Cant see it moving any time soon until the while quarantine issue is sorted and business travellers can work on arrival in the UK. I'm happy to wait, making money on the pharma stocks that will be used to further increase my position here when I finally exit those positions. Next news will be the interims due this week (probably Friday) with a decent forward looking statement from GS. May see a drop back towards 1.3 over the next 2 or 3 sessions or it could stagnate around 1.5 especially if the TR1 holders are slowly adding to their positions

"Eve of the SGM" meeting isnt until 4th June, some 15 days away!! Someone chose to sell that's all, maybe they finally broke even or made a small profit. Hardly anything to worry about

What am I hoping for? Several million oz and confirmed IOCG bodies. If both are confirmed then it's a massive prospect, even if it's just the gold then it's still big and the SP will rise significantly. Some will criticise me for selling part of my holding but that's my strategy, derisking and taking some profit keeps food on the table and money in the bank. I'll gladly reap any future rewards from a derisked holding or gladly lose the lot, its cost me nothing, could make me very wealthy but certainly wont make me poor

I am a holder, derisked my holding yesterday at 3p by taking out my initial capital after buying in at 1.2p, sitting with 750k shares on a free ride waiting for the news

Warrants can be exercised at any time at the 2p warrant price. Once the VWA hits or exceeds 3p in any 5 day trading period then the accelerator kicks in and those warrants subject to the accelerator clause (36 million if memory serves me correctly) must be exercised with 20 days of the company announcing that the accelerator is in play, if not exercised they are forfeited

Considering there are only 155 million shares in issue atm 100 million warrants is a pretty significant dilution. Believe the figure quoted is nearly 67% dilution once all warrants are executed. They're exercisable at 2p

Its great to see some amazing figures being used to show potential investors what their shares could be worth. One thing these posts dont seem to take into account is the warrants. Currently just over 100 million warrants available to be exercised. Perhaps our resident SP prediction experts could redo the calculations on a fully diluted basis. Still profitable but not quite the figures quoted

Had an email conversation with GS last week, I vented my spleen a little. He was of the opinion that the podcast was acceptable as the quarterly update, I told him it wasnt so I expect that the forthcoming RNS will be the official update. He did say they were looking forward to the end of lockdown stateside and could then get on with doing what they need to do. I'm certainly very content with everything here, albeit frustrated that covid-19 has set us back a little but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I'm convinced its burning very bright

And so it should be off the radar, digitalglassware is nothing more than the ability for labs to share results of experiments. It's certainly not going to be at the forefront of covid-19 research. Shameless ramping, anyone who is thinking of buying here really should look closely at the company before buying in on the word of the rampers here or the Quint telegram group or the twitterati plugging it. Caveat Emptor on this one folks, dont be fooled by those looking to take their profits at your expense
