Commissioning doesnt translate into actual production no matter how you try and spin it, has progress been made? Yes im not denying that. However progress with commissioning doesnt mean that everything is OK and as soon as the plant is switched on the mythical SC6 will be pumped out of the back end. There's lots more work to be done, lots more bills to be paid, a gaping hole in the funding requirement of about £5 million and nowhere near enough shares to available to fill that hole.

The contractor isn't moving any machinery to site! There's a wholenlot more work to be done before any test runs are commenced.

What's not written in the RNS, is when the next raise will be. I'm thinking this week given the timing of the RNS release. He'll have to call the EGM this time too, anyone for another 50 billion shares and a 100:1 consolidation?

Mrnewbie my shareholding in ALGW is a matter of public record and if you did some research you'll see the figures im quoting are accurate

Dazed, the directors at ALGW didn't buy anything last month, however they did buy £70k worth of shares prior to the temporary delisting. How many shares do the directors of PREM hold?

As for Algw the acquisition process was slower than expected however they plan to relist probably send of Q3 or early Q4 with a mrket cap of around £500 million which will value my shareholding at round £2.5 million at a post consolidation average of around 12p

Snowking just how much money do you think they need? By my reckoning it's about £5 million maybe more depending on if GR loan repayment of £1.7 million due in 4 weeks is included.

That repayment alone at current SP will need 8.5 billion more shares to be issued, probably closer to 10 billion more shares. My guess is he'll want it in cash and if he does that will say a whole lot about where this ompanybis heading.

Must have been some pretty limited research to have bought this week. Even the most basic research would have told you that dilution was inevitable and theres a lot more to come. Company can't fund the work it needs to do and pay the essential debts it has to service by the end of June.

Lots more pain to come with no guarantees of success. You can expect an EGM with a request for maybe 50 billion more shares and another share consolidation of probably 100:1 to artificially inflate the SP in the vain hope of getting poorly researched individuals to part with their money.

I'm sure Snowking and Acker will be all.over it saying everyone knew it was coming and how good it will be. We all know it's coming (apart from those that didn't do any basic research) and further dilution to the tune of nearly 100% is never a good thing. Right now theres billions of shares being sold by placees and contractors and the mug punters buying now just provide the liquidity for them to bank their profits ahead ofnthe next fundraise.

Much like many of the posters on here now adopting the Snowking "what if" tactics, and quoting imaginary Froude Numbers to sound knowledgeable in a vain attempt to pump up the Sp but the reality is they know nothing more than anyone else, probably a lot less than most of us here who know the company well.

Hike, im well aware of what information has been released via RNS. Im interested in where the Froude numbers have come from as that information hasn't been released as to being the specific issue with the Stark float unit or indeed the specific remedy with the Xinhai unit

Upstart where have PREM released this information about the issues with the old float plant? Or indeed the information about the new float plant. I cannot remember ever reading such information.

Likely continue raising? They're gonna be £5 million short of what they need to complete the commissioning process. They're most definitely going to continue to raise and theyre most definitely going to have to call yet another EGM to raise the headroom probably by 50 billion more shares and probably call for yet another consolidation only this time its likely to be for 100:1.

I'm still waiting to see the independant engineering report we were promised sight of. Where is it? What did it show? What aren't they sharing with shareholders? What are they hiding?
