Plant is in place but its certainly not "all go" right now it's ALL STOPPED because it doesn't work how it's supposed to, there'll be no new production any time soon just reprocessing of sub standard product to try and achieve an acceptable grade that can be sold and exported out of Zimbabwe. All well and good fitting shiny new hydro sorters that can increase throughput capacity by 50% but if you're using a mill that doesn't work you're not putting any new feed into the plant and therefore not producing any new product of any grade.

GR hasn't said he would directly provide financial backing for PREM he said he would use his shareholding and my take on that is that he will participate in the discounted open offer to the full extent that his shareholding will allow

Marcuspd, ah yes ymthe famed changes to the milling process which introduces a ball mill which GR has previously stated on film is a bad thing as it contaminates the product with iron which is a bad thing due to the low iron nature of the deposit. Yup good old GR, not satisfied with mica contamination but more than happy with iron contamination. Hydrosizer will also introduce more wet material into the plant which we know it cannot handle therefore a lot of that wet material will have to be sidelined and stockpiled until the iron contaminating ball mill is on site in 12 weeks or so, unless of course GR uses the mill from RHA after all that's sitting there in Zim doing nothing following GR Tungsten project failure and could probably be delivered to Zulu relatively quickly.

Jaglith, I disagree, yes there's excess mica in the bags but why didn't GR say yes it's SC6 but has excess mica and I want a purer product. Instead when asked what the grades were in the last interview he deflected the question and talked about grades going into the plant. He knows damn well the grades in the bags and he knows damn well it's not a commercially viable grade but is hiding this from the market

Mikeepikee yes it can be refined over and over and over and over and over again to eventually get to the right grade. All of which takes time and money both of which PREM don't have in abundance right now. It all affects the projected tonnages and stops anything else going into the circuits so all that stockpiled or continues to sit there whilst GR fails to produce projected numbers be abuse the plant can't produce SC6, first time round or even second, third or fourth time round

Hasiba, GR also said in an interview a month ago that he expected the results in the next day or so. You cannot honestly believe that George "honesty" Roach doesn't have those results! Of course he does and he's not telling the market because what's in the bags isn't fit for purpose, might be OK for use in ceramics but likely hasn't even made the grade to be exported from Zim.

Alternatively whoever is selling now is very astute, very astute indeed.

Evraz, it won't be Canmax selling, they will want to maintain their % holding to keep the offtake agreement.

It's large shareholders selling most likely from the telegramp group who've no doubt had the nod about the upcoming open offer and freeing up the funds to buy those discounted shares

Watcher I'm sure if you'd been in PREM long enough you would remember GR on video saying "I have no intention of rasing any funds at this time" if I recall that video was released on a Monday. At 16:45 on the Friday there was a Primary Bid placing.

Watcher you clearly don't know GR he has a habit of saying he has "no intention right now" to do something and then goes ahead and does it the following day as the next day doesn't constitute "right now"

I believe he stated he would provide finance if needed. If he gets the open offer away then his finance won't be needed.

My guess somewhere in the 0.35 / 0.4 area for the offer. I'm sure SK and the telegramp group will be wetting themselves at the thought of getting all those extra shares having sold at 0.6 and above to free up the cash.

10 day period ends today if I'm not mistaken. So if Canmax are indeed playing hardball there'll be no RNS this morning and every hour that passes is an hour closer to the inevitable "Open Offer" RNS after market close.

Big question is how many shares and at what discount?

Angle, Canmax will have a team of in house lawyers so won't have to pay the extortionate legal fees that PREM will incur should there be arbitration or a court hearing

Right now PREM don't have any SC6, George didn't answer the question in the latest interview, he simply admitted that they have something that's contaminated with mica. Plant potentially can produce SC6 but right now there's no evidence to suggest that it actually can or indeed will

This case is similar to the PREM situation, the judge ruled that:

"In so far as issue (c) was concerned, the Judge held that the force majeure clauses applied to justify non- or short supply due to shortage of raw materials, but did not exempt the Defendant from liability arising from unforeseen plant breakdowns. "

I'm an educated man, I benefitted from a classical education, worked hard at school, went to university, learned practical skills such as vehicle maintenance, plumbing, non electrician required electrical skills etc. I've had 2 jobs since leaving university (if anyone is particularly interested I got my BSc from Durham and my MA from Pembroke, Cambridge) I was a Police officer for 9 years which taught me investigative skills and to question everything presented to me and to continue to ask Why? Until you cannot ask why any longer. I've been an Air Traffic Controller for the last 25 years and for that I need to continually look at ghe big picture, continually assess what would happen if I took a particular course of action and make the right decision every time. I apply those skills and abilities when I invest. Those skills have served me well thus far as a whole and have served me well with PREM. I'd advise anyone else to keep asking Why? And look at the bigger picture with PREM, you might find it quite liberating to see something other than the picture painted by Snowking and the rest of the telegramp group, may just help you to make a more informed investment decision.

GaryBaines, look in the mirror, take off the rose tinted spectacles and get a long hard look at the background and the bigger picture. I'm old enough and thick skinned enough to not care about the name calling so it serves no purpose on your part. However I've called this pretty much exactly right in terms of everything that's gone wrong here over the last few weeks and I'm confident I'm right again with how this will play out and it will be detrimental to PREM shareholders. The fanboy traders such as Snowking will make their money and the rest of you will be left holding the losses.

I've also no doubt that Snowking and the rest of the telegramp group will be selling into any rise. He has already admitted to adding to his trading pot and you can be damned sure that his holdings outside trading point will reduce on any rise otherwise why put any shares into a trading pot. The guys a hypocrite and would happily leave his faithful holding whilst he Banks the profits.

I cannot believe that people are so blinkered as to not see the bigger picture here. It amazes me just how naive some people can be.
