You on the other hand have cost the naive trusting types a fortune with your posts here and in the various telegram groups, getting people removed from those groups when they questioned the validity of your post dinner with GR ramps, I was shocked at some of the losses members of those groups had after trusting you and the likes of Noel and Deadeye with your supposed connected knowledge and whilst we're all responsible for pressing the buy button, you really should be ashamed of yourself for promoting the company in the way you did. The only saving grace I can see is that you'll never see a return on all the money you have invested here and deservedly so.

Hikewithcaramel, Deacon or anyone else buying on the open market doesn't pay the bills, PREM needed 13.4 million to commission the plant and survive until July. Including what they've already raised and using the remaining headroom available they cannot raise half of what they need.

Can't believe how many new posters are here now claiming to be knowledgeable about PREM. It's actually quite funny to read some of these posts about how the currently very insecure financial position of the company will change for the positive.

All these new posters are just traders they'll be in and out for their % and fair play to them for making a few quid on their trades, PREM is most definitely a share for the traders but onlookers need to understand it's just that, not a long term investment and don't get tucked in to the promises of 1000% or more profits.

The likes of Snowking and Acker are all down by 90% or more and will tell you tales of untold wealth if you buy now but all they want is to recover their losses.

Snowking used to have dinners with George Roach and off the back of those dinners took out loans and maxed out credit cards buying PREM shares at prices 100 times or more higher than current prices. He bought those shares when people like me were saying DON'T BUY but they convinced others to buy and all are now never going to see their money back.

Take a few hours, do some research and don't believe Snowking or Acker, they're way too in the red to be trusted.

I do wonder why people get excited and reach foe the kleenex when an individual takes part in a placing thinking they know something nobody else knows.

We're now more or less halfway through Q2 with zero documented progress other than the installation of the new float circuit. No social media posts showing piping etc, no update via RNS or RNS REACH, no release of the engineering audit. As things stand no progress has been made.

Mr Deacon (whichever Mr Deacon it may be from financier or even the guy that won the 1987 Turner Prize or any other Richard Deacon in between and there are hundreds of them across the country) has put up an amount of cash and hopes to make a profit, I doubt he'll make a profit unless he's been selling down against the rise his TR1 induced. Time will tell but the next placing is imminent and if he doesn't get out before it he'll never make a return.

Acker, I totally agree that "There's nothing better than an expert who has no shares."

You should ask yourself why anyone with expert knowledge of a company isn't buying shares. What do they know that is stopping them from parting with their cash. GH is a prime example.

THe only thing you and the "plenty of buyers at this level" are doing is providing the liquidity for the placees to exit their positions with a profit. Once they're cleared it opens the gate for the next placing and the situation repeats until there's no more headroom and the EGM is called for 50 billion more shares and Ackers 100:1 consolidation, at which point I don't think there'll be the support for further dilution and the death spiral will begin.

Not too long to wait. The EGM will need to be called within the next 10 to 14 days to allow for 2 further placings before they run out of shares.

The 100 million trade is the first of the warehoused sells being published.

Hikewithcaramel, those 6 Billion shares that hit the market yesterday represented around 19% of the available headroom and raised £750k.

That headroom was put in place to raise enough funds to see the company through the commissioning phase and last until July.

The funds they needed were around £9.8 million.

I'll let you do the maths (not math as your AI posts keep stating) and see if £750k is close to 20% of £9.8 million

Acker, his narrative in the RNS actually makes it clear that the broker couldn't find enough people willing to part with their cash tontake part in the placing, hence why they've only been able to raise nominal amounts at vastly reducing prices.
