HFC is extremely knowledgeable about this share as am I. Your supposed research has clearly come out of thin air. Last week you were moaning about sells that were clearly rollover trades or a bed & ISA. I dont recall reading ANYWHERE of hearing from ANYONE connected with the company (I am in regular contact) who the financing is with. Provide the evidence and you may prove to have some credibility otherwise stop making sh*t up

Sounds like a poor attempt at a ramp from young John maybe he wants to try and sell some of those 8 million shares for a bit more than he allegedly paid for them. Fact is why would they delay signing for a bit more funding. The facility is revolving so get it signed off, get some AUM and then look to increase later if really needed

Would love to hear the source of that information John. It certainly wont have come from the company. I had a long chat with GS last week and he certainly wasn't letting anything slip. John, I dont for 1 minute believe you have £150k invested here, your amateurish posts and lack of knowledge give me that impression. Perhaps you pressed 0 instead of the decimal point. £1.5k maybe but not £150k. Ibwould suggest if you are concerned about the SP you give GS a call, he is always happy to speak to investors and someone who has an alleged (albeit unreported [hmmm?]) large percentage holding of the company would surely have had conversations with the management team. Stop your whingeing on here and do something about it.

News comes when it comes. If everything is to be believed then rha electrification is just about done and we can expect news on that soon. EPO will happen when it happens but I'm convinced it's done deal. Circum is circum and quite frankly I wouldn't hold my breath over that one, will it happen? Yes! When? Your guess is as good as mine. The mcap now relies on rha and Zulu, cant factor in circum that's just an added bonus when it happens. Get RHA back into production with a decent off take agreement and get the EPO that what's gonna make PREM, nothing less

Bought back in again today. Reckon its bottomed out around this level and upside is pretty good from here if the timescales promised are delivered

Agree John, personally I'd rather operate within the rules and file in that situation. There are ways around but can get you into trouble if the authorities decided to pursue it

If they live at the same address then they do have to file a TR1 same if any kids have holdings in ISA

Jeez do you people not understand how the buys and sells are printed here? If you want accurate information as to what's a buy and what's a sell pay for a service otherwise just use common sense and you'll soon be able to work out a more accurate picture for buys vs sells. If you can then I would suggest that the market is not for you as you'll lose a pot of money very very quickly

As long as negotiations on the facility have been ongoing the bod have been inside. Hence why no director buys. Theres nothing sinister here just the expected DD delay

Low free float also helps it move quickly. Forget about trading this one it's a buy and hold. Just look at the bigger picture

Results are due, not expecting anything spectacular but a decent forward looking statement should go a long way to confirming what we all believe will be a transformational period for the company. Merry Christmas everyone and here's to a happy and profitable new year

Whilst I'm not happy with the placing and the fact it was obviously leaked, it might actually be a good thing. I'm looking at it from the perspective that expansion has actually got ahead of the cash flow and they need the money to actually achieve what they've set out to do. I could be completely wrong but it's one positive way to look at it. All things considered I wont be adding to my holding until I see the circular and have a clearer picture of why the money is needed. However if it is for reasons I propose above then I will be adding and averaging down. The story and tech still holds ground but maybe they need a new captain at the helm to steer the ship on the right course
