Do Pello actually hold any shares in Algw? I havent had chance to look back but I dont recall them actually holding any shares. If that's the case then they can't be the seller as the exercised warrants won't be admitted to the market until the very vague date of "end of May" and as we all know you can't forward sell warrants, so unless Pello are acting rather unethically or they have shares I don't remember them having then they're not the seller. There was a rather disgruntled individual in the telegram group who threatened to sell about 3 million shares a while ago, could be him??

One only need look in the prospectus and see that these are Pello warrants from August 2020. As for Mr Alder adding or issuing a TR1 that's his decision and my opinion doesnt matter

Havent looked at the figures to determine exact buys and sells but a quick glance suggests more buys than sells, MMs kept the spread wide to disguise the buys, the 500k book correction published God knows how many times could have been an LSE error but it's a very convenient one if it is. My guess is the MMs are now on fumes wrt shares they have available to sell. Theres been very little appetite to sell over the last couple of sessions which is great but sadly some couldnt resist and played into the hands of the MMs and allowed them to fill another part of the background buyers order. Background buyer now bought circa £300k and probably wants more. Not sure the MMs can keep it down much longer. Remainder of this week will be interesting. GS is nearly 3 weeks overdue with news; large background buyer(s) taking a significant position, maybe a TR1 kn a week or so if they keep buying. Little selling appetite so they're gonna have to let ot go at some point definitely on news, but pre news its time to let the SP find a true market value

of 268495. The system automatically delays trades that are 6x normal market size or more by 1 hour. The MMs can choose to delay any other trades below that figure, once again they're choosing to delay trades that don't need to be delayed. They're playing their games and thankfully its not working. Reckon they're quite short of stock now so any buying pressure this afternoon and we could easily see a rise similar to the one we saw late Thursday, possibly more given the lack of appetite to sell

It's a bit more than that JG, Roy Rawlins was declared at 3.04% prior to the placing and hasnt issued another TR1 following dilution so safe to assume he still holds in excess of 3% therefore that takes the figure to around 30%. There are a number of PIs I am aware of who are just under the 3% mark and will be holding for the long term that takes us to 42% including published holders and the ones I personally know about. Theres plenty on the message boards and telegram group who also hold several million shares each that's probably another 10 to 15% so a conservative guess is theres around 55% held in sticky hands leaving 45% available. True figure is probably quite a bit less but that's just guesswork.

Glad to see theres little appetite for selling today, just need to see some buying pressure and we can move back up and attract some of the momentum traders to keep it moving

@ 7p expect there'll be more to come as the background buyer accumulates at the expense of the retail willing to give their shares away. Crazy to sell at these prices even if you bought them at 1p why settle for 700% when you can get 1500% or more on news. These buyers know theres big money to be made buying chunks of 500k or more. If they're confident of making money paying 7p you can be darned sure theres more money to be made by holding onto your shares and not giving them away for the MMs to kug you and make their money

Looks like another rollover. Treeshake hasnt had the desired effect. They're now taking 600k at 6.71, definitely a big buyer on the background. Looks like theyll have to pay more if they want them before news lands

If they are there (and I think they are) they wont be revealed until later. MMs would happily take 350k shares just before the 11am auction which suggests they want them to fill the order(s) they have. Any retail buying pressure will see a similar rise to Thursday afternoon as the shares they currently have are pretty much committed to the orders they've agreed

Is crazy, there's a big buyer around who wants to get a significant position ahead of news, they should be paying closer to 9p instead of 7p. Hopefully Gobind will drop the RNS in the morning and they'll be forced to pay 10p or more.
If theres a buyer on the market for a lot of shares then its madness to sell yours to them forba lot less than they're worth. Fact is the RCF counterparty will be making an investment of up to $100 million either directly into the fund or via a SMA (the latter seems more logical to me) the knowledgeable shareholders acknowledge that this is worth 3 to 5p on the SP depending on size of the investment. Those same knowledgeable shareholders also acknowledge that should the identity of the provider be as significant a name as we expect then that adds another 2 to 3p on the SP. Potential to double from current levels in the very short term, crazy to sell now given what we know is coming and what we think is coming.

Protected portfolio, definitely a large buyer(s) in the background getting their position worked by the MMs, hold onto those shares if this buyer wants a big position make them pay for it instead of giving it to them on the cheap

Looks like a rollover to me Giles rather than 2 sells. Im waiting to see what delayed trades come through, the 7.66p trade was another of thos non protected ortfolio trades so I have a sneaking suspicion the background buyer is still accumulating

Havent seen anything "rampy" on twitter in fact theres hardly anything Alpha related on twitter unlike a few years ago when the ramp brigade went to town. Yesterdays buying spree was someone wanting to take a significant position and it's someone with contacts as many of the trades were flagged as non protected portfolio trades which is where they deal directly with an MM to buy a quantity at an agreed discount to the market price. I dont think they're finished buying yet and the MMs hot caught out into the close yesterday. Reckon the reason the MMs have taken it down is because they've still got to complete this order. Expect a rally back towards 8p or above at some point again today once this deal with the MM is completed

Zaks timescale remains as end of June. Personally think that it will get there much sooner but is dependant on the level of investment by the RCF provider and also with who they are too as that could really get the company name out there in big boy land and attract other significant investments. I'm hoping this week for the news on the investment and the prospectus shouldnt be too far away either as I'm sure the audit has now been completed. Wouldnt be at all surprised if GS pulled something else out of the bag to really get things moving

Despite the shenanigans of our rather amateurish £100k seller yesterday it's been a rather good week. SP has held up well and we seem to have found a new higher base which is a good thing. I've a feeling that the news we have been waiting for will arrive next week, possibly in conjunction with the prospectus publication, although I would like to see them done separately, prospectus first then RCF counterparty investment / identity details a day or so afterwards to allow for maximum impact on the share price. So much more to come from here on in, its definitely the start of the new Alpha. Zak Mir coverage over last couple of days has been good and his new target of 14p is imho easily achievable well within his proposed timescales so that's nearly a bag from current levels. I personally think that target is pretty much about right for the company as it stands with RCF news released. After that it's all about the AUM, if the RCF counterparty is a big name then that should also attract other big names and UHNWI individuals to invest in the products. 1/2 billion AUM should be just around the corner and the snowball after that should take us to 100 million mcap in short order. Exciting days, weeks and months ahead.
