Mark Ward taking another chunk out of the free float clearly signals his belief in the company to the extent of investing circa £250k, throw kn the other TR1 holders, Giles and his wife invested circa £200k then Mr Alder another £200k, Mr Khan around £150k, that's a lot of money from private investors who will have done deep research into the company, talked with the bod and made the decision to buy shares. They say follow the money, well I have to agree, if these guys between them are willing to buy shares equating to around 1/3 to 1/4 of the mcap then surely they must have a bit more knowledge than the mere off the street trader. These guys are INVESTING they want and expect a good return on that investment. I for one would follow that kind of money and be buying

Consolidating nicely at these levels, the 100k sells being eaten up with the buys. Surprised it didnt break 2p today. Guess the MMs have a few shares they're willing to let go below 2p. Reckon 2p will be gone this week and form a new base prior to news. That said my comms with GS would suggest that news is very close based on timescales that some of the RIAs have taken to do their due diligence. I'm certainly expecting news before my daughter gets her pseudo A Level results and we've all seen that the Lido fund announcement is now scheduled for around 9th September. GS said that the "Fall" would be good, I think it will be transformational with a few quality announcements in the meantime. Suspect close to if not above 3p by end of August and come the news at the Lido conference then we could see 5p plus. Throw in the resumed talks for the $100 million RCF which were close to completion prior to covid when we could be talking close to 5p. Certainly a potential bag for anyone buying at the levels, longer term, which is my strategy (not trading this) the potential is truly life changing. I hold enough of these to make sure each of my 3 kids is well provided for when I shake off this mortal coil (assuming indent blow it all on first class tickets, 5 star hotels and expensive cars)

Busymum dont really care which company they RTO into in, I'm not in any cash shells atm, a few have been mentioned as possible targets, OKYO isnt an option as far as I can tell it's not a cash shell and wouldnt provide shareholder value for the TILS holders. BOU mentioned they had a target and the narrative fits Stem plus if I remember rightly it's a main market listing and I'm sure all the holders there would love to believe that to be true. I've no doubt that TILS have been progressing this demerger for several months and will have identified an rto vehicle for stem, what that is we will all have to wait and see. They could however still go down the IPO route but that, imho, doesnt fit in with the timescales they've mentioned in interviews. Guess we will find out within the next 48 hours. IPO or RTO, either way we holders get the benefit

Wont be an IPO will go down the RTO route. They've known they were going to demerge StemPrintER since February so will no doubt have identified a suitable vehicle for the RTO. Shouldnt take more than a few weeks to conclude the formalities. I would suspect it will also be a main market listing as that Carrie's more credibility than an AIM listing

Was good today with lots of buying pressure. MMs have obviously balanced the books and seem to be keeping it within a range at the moment. Similar buying pressure should see a move upwards. I've a feeling that the first RIA news isnt too far away. GS has stated several investment managers have been doing their DD, normally you would expect this to take around 30 days or so, in these covid-19 times maybe twice as long. So say 8 to 10 weeks to complete DD. Say RIAs contact ALGW at start of April to get initial information and commence discussions about client needs. Maybe takes 3 or 4 weeks for information review and discussions to take place. Takes them to start of May then discussions with their clients takes another week. Then wait for next meeting of all the relevant investment committee people maybe 2 weeks (if they meet monthly) takes us to last week of May. Commence DD, 8 to 10 weeks gets us to end of July, start of August. DD completed and contracts drawn up and signed at next committee meeting. My timescales are clearly guesses but I think educated guesses. Imho news could be anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks away with a potential slip into September. I really think that GS was being very conservative with his "Fall" news knowing how he has upset the market with his late June early July things in the past. Alpha is the biggest holding in my portfolio and I have absolutely no doubt that my investment here will do very very well in the very near future

Anyone truly invested here understands the company, the product, the direction and the potential to make some serious money. This isnt a get rich quick share it will reward the patient investor. It is tradeable as can be seen over the last few weeks, many will have made money trading the stock. I personally prefer the slow and steady approach we have seen over the last few sessions which have seen the free float move into the hands of longer term holders (like me). I, like anyone else invested in any share want to make money and the more I make the happier I will be knowing that my children will be provided for long after I shake off this mortal coil. I firmly believe that GS and the team will deliver with ALGW and all the evidence suggests that this journey will start relatively soon. Right now is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the start of the journey. DS reckons $100 million mcap is realistic, I personally think twice that is easily achievable especially if (when) the global economies go the way many expect them to. A $100 million mcap means I'll never have to work again and each of my 3 kids will have secure financial futures (if they're responsible with the money), a $200 million mcap or more?

Thought it was great, clear direction based on the needs of the customer. DD progressing well with numerous parties, RCF back in discussion. Personally think he was being cautious with his autumn timescale and I believe we will have news sooner.

Then IF it does TILS holders have been done out of a chunk of the valuation potential of STEM. As they’ve not just overpaid for a listing if they value OKYO at current price in the deal they’ve given one CLN/Warrant holder an atributed value of some £24m quid for a loan of £440k and £440 warrant purchase. That’s criminal value skimming imo.

Significant (and all imo)TILS holders would be well advised to vote down such a casting off of value for a listing in an entity. Imo.

If the intention was to fully maximise STEM as a “stand alone” entity it makes no sense to give value to existing holders of the RTO vehicle £100m! You’d surely to god be looking at a clean or fairly clean shell or new listing to achieve this Aim. Cost £1-3m say? Why would TILS holders want to attribute 100m of value to a vehicle to list STEM? Makes zero sense. Zero sense.

