Premier African Minerals LTD (AIM:PREM), the AIM listed mining and natural resources company, is pleased to announce, an offer via PrimaryBid (the "Offer") of new ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of 0.1 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price"), being a discount of 20 per cent to the closing mid-price on 10 December 2019.

Snowking the last 2 placing may well have been at a 10% discount, but that doesnt mean to say the next one wont be at a 20% discount, he's done it before when the SP was much higher, I point you in the direction of the primary bid placing a mere 2 years ago, 20% discount at 0.1p. What value have those participants and anyone holding since then gained in the 2 years following? None whatsoever, more dilution (at a 10% discount), still waiting for the imminent Circum, $20 million from the Zim gov for RHA plus god knows what else. George hasnt a clue what he is doing and PREM offers no value to anyone investing, just a traders dream right now. Once GR steps aside then it might be worth investing in

I'd expect a rise of circa 25% or more knowing how the herd will arrive of the results are good. The placees will be inside so therefore cannot buy or sell (legally) at current prices but a nice discount and a few warrants thrown in for good measure will be attractive to some. I'm here for the trade on news, fastest finger first takes the profits, everyone else gets left waiting for the next carrot to be dangled

Wouldn't be surprised if GR is already talking to potential places ahead of releasing the RNS (hence the delay on "imminent") telling them what's in it and offering a nice 20% discount on the closing price after the RNS is released. Or will it be a 4:31 RNS offering for primary bid either way it's coming and shortly after the results are released

Until GR steps down this company isnt going to achieve anything more than continually raising funds on the back of some good news. Lots of carrots being dangled and nothing really achieved. Hopefully the assays will be good and see a spike followed by the inevitable raise a few days later. Always good for a trade though, fastest finger first to take the profits

Hearing there's a big buyer around today looking to get hold of a large amount. If true it does make you wonder why they're buying now ;-)

Are all buys

I'm confident it will all be clear very soon. My wife added a nice amount earlier today and will be taking around £30k more when another share comes out of suspension. True value right now is between 6p and 7p and for some reason the market just hasnt cottoned on to this. My thinking is the number of T20 trades that were apparant have now stopped, and a margin call or 2 which has resulted in the drop. Thankfully those sells have been bought up in the 2p area and are now being held by (hopefully) longer term investors. Patience is all that is required. Gobind and the team are working hard and progress continues to be made. Just a matter of time and the patient will be rewarded

Nice rise this morning again on little volume. L2 suggests theres little stock available so any buying pressure should see a very quick rise. Possible we could be back above 4p in a flash which would be nice to see ahead of the prospectus release

I would hardly say that a management team that have overseen a significant company changing acquisition that has seen AUM increase by a factor of 17 at the stroke of a pen "inept" I would suggest you read the last business update and see EXACTLY how this business has progressed in the last 6 months. Yet another troll for the filter bin

The company is a very different proposition to what it was a mere 6 months ago. The acquisition of Northstar has seen AUM increas by a factor of 17 to over $340 million, the last RNS stated that their will be an investment into the fund and a credit facility from one of the most prestigious fund managers in the country, this could total as much as a further $200 million this alone potentially takes the AUM to a figure in excess of $500 million, that's $1/2 billion, now we dont know what the revenue for the company will be on that figure and I'm sure it wont be the 1% plus profit commission that they generate from the BOAGF, but if it's just 0.25% that's a nice $1.25 million per year at 0.5% is a nicer $2.5 million a year just from that. A typical P/E for this sector is 29, so lets be really conservative and say 15. On those earnings alone we are looking at a MCAP of $18.75 million to $37.5 million so around 50% to 100% higher than we are currently, you can all do the maths for a higher P/E. Then throw into the mix the potential investments from the tier 1 companies mentioned in the RNS and the monies generated from those investments and then add in the additional monies from the BOAGF and you can see why we are so undervalued at the moment. This glitch with the delayed prospectus is nothing, the prospectus WILL be published and we can then move on from there. It's not going to take much to get over $1 billion in AUM and that will see a minimum $100 million market cap which on a fully diluted basis gives an SP of at least 23p. Upside here is massive and these sellers over the last few sessions are either subject to margin calls like Alun, or just need their heads examined as they clearly are impatient rainbow chasers

The 275k is a buy

20% up on the price the seller got mugged for. One thing I have noticed is the lack of selling appetite, other than a 250k and a 375k there hasnt been any volume of smaller sells, Friday afternoon saw a flurry of late buying and as we can see the price is ticking up nicely on buys. As we all know it moves very quickly on any buying pressure and I would hope that people realise that the current sp is a bargain given we were at a more realistic price a matter of a few months ago. I would like to see 4p plus ahead of the prospectus release then we should see a rise back into the 7s before the additional news releases we are all looking forward to.

Seems to be a bit of buying interest this morning. 3.64 are all buys (I was getting quoted that for dummy buy around the same time). Positions being taken (added to) at these bargain levels. Could GS surprise us with an nice intra day RNS?

In Jan we had circa 20m AUM, by March we had 300m and in the last quarter the company added another 40m. This is HUGE progress and demonstrates the Company is clearly moving forward. The last RNS gave some decent indicators here are some highlights

1. PLAC growing very strongly
2. SMA - in discussions with one of the UK's largest and most prestigious AM
3. SMA - Credit facility on the table
4. SMA - Direct asset purchases on the table
5. SMA - 'increased the interest and exposure from other significant asset managers that we are NOW WORKING WITH to offer a similar strategy to investors for similar asset purchase AND/OR credit facilities
6. SMA and PLAC - AGI fund on the table
7. Special Adviser added to the team who has vast experience and relationships
8. PLAC - leveraging PLAC's EXISITING relationships with JPM, Goldman, Coutts, Golub Capital
9. Prospectus in progress and pending FCA approval
10. Eaton Partners - Cap Intro
11. BOAGF continues to grow
12. The list could go on

I realise the RCF is becoming a hangover of expectation but as per what we know this is still in progress and the business is not dependent on it. I believe it will come in.

Sentiment will return and the SP will increase when it does or when news comes. In the meantime moaning doesn't help improve sentiment or the SP it does the opposite. Personally I have seen this drift down as a chance to buy more. Any reasonable news and we should retrace to SP levels we have already been to and then new highs so the risk reward is very positive in my view.

I suggest reading the recent RNS again and look at the big picture of what is happening here and what is being built block by block. The strategy box in the last one is a good starting point.
