Next news is the major catalyst for the company which will be the investment by the RCF counterparty. We know that they were looking to provide a facility of $100 million, therefore it is reasonable to assume that that will be the amount they are looking to invest. They have been provided with 100 policies sourced by Alpha which they have been reviewing for their investment case. If they end up investing the full $100 million then I thinnk that this should add between 3p and 5p to the current SP. What is likely to be more exciting is that we expect to be informed of the identity of the counterparty, now theres been a great deal of speculation as to who this counterparty is but I suspect that it will be a BIG name, this name alone could also add an additional 2p to the SP. So if its a big name (and we all believe it is) and they invest the full $100 million, then we are looking at an increase of SP between 5p and 7p. Additionally the company is focussing on its build and buy strategy, I believe that this strategy is to build AUM and buy other asset opportunities such as the recent insurance company. Theres potential short term (by end of Q4) for the company to have near to $1 billion in AUM plus whatever other assets they manage to get hold of. An AUM figure of $1billion would make us a company with a mcap in excess of $200 million, on a fully diluted (all warrants exercised) thats circa 32p per share.
