Acker, by breaking it down into 5 million packets it leaves a footprint but doesnt move the spread during periods of demand. That's the point. The footprint is there but the spread doesnt move because an orderly market is maintained.

The premmings buy, the seller sells into the demand and the broker holds the sells back until the desired amount are sold. That trade is then published at the average price, uncannily invariably at the mid point of the spread to remain an unknown trade as far as the algorithms for the sites such as this are concerned.

Acker the whole point of warehoused sells is to not drop the price. A one off sell of 400 million shares would instantly drop the price massively. Break it down into smaller 5 million packets when the buyers are there keeps the share price stable within the spread that's how it works and that's exactly what's been happening. The buyers provide the liquidity for the warehoused sells.

All those large trades are warehoused sells and theres plenty more to come.

The purpose of a warehoused trade is to manage market impact by spreading a large trade over several sessions, it prevents a massive price swing that would occur if the entire order was executed at once.

Therefore they don't follow the same basic mechanics, theyre designed to act contrary to the basic mechanics of the market.

When challenged by me on certain aspects of your claims (which were proven to be inaccurate) your reply was "have you had dinner with GR" and then furthered your case, as you do now with lots of "what if" type posts with undertone hints of some knowledge.

So it's not unreasonable to believe that you still have a connection with the company or are you just another deluded Premming who makes up scenarios in their head in the hope that they'll come true rather than look at the facts as they are presented to you.

As for Canmax controlling the money. They have oversight but do not control, theres a distinct difference which Acker and anyone else with a deep understanding of the company knows.

Mugwump, at the time with the i formation available I stand by those comments, just as I stand by my comments now. They survived because shareholders agreed to provide additional headroom otherwise they were indeed insolvent. They've relied on shareholders to give them the authority to continue to dilute in order to keep the wolves from the door and the premmings continued to deliver.

The facts remain that they do not have sufficient funds to complete the commissioning process and my maths is aligned more or less with Martinigirl and they're around £5 million short of being able to get the project completed.

Will the Premmings continue to deliver and allow further headroom increases and another consolidation or will you all finally realise you're being had and in the words of the Grange Hill cast "Just say No!"

Then theres the latest round of rampwrs with their "bigger picture" posts which are lengthy and throw out some numbers that could appear realistic but are simply pie in the sky speculative numbers with no substance just a bit of a "what if" type scenario that the company biggest ramper Snowking likes to use to create and element of "maybe this time they'll do it" although when you dig deeper they're as deluded as the rest of the believers and won't accept the company cannot finance itself through the commissioning process.

The only numbers that matter right now are how much is it costing? How much cash is in the bank? How much can they raise?

We know the answers to all of these questions and when you do the maths it just doesn't add up favourably for PREM.

3 days left to get the raise sorted. Not looking too good that it's not been completed yet and if GH doesn't use the full availability then it shows just how little appetite the city has for giving PREM money. The discount price will also be reflective of how much faith or lack thereof of the company ability to get the project over the line.

Br1dg3 it's a well known fact that I do not hold any shares, made a killing trading on the rise to 1p as I could see through GR bull. I've a deep understanding of this company and merely share my knowledge. Wouldn't touch it with Ackers barge pole right now, way too much risk with the imminent requirement to raise and subsequent EGM call. I'd be back in for a trade at some point in the future should I consider it worthwhile but that won't be before August should the company survive until then as I have my doubts they'll make it through to the end of Q2 given the cash situation and the fact they'll fall £5 or £6 million short of what they need to commission the plant.

There's a whole lot more pain for shareholders ahead before any potential opportunity to make some profits.

More wishful thinking, when will the PREM faithful ever develop some common sense and accept the reality that is about to fall upon them. All this talk of white knights, external funding, millions to be made at these levels. It's all pie in the sky dreaming. Sadly that seems to be the case for yhe believers, Hasiba adding more to his truckloads having talked himself into believing a desperately impossible scenario and now we have Anglebox hoping they'll keep the spread wide.

Not gonna happen, never has and never will much like all those premming scenarios that keep being touted here.

Nelly, I do indeed berate the rampers for "fooling the mug punters" into buying PREM shares, had those "mug punters" not bought on the incessant unfounded ramps of the likes of Snowking then they wouldn't be sitting on massive losses.

And you're right, I do take zero responsibility for crashing the share price, as I explained to you before, that's all down to those in the management positions and nothing whatsoever to do with anything I've posted here, I'm sure the market isn't so fickle that a few people with either an uncanny ability to see the future or are just well researched and understand the company can cause a catastrophic devaluation in a company by posting on a bulletin board

Nelly, the stock market really should t be for you if you believe that I or anyone else posting on here has had any influence whatsoever over the value of PREM stock. I or others have not caused the share price to crash. That responsibility has to be laid squarely in the hands of both previous and current management teams I'd have to do the maths but if you include the consolidation and subsequent drop to current levels it's actually possible that GH is responsible for the greater decline in share price in an overall percentage basis than GR was.

Not that it matters though, the pri e is where it is because there were tens of billions of shares in issue that holders wanted to sell because they'd lost virtually all their value. Yhe company thought they'd be clever and consolidate those tens of billions to less than 10 billion and the share price, as you would expect went up by a factor of 10. Then management realised they had no money and a load of debts they could no longer hide from shareholders so decided to issue 10s of billions more shares but the market wasn't willing to pay what the company wanted and the share price crashed 25% to 30% every time the company issued billions more shares and the cycle has repeated itself to where PREM is today. No money, large bills that need to be paid, £9 million working capital required and only about 25 billion shares left that they can try and sell.

Really isn't worth trying to blame the people that were posting here to point out the weaknesses in the investment case here, those same people who correctly understood and explained the nuance and meanings behind every single GR RNS. We didn't crash the price we've only tried to help people like you from making a poor investment decision.

The actual reasoning behind the small raises is because nobody was interested in giving them the money and being stuck with 35 billion PREM shares.

Another $200k due to Goddards within 7 days and they're still nearly £10 million short of the money they openly stated they needed to get the plant commissioned by the end of Q2.
