I very much doubt it. The rise to £3 was purely because our cousins over the pond got very confused with the new ratio. I can see a realistic rise back towards 220 / 230 maybe as much as 250 anything more I think is too much at the present time in the TILS story

Guess we will find out just how sticky the placing shares will be around the 8th September if a number of TR1 will be issued for the placing takers, also need to remember that current TR1 holders will have been diluted and that dilution may take them below a notifiable threshold even if they havent been selling, so take particular note of any TR1 showing a reduction in percentage holdings below a threshold. Giles has already mentioned that he has been diluted and unless he buys more between now and 7th September we can expect a TR1 from him showing a reduced percentage

Jgj99 that's absolute rubbish, Hull brought a lot of detailed research to the board which if you care to look back through the RNS was proven to be accurate. He wasnt talking **** as you suggest and if its true that he has sold then good luck to him with his future investments. It's likely he will be back around the time the next news is due which we all know will be in the Autumn so not too far away. As for investors sitting on a loss, it's most certainly not down to anything that Hull has said (see above). Anyone that invests in a share based on what is written on a bulletin board quite frankly should just go to the casino and stick it all on black as they're just gambling

Not sure about that, unless of course they are filling an order. Someone (some holders) seem to be happy to be selling in 100, 150k etc chunks not sure theyll be making much (if anything) at these prices unless of course they were buying in the 1p region when we were back down there but I dint recall any large buys at those levels. Could well be someone believing the possibility of a placing, despite the RNS confirming that company has sufficient capital for current strategies. Only thing to stop the slow decline will be some decent news from the company. Recent interviews and comms (direct to me from GS) suggest that progress is being made and the potential investors are a very long way into their DD and the covid-19 situation certainly hasn't helped. Reckon we are still a couple or 3 weeks away from news which should start the snowball effect for the hnwi and family fund investments. Possibly sooner for the RCF as I believe not much more was needed to complete the work for that and it's even possible that all we require now is some physical signatures which obviously cant be done right now. Patience is key and will be rewarded, I'm waiting on another couple of shares to come good over the coming weeks and then I've got a decent wedge to add more here sonic the SP slides back down to the bod purchase price of 1.5p then all the more shares for me to get hold of and maybe even jojn Giles etc and be a TR1 holder

Looks to me like they're shirt of shares and trying their best to get hold of whatever they can, maybe to fill a big order they've got. Spread wont encourage buyers and I think they're trying a bit of a shake to get a few panic sells and maybe get it down to trigger a few stops. Certainly being manipulated!!

Giles is probably enjoying a well earned relaxing holiday and switched off from ALGW for a while, rather than being "gagged" I suppose it's possible hes now inside, with his and Mrs Fitzherberts large holding they may well have the ear of GS and be privy to more information. I think we will likely stay in this range, possibly drop a little as the impatient chase rainbows elsewhere. I'm extremely comfortable with my investment here, my average is slightly above current SP, so will look to average down should the opportunity present itself. My comms with GS and other research suggest to me that a big announcement isnt too far away

No requirement for a placing. Corportate update stated that the company has sufficient working capital for its current strategies.

They dont add up Steve, makes you wonder if theres games afoot, although it's probably just the usual problems with the LSE site algorithms not working correctly. No powder left in my ISA but my SIPP, where the majority of my holdings are has plenty of powder left and I'm more than happy to buy more at the right price to provide for mine and my darling wifes retirement. Got plenty here already at an average above where we are right now but if I see the opportunity to get that average close to the BOD recent buys then I'll be buying big (depending on your definition of big). I was at the investor lunch in June 2019, spent a lot of time with GS and other investors and what I heard from GS and other investors makes this a complete no brainer for a medium to long term investment for the pension. I've got a trading pot too in my ISA which I've done well with as the moves upwards on volume are very significant and worthwhile but I know at some stage i will get locked out hence the larger portion in my SIPP

It drops back to around the 1.6p area or below before news. I've got funds waiting to add a million or so at those levels to bring my average down and would love to get more at a bargain price. Dont see it happening though, we seem to have a happy seller in the 1.7p and a happy buyer to take them off their hands in the 1.8p region.

Dont really care who it is that's making the large buys, just so long as they're in sticky hands for the time being

They're not moving to nasdaq, they're taking a main listing in the UK, have you done any research at all into the company or read any of the recent RNS?
