SLNF, how many ICE fires are so intense that the ensuing blaze requires 15 fire appliances to attend, cannot be extinguished and barely contained, causes a building to collapse and flights at a major airport to be cancelled for an extended period?

Jaguar George clearly states in the video that there will be "no extended shutdown" to install the thickener in Q1. So there will be a shutdown how long for? Define extended, I'd say a week or more would be extended so plant could be shut down for a few days

Jaguar, you know very well that George doesn't say that no shutdown is required.

My guess is they got caught out like they usually do with ALGW and now need to try and balance the book. Any volume over next few sessions will see them caught out good and proper which would make a nice change.

Floatation circuit getting less than 50% of material so less than 1000 tonnes, George still not sure they can produce the correct grades, what's happening with the onsite lab, is it operational? Back in June George said it would be up and running in a few days! Shutdown is required for the thickener module to be installed in Q1 2024 so some on here saying no shutdown required are wrong and misleading. Flotation circuit without thickener couldn't produce anything near SC6, what on earth makes anyone think that they'll be able to do it now? November and December deadlines will pass without the required shipments so that's $3million out of the kitty in payments, throw in the massive monthly costs and PREM can't afford the thickener or the monthly costs. It's looking pretty bleak from where I'm sitting

Just read Clueless post too, so which is it? No shutdown required or a shutdown required but for a minimal time? I'd appreciate being pointed to the right video to help better my understanding

GoldDuck, the thickener is, in George's words, "normally in a circuit of this nature" but they felt it wasn't needed, now they do feel its needed so installing it in Q1 probably isn't a good idea.

Where was it confirmed the plant won't require to be shut down for the installation? It's not a plug and play piece of kit so a shutdown is highly likely for the installation.

Rainy season upcoming so less than optimal conditions for 200 a week. Not looking good

Clueless is Jaglith wrong in what they stated? Did the plant produce SC6 when it was filmed? Is the plant producing SC6 now?

In case you don't know the answer to both questions is No!

That November deadline is getting closer and closer, the cost to PREM should that 900 tonnes not be produced is significant. I'm intrigued about the onsite lab, it (according to George) was supposed to be up and running months ago. If by some miracle the manage to produce some Spod, how will the grades be determined? Labs in Zim seem to take rather a long time to send back results therefore additional delays.

It's looking increasingly likely that there'll be a $1.5 million payment to Canmax in November and all of a sudden PREM will be cash constrained once again given the daily cash burn.

Some positivity from the market at last. Today's price movement just goes to prove how small the actual free float is. The 4 TR1 holders have 35% of the shares, there's a few others holding close to 3% all of whom believe in the company and the potential it has. When the next news release comes it will catch us all out so the sensible course of action is to build a stake whilst the price is down at these levels sub placing price and sub warrant exercise price. Not long until the warrants expire and if they do it removes the possibility of those additional shares coming to market and the subsequent dilution. The company have openly stated they don't anticipate the need to raise funds for additional acquisitions so logically they don't need the funds from an exercise of warrants. It's all lining up nicely as I see it.

BluePanther, I'm still here waiting patiently for the next bit of news the company will release. The SP is disappointing right now and I can understand people wanting to sell as so far this year absolutely nothing has happened other than 2 sets of results. The team haven't been sat on their backsides doing nothing, although it could appear that way. In his recent presentation GS alluded to the fact that things move slowly in a regulated environment which makes me think they're involved with additional acquisitions but waiting to go public with them as previously, through no fault of theirs, expected and published timescales weren't met. The $2 billion target for AUM is still imho a conservative target which I have every belief they will achieve ahead of target. Market will eventually wake up and the SP will rise to a more realistic level and who knows they may even start paying dividends

My job in the Royal Navy as a warfare officer was to gather and assess all available information to make a command assessment on threats to the ship or to achieve the mission objective. It's no different here, I've gathered and assessed all the available information and made a decision on the threat to my finances that PREM currently poses. That assessment has made me decide that PREM currently provides a significant threat that I personally cannot mitigate against and therefore at this time it is univestable.