Not saying it’s not (or is) going into OKYO, but IF it is it’s a total do over for TILS holders as IF they give OKYO value at parity to its current valuation then they’re valuing using OKYO as the “stand alone” listing for STEM at £100m quid. That’s just the value for OKYO holders alone. That means to use OKYO as a listing TILS BOD will have given £100m of the value of STEM away to holders of an entirely different entity.

How that’s anything other than a do over of TILS holders I don’t know. OKYO was a fraction of its current value at 1.25p some couple months ago. Then factor in the £440k loan and warrants convertible for another £440k at 28 times their initial if using current value (11.37p at time of typing earlier). Wow. I can see who hugely benefit from that deal. And it’s not TILS holders. One entity would be stripping out some £24m of value from their STEM product for loaning £440k ????

Ir it does, well done all those that hold the CLN and bought OKYO at a fraction of today’s price. If it doesn’t happen-OKYO goes down like a lift with no cables imo. High risk.

Hmmmm. Interesting one this.

Would be an extraordinarily terrible deal for TILS holders if OKYO was the RTO target. Already up to £76m market cap. It’s went from 1.25p a short time ago to 11.37p today. Ten bags! It’s already managed on not a lot at all! It’s up 1000% since March lol. What’s the driver of that valuation? That’s simply overvalued by a margin on speculative value for its current products. What’s the bottom line income from those again?

So many would argue it’s already well overvalued as a company already. I’d say it’s hugely so with its current products value.

Here’s the kickers. OKYO also has CLN’s at 0.4p. They’re convertible at 0.4p! They’re 28, yes 28 times in the money! Better still for the CLN holder they come with 1 for 1 warrants at... yes believe it or not 0.4p! CLN’s and warrants convertible and exercisable already2800% up! So a loan for £440,000 and converting 1 for 1 warrants attached to the loan for a cost of another £440,0000 will net the CLN (and attached warrants holder) holder £24,460,000 of value in shares today! Less than two months after loaning just £440,000 they can convert the CLN and pay another £440,000 to exercise the warrants and have shares to the (current value of TWENTY FOUR MILLION QUID! ?????? If folks think that won’t be converted and sold off they’re dreaming lol. It’s so far in the money it’s hilarious. Good for them. They must be licking their lips. In May the cro gave a convertible value of a loan of the company’s shares of 0.4p a share. And it’s worth 11.37p now? Lol.

Now I’ve not even looked to see what other warrants and options are out there but if we fully dilute to include the warrants and CLN at current price and ignore any other warrants and options that may be out there that values (fully diluted by CLN and attached warrants #OKYO at £100m ???????? How on earth would backing into that be in the interest of TILS holders?

I’m sorry but if it goes in there #TILS holders are getting raped and it’s only a good deal for those taking that ridiculously valued CLN and that we’re in this in May who have 10 bagged this already. I’ll most certainly push for a vote against.

Either way a crazy scenario. TILS holders should be asking serious questions IF this is the supposed method to list StemprintER as a “”Stand Alone” market entity. As it’s a crazy idea! Unless you own that CLN and a significant share of the company (OKYO) bought at a fraction of today’s price!

If OKYO is the target TILS holders are getting royally shafted. Because even if they only give OKYO holders parity fully diluted they’re stripping out £100m of the value of StemprintER for an eye drops company to be the host for STEM. That’s only a good deal for the big OKYO holders not for TILS holders who would do well to question why they’d attribute £100m value to a company to give STEM a host. They could list for £500k!

Pleased with the upwards movement today. Was expecting a TR1 after the worked buy from Friday. The worked buy from yesterday as well must surely mean a TR1 tomorrow, hopefully a new holder taking a decent position but I'll settle for one of the current TR1 positions to have increased significantly as it's more of the limited free float into sticky hands. Even if we dont get a TR1 think we shall continue a nice steady rise back up towards 3p and beyond. I'm in no rush as this like many others in here is a long term hold for the bigger prize.

Unfortunately there seems to be a number of "derampers" here, well probably just 2, 1 uses multiple identities, dont you Mike!! Disagree with your analogy Secret, it was actually very positive, lots going on in the background and the difficult times we live in have made things difficult for companies in virtually every sector, bar pharma. I'm extremely happy with my investment here and I'm hoping that there wont be a TR1 RNS tomorrow as I'm waiting on funds so I can add to my holdings here, but the lkkloehood is there will be. This is my largest holding in the portfolio and I'm sure GS and the team will deliver. I'm quite certain that things will happen very quickly over the coming weeks and we shall see a rapid rise in the SP. Secret, I hope you managed to get a decent profit on SNG and wish you well for your future investments. SMA news will be soon as the DD will most likely be near completion, RCF news not too far behind. Next news within 3 weeks and relatively constant after that until the RCF which I expect by end of q3. Lots to be positive about, some to be negative about but unfortunately we cannot do anything about the current environment

Absolute tosh, this goes up and down as much as any other share, the swings are bigger because of the low free float. If you bought in April you had the opportunity to slice with over 100% profit, even at todays SP you're looking at a 40% profit, my average is currently higher than todays price but I'm not a trader I'm an investor. I look at the bigger long term picture and I see a lot of money in my future not 10 or 20% here or there. Anyway TR1 tomorrow imho and we move back to 2p plus
