Steve, the only update you'll get with regards to the warehouse facility will be when its signed off as a done deal or if they've decided to to bother as they've attracted enough interest from investors to no longer require it. I for one wouldnt expect GS to update the market when theres nothing new to say since the last quarterly update

There'll be a couple of prints @2.07 300k and 270k both buys from my father in law adding to his position. Both will show as sells

Nice 430k buy at 1.889, someone in the mood to take a decent position or add further. Could well see a TR1 or 2 in the near future. Cant wait for GS to finally release RCF news and / or some decent AUM figures and then we will fly to new highs

Nina007, not wishing to rain on your parade or mathematical ability but the difference between the two numbers you quote is in fact just 1 million not 10 million therefore nothing to do with the consultant who by the way is locked in u til August 2021 therefore cannot sell

JPP you dont have any Accustem shares at the moment, nor does anyone else, all you have is a dummy line in your account showing your allocation. No announcement has been made as yet as to when or indeed how Accustem will be listed, some believe an IPO but the timescales stated by the company would make an IPO unlikely at this time therefore imho an RTO is the most likely vehicle to get Accustem listed on the market, what vehicle they use for that RTO is a mystery to all but those involved

TR1 holders have around 50% then theres a few just below the TR1 threshold who like to remain anonymous (I personally know of 2) plus quite a large number of retail who hold 2 or 3 million. These are mainly long term holders looking for the bigger gains and not the percentage rises we have seen today.

Really happy with that update. AUM doubled and will start to snowball as word gets around and other HNWI start to invest thereby allowing others to increase their investment. Fund expecting returns of 10-14%, loads of meetings and DD being done. RCF should be sorted as soon as travel restrictions permit.

L&G dont need to TR1 anymore, once they've crossed the 5% threshold. 3% threshold only applies to retail investors

Reporting threshold is 5% for "a group of companies" therefore once they've crossed 5% they no longer need to report their holdings.

Why must they be above 4%? No requirement for them to notify their position once they cross the 5% threshold

Agree plus any additional developmental costs would be passed on to the buyer negating the need for any additional fundraising. OncotypeDX was a fully developed system when it was sold. As it stands Stem is believed to be circa 40% better. Any sale would need to account for additional development costs plus a discount for risk. We all know what OncotypeDX sold for and I've got a figure in mind that I would consider acceptable if asked to vote on any offer to buy Stem

Personally dont think it will be listed. Reckon it's just being packaged up for a sale post demerger and the bod can focus their attentions on the TILS pipeline. Then again wtfdik
