Nobody knows when news will come but anyone that's only read the latest RNS let alone done any proper research will see that news is due soon on multiple fronts be it the results of the fund audit or confirmation of the financing facility. Both of which are expected before the big AUM announcement. The former I expect one this week and the other after Christmas but both could benbeforenor after. AUM I expect in January not before the audit and funding news should see an SP close to 5p if not above and when the bug AUM news comes its double figures all the way

About taking some profits elsewhere and buying back in here thankfully GR has saved me the trouble of making a decision.

My thoughts.
A reasonable (conservative) PE of 14
$50m AUM gives sp of 11p
$100m AUM gives 24p
$200m AUM gives 50p
Assuming 1.5% net revenue per annum and 10% profit share of 8% of profits
Back of a fag packet figures but not too far off of you do the maths properly

They could buy that same policy and get the million a few days later if the holder dies!! Remember all the policies they're targeting to buy will be held by people in their 80s

Management fee is 1.5% of all AUM, plus an initial fee plus 20% of all profits in excess of 7%. They're targeting profits of between 10% and 14% which is fantastic. I've heard that the actual audited figure is in excess of the 14% but until we get confirmation on Monday we wont know. If itvisbin excess of 14% then every man and his dog will want a piece of this. I'll give them 250k sit back and take the profits year on year. Think of all the pension and investment funds that will want those kinds of returns

Wolf you need to do your own research but then again you wont because you're just here to disrupt the board. Thankfully you'll be gone soon enough

Expected today if the rumour mill is to be believed and I'm of that opinion too. If it's the news I expect it to be (audit results) and it shows the audited annualised returns to be in line with the company predictions (10% to 14%) or possibly higher then that is game changing news and you would be crazy to trade this for 10 or 20% it will easily break the previous highs (5.5p if I recall) couple that with the information contained in the previous RNS and the fact we know GS has back to back meetings in London and Europe (Zurich being the significant one imho) then we could easily see double figures before Xmas and certainly before the end of the year. As has been said by others this is a life changing opportunity, ones like this dont come along too often. Imagine investing £2k today at 2.5p come 31st december that could easily be closer to £15K. I'm fully loaded here with nearly 3% of the company otherwise I'd be treating myself to an early Xmas present

In London as we speak has back to back meetings lined up along with further meetings arranged in Europe ( paris, Zurich) which I believe are next week. All the ducks are lining up nicely. The financing is imho a done deal otherwise why bother with the RNS. Expect further news on the audit of the fund, which if as expected is giving annualised returns in excess of 10% then it's all hands on deck as funds etc climb over each other to start investing large sums of money. At that point it all pays for itself and we just sit back and watch the SP rise into double figures short term. Longer term should see an mcap in excess of DS target of £100 million. I personally believe a realistic mcap based on potential earnings and a modest PE should be closer to £200 million. Either way its massive profits for anyone buying right now

I'm reliably informed that GS is now in London arrived not too long ago

If you could get the borrow you would be very foolish to short this. GS coming to London with big meetings planned. Next RNS coming very soon which is one of 2 things. First contracts signed or the KPMG audit results for the fund. Contracts speak for themselves and will be big big money. Audit results if what I'm hearing is correct will be mind blowing and beyond all normal expectations. If your brave enough and able to take a short position then expect to lose your house

Dont forget that the fund is currently being audited and as has been mentioned before a 10% return will get lots of people interested. Typically these funds return up to 15%. Alpha get a bonus of 20% of anything above 7%. Translate that into cash money for the company. A 15% return on 100 million invested is 15 million. 8 million above the target 7% so Alpha get 20% of £8 million so an easy 1.6 million. Times that by 4 with the financing package so you have £6.4 million just in bonuses add on the fees etc and you can see why the current mcap is ridiculously low. KPMG audit results when published could see some immense opportunities for investors and could well be mind blowing

Just about bagged on my investment here. Not even close to thinking about selling any at these levels. Will see 5p plus this week. More news lined up which will send the SP flying. Still time to buy in and make some serious money

All you need to remember is that Danny Swick expects the company to have a £100 million mcap. Personally after todays news I think that could well be rather conservative when you do the maths. Could well see mcap in excess of £150 million so close to £1 a share. Load up now and let Alpha change your life

Best buy in price is long gone. Anyone sitting on the fence looking for a cheap entry should get off now and hit the buy button. I'm expecting a close above 2p today
