will help. It's a small raise because nobody wants to take the risk. The SP will now drop, the placing shares will be sold, the funds raised won't last beyond the end of March when they'll try again with another small placing at another discount.

Those 30 odd billion shares remaining won't last long at this rate.

Yesterday's close was 0.02p 90% lower, NOT as you claim to be fact that it's 50% higher.

Coreection to my last it's not $10 million they claim to need it's $13.4 million between now and July which averages out at $3.35 million per month.

35 billion shares placed at 0.013 will raise around $5.6 million after costs, less than half of what they need and will last about 6 weeks assuming their costings are averaged across the period
