Sorry Snowking they need SC6 otherwise it's payment time to the tune of $1.5 million, a generally good 5% just ain't good enough to meet the contractually agreed grade. As usual with PREM, the silence is deafening. Remember what happened last time? History does have a habit of repeating itself with PREM. No doubt Snowking will make another appearance today with more cryptic insights into what's happening and how good next week is going to be, didn't he say that same thing last week and the week before? I see Snowking is back again after his ramp of ridiculous forward looking production figures in the telegramp group. The offtake agreement is for SC6, nothing less, produce SC5 and it's time to fork out $1.5 million for the missed deadline.

Let's debate the facts, that's what we're here for, the facts as they stand are that to date despite many assurances from George and Madderson over a number of months, Zulu has yet to produce any SC6, nor has it produced any Spod of a saleable grade. George Roach has at best been economical with the truth about progress at Zulu in every interview he has conducted since production was due to start back in February, so just about 9 months of misleading shareholders. In the latest interview he uses exactly the same language he has used in all the other interviews with "no belief" "no expectation" or "guidance from the plant manufacturer suggests" "plant manufacturer have told us....... I've no reason to believe otherwise"

Nothing has changed, your god Snowking has told you no SC6 has been produced, he dines with George and Madderson. George was hyping things up about having the November deadline as it gave him room and he "fully expected" to be producing ahead of that deadline and was "reasonably confident" they'd make the deadline. The plant is still undergoing optimisation, they will miss the November deadline of 900 tonnes, they're not stockpiling anything.

Wake up, rub your eyes, wash your face with cold water and see what's staring you in the face. Mugwump, we know the plant hasn't produced any SC6, Snowking has already told the telegramp group this, there has been zero production. George in his usual fluffy blustery way has also confirmed this in the last interview when he said there were "good grades" Meaning not SC6.

Snowking, it was mentioned by the interviewer, albeit incorrectly, GR should have corrected him and the NOMAD should have picked up on it prior to allowing release. Jaguar where are the feed grades confirmed? We know what grades the Plant is capable of feeding, if you believe what the totally unprofessional Stark CEO has tweeted (X'd) but where's the confirmation that those grades are going into the plant? There is none!! Telegramp group have confirmation today that plant is still being optimised so no production this week and knowing that they need 900 tonnes minimum shipped by end of November I'd say this deadline is going to be missed

Jaguar I never said they were paying extra nor did I say it was coming from elsewhere. Fact is its $1.5 million coming out of PREMs account which isn't an insignificant amount of money and as I previously stated PREMs cash burn isn't exactly low so the funds will be depleted somewhat when that payment becomes due.

I've absolutely no idea how the KOD plant is coming on I'm not invested there, have never been invested there, have never posted on their LSE threads, perhaps you should check your facts before making assumptions. George has admitted to the telegramp group that the plant is still in its optimisation phase so it's unlikely they'll meet the November target, can't you see that? It's as clear and obvious as your reflection in the mirror!

Wullie the payment comes out of PREM bank account so a lot to worry about. Cashburn is shocking so having to fork out another 1.5 million is definitely something to worry about.

Acker a bit of WF40 and the tightening of some nuts and bolts isn't good enough. The other day one of the premerati fanboys was talking about how these plants have been proven over 20 years and everything is known about them so its easy to tweak. Clearly that's not the case, if it were then the gremlins would have been known about 20, 15,10 or 5 years ago. Whatever issues there are are significant and not just a case of sticking a multimeter on a circuit to turn down a dial. If November and December are missed I don't believe PREM will be in a position to raise sufficient funds to continue into Q1 as a solvent company

Acker you seriously cannot honestly believe that the SP will drop just 10% on news that they've failed to meet the production and delivery targets. It's gonna drop at least 30% of that happens

You're right Acker, PREM won't be penalised but they will have to stump up the $1.5 million payment to Canmax should they not supply a minimum of 900 tonnes SC6 by the end of November. That's a big chunk of cash to hand over and will severely deplete any reserves given the current cash burn. I'd expect a placing in December should they miss the November deadline but at what price? Something close to 0.15 would be my guess as the SP will freefall on news of missed deadline and then the placing at a discount. The longer the silence the greater the number of sellers not willing to take the risk and who can blame them.
