If the company had told us back in H1 that they were doing DD on an acquisition we would all be questioning when the acquisition would complete much like when they gave an expected timeline for previous acquisitions which were then delayed by bureaucracy

Elliselblow, it's down to the company to release information to drown out the negatives. They're not doing that, no clarification on Canmax position despite the deadline having passed 10 days ago, seems there's no appetite for positivity here. We all know that no news is bad news with PREM, market tends to agree, apart from maybe Hasiba who must me sitting on at least a 50% loss right know but still keeps buying, keep trying to catch that falling knife buddy, hope you're wearing steel gauntlets as it's a sharp one and falling quickly

This note was from November, so the potential acquisition DD has been ongoing for at least 5 months which suggests its a big number of potential increased AUM given the amount of time the DD has taken

Looks good. Company delivering on the fund side of the business as promised. Hopefully they'll rns the increase. Managed to get the top up in my SIPP done today too couldn't get a quote for the full 10k so had to break it down into 3 buys, the last showing as a sell for 134431

I also recall a quote of $1500 a tonne production costs on a video with GR. I'm a nightshift tonight but will trawl through the videos before I go to bed in the morning and see if I can find I the quote

Hasiba, PREM aren't on the cusp of producing anything. If they survive long enough it will be March before they see any production at Zulu but even then I'd question if the product will meet the grades required

Cevodniya, it's been a bit of a long haul but I think we are getting closer to seeing news on various fronts which should help the SP back to a much more realistic number. I've added more recently and just waiting for some money to be transferred into my SIPP and I'll be adding another £10k, just too cheap right now imho.

Cszjrh01, totally agree with everything you've said there. I'd like to think that the acquisition they're doing the DD on will be enough to take us through the $1bn AUM mark.

thought i'd pop in after my holidays, i see nothing significant has happened, a couple of interviews with gr saying nothing new but being as non committal as ever and we all know that means he knows exactly that those deadlines won't be met. then we come to the most recent interview. i'm not a fan of mark but on this occasion to his credit he did push george who did appear somewhat inebriated. my take from that interview is that a placing is incoming, it was a ****ed up attempt to get the pandora group excited about lab grades being real grades. far too many discrepancies between what he has said in the interviews and what he has said in an rns.

Well well well, absolutely criminal that shareholders have been treated this way by GR. Was very nice of him to give Stark time to sell their shares to pay for the mill that might not do the job they want it to in Q1 2024. FCA should be all over this with a fine toothed comb.

I feel for the majority of shareholders taken in by Snowking, Deadeye, Noel and the rest of the telegramp group preferati, no doubt they also had the heads up that this was coming. Others I don't feel sorry for at all, their behaviour in this group towards myself and others who told exactly what was coming and were berated, abused, insulted and worse was disgraceful.

It's clear that Geroge Roach is a lying manipulative individual who cares not a jot for shareholders, only where his next pay cheque is coming from. Geoffrey Madderson and Starks reputation must now be in tatters following his appalling rampy behaviour on social media. His company have failed to deliver a project that should have been a straightforward modular plant build and optimisation. I can't imagine anyone with any sense would now contract Stark for future mining projects

Completely agree cszjrh01, everything we need to know right now is contained within the broker note. DD takes time andbthe larger the numbers involved the longer it takes. Precvious broker note mentioned acquisitions in the space can be $1bn or more, I'm not expecting the current acquisition to be that size but it will no doubt contribute significantly towards that $2bn target which I still believe to be conservative. We will find out the value in due course and I'm sure they're looking at other acquisition opportunities that are continually being presented to them and continuing to market the funds to HNWI and family offices.

They're revolting in the telegramp group, the preferati haven't managed to get their spin right, Noel being schooled on averages and Prepayment dates.

Let's also not forget that by missing the November deadline they'll need to ship 1800 tons minimum by end of December, that 2 week Christmas shutdown won't help so that's pretty much a guarantee they'll be paying another $1.5mn in December. I expect the raise at start of December, shortly after GR announces he's been repaid his loan, he won't want to have to risk another EGM to get the headroom to get his shares back. Also don't forget that other contractors have agreed to have invoices up to December to be paid in shares so that's even more dilution coming when those invoices are raised for payment.

Well you can't see you weren't warned, it was blatantly obvious that the plant hasn't been able to produce anything of a saleable grade, it was blatantly obvious that Snowking and the telegramp group have led you up the garden path. I see yhe prolific X ramped DeadEyeBeaky is now claiming to the telegramp fanboys to have spoken to the Stark CEO shortly after the rns.

The RNS, like GR deafening silence is very telling and no amount of ridiculous spin, put on what has been a shocking RNS,by the fanboys detracts from the fact that the November deadline will be missed, there's just not enough time left now.

What's the current cash burn? Can't be too much of that August placing money left now and then with the $1.5mn payment in November and another likely in December (they've only got 2 weeks of December to produce 900 tonnes) that's pretty much going to clear out the bank accounts.
