Poor volume today but someone definitely seems to be adding in chunks of around 3k, getting the best price on the trade. MMs happy to take it down on pitiful selling amounts, mugging those selling and making a tidy profit reselling to our buyer(s) why on earth anyone would be selling now beggars belief, especially the small few hundred quid trades, chasing rainbows with that money will see you with nothing left very quickly. Amateurish at best, reckless at worst, but each to their own. That said gives me a potential opportunity to get my lucky limit order filled if it continues as is

At the end of the day if you have doubts about your investment you need to make the decision yourself whether or not to continue to hold. Seeking advice from others on bulletin boards wont help you. Only you can make the decision to hold, sell and take any profits or sell and accept any losses. Giles is clearly in for the long run and sees the potential as do all the other TR1 holders and plenty of other investors who have decent sized holdings. Granted the expected performance hasn't materialised, but we have to accept that this year hasn't exactly been "normal" for doing business. I personally dont think we will have too much longer to wait be it days, weeks or a couple of months. I have faith in the company to deliver they just need to jump those first few hurdles and then the finish line will be in sight. Day to day movement doesnt bother me and if short sighted PIs want to sell and chase rainbows then it plays into my hands and the hands of anyone accumulating a large stake. The MMs are happy to drop the price on any selling during low volume days, I and others will gladly buy more at those lower prices and take them off the market for when we cross the finish line and the medal ceremony

I've pretty much had all my calls answered apart from a couple of times when I've left messages on GS mobile and he always calls back. Wouldnt bother calling the London number. LA office is usually manned unless they're out on business

Perhaps you should do some research Dave. I certainly have and invested a decent amount of money based on that research and conversations with GS and other investors

Expecting at least 2 more TR1 at 7am, Mark Ward increasing his holding to around 10% and one or more new major shareholders taking over 3%. The free float is certainly diminishing and these major shareholders dont invest the sort of money they have done looking for 10 or 20% returns. Big players look for big returns

Giles and Mr Alder both increased holdings since previous notifications. TR1 issued today purely due to dilution not selling

Agree, can sell loads above mid (1.83), should easily break 2p this afternoon on any buying pressure. The 3 million delayed buys clearly show positions being taken, follow the money

So it seems the MMs dont have many available, agree any buying pressure should see a decent rise today in anticipation of news. Several TR1s to come this week, hopefully with some new major shareholders being announced meaning more of the free float into stickier hands. If the rumours are true, I'm also expecting GS to announce the news this week after the TR1 notifications have been made, this news if it's as rumoured should blow the SP out of the water and break through the previous highs. All speculation of course but surely this is an ideal time for the company to take advantage of the current climate and get some decent investments onboard and at least $100 million AUM from HNWI and the RCF (this announcement alone should see 3p)

price action today just goes to show how quickly this moves on volume. Big things coming and when the news is official will be 3p plus in a flash. Prospectus shows Mark Ward taken big chunk of the placing. Take a position sit back, relax and watch the profits roll in. As for profit takers being around, that's the same for any share, you need sellers to create a market for the buyers. Everyone will sell at some point when they achieve a desired profit level.

A while ago I asked GS about acqam and their holdings as i had heard they had sold out but had no response. The prospectus leads me to believe that they and Mr Khan have sold out but as yet no TR1. Begs the question if no TR1 then how can the prospectus show that acqam and Mr Khan are no longer major shareholders?

I've no reason to doubt what Grahams source has said, then again I have no evidence myself to believe it either. If it is true then when the RNS arrives we should expect a significant uplift in the SP. It is about time that they managed to get some decent AUM which should in turn quickly lead to additional investments so it could well snowball from here on in (providing the information is accurate) likewise I have a significant amount invested here and believe that GS and the team can and will deliver. It's a great product that has so much potential for us investors and I look forward to being able to take to twitter in the coming days (or weeks) and rub it into the noses of certain so called pundits, on copper cowboy in particular

If Grahams source is correct then I would expect GS to release the news on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I imagine Tuesday will see some TR1 notifications of diluted holdings and maybe even 1 or 2 for new holders above the 3 % threshold. Once everything calms down from that I expect him to release the news so we can start the march upwards towards a more realistic valuation. Now is the time to be adding or taking a position as when she gets going she is quick out of the blocks
