Manipulation to try and make retail believe there's a big seller to encourage the weak to sell so that they can fill the orders they have got. Doesnt seem to be working though

Dont give them the air time. I'm more than happy to have a sensible discussion about the downside of investing here but wont entertain unfounded, ill researched commentary from someone who is not invested here and likely has never been invested here. I sent an email to the company on Friday with a number of questions. Gobind has replied with answers to all of those questions. I'm more than happy with investment here and look forward to the expected news, hopefully very soon and all the new news to come as the company continues on its build and buy strategy.

Coming in now, 1.21 million rollover and a 2 million buy from 10:09. Perhaps our large buyer(s) will reveal themselves next week, they do seem to have accumulated rather a lot of shares from those daft enough to have sold at these levels

Think Giles is happy holding below the 3% threshold. I would think that having 12 million shares in the company is confidence enough. Between them, Mark Ward, Giles, Mr Alder and Roy Rawlins own circa 30% of the company. The fact such a large amount of the freefloat is held in the hands of 4 individuals is for me a vote of confidence. Theres plenty of others out there that hold millions of shares that they wont be selling anytime soon. If I had cash available it would be a no brainer to top up at these levels, I might just take some more this afternoon if one of my US investments starts the day with a bang and I can sell a few there

They want the shares, being quoted 4.8 to sell 2.2 million in 1 hit. That alone should tell you something. Never been able to get a quote for so much in 1 hit

On 14th May he had 12849478 shares. Yesterday he notified having 12894532 and increase in holdings of 45054 shares

Alder definitely not selling, RNS shows he actually increased his holding. Amazes me that people cannot do something as simple as read an RNS

All things considered today was a good day. The large sells were either bought up by a background buyer(s) or the MMs were very happy to accumulate ahead of news knowing theyll be able to make a lot of money selling these shares back to those misguided enough to gift them and at a significant premium. As painful as this delay is for all of us determined to hold for the bigger outcome, we are pretty much all sitting on healthy profits and glitches like this are just minor bumps in the road. Would love for Gobind to release the news in the morning but if he doesnt then it's not the end of the world. Holding ALGW has been a long and often difficult journey but I so far it's been worth it, the final destination is still a way off but this stage of the journey is coming to an end soon enough and the next stage can start soon after.

Basically identical amounts traded within a few seconds of each other, the person that owns the shares probably on a t20 settlement is basically rolling their position over to keep a holding, in order to do this they have to sell and rebuy the shares, the first trade is their position being sold and the second is a buy (usually at a slight premium to the sell) to get the position back

What would be the point of issuing a statement saying things are ongoing? We all know it's taking longer than expected issuing a statement would just be stating the obvious. The timescale was always going to be out of Gobinds control and I'm sure he has been told many times not to be specific about timescales if he cant definitely keep to them and using vague language like "expect" isnt the answer when a date is mentioned. The news will come when it comes, nothing anyone can do about it, patience is required

Travel_Man good luck with your future investments glad to hear your walking away with around a 300% profit for an 8 month investment, not too many main market listed shares would have gotten you that return. Always good to see someone take profits and I would never criticise anyone for doing so after all the whole point of investing in the markets is to make money.
Personally I see a whole bigger picture here and that's why I invested what is for me a significant amount of money at an average of around 2p now (bought a lot around 1p and kept adding). The fact is, and this is in the public domain, the RCF counterparty will be investing up to $100 million dollars into the company, likely into an SMA once that's announced it attracts other large investments and so on and sk forth snowballing along the way, but I'm sure you understand this having invested 8 months ago when the company had essentially a few million in AUM and the BOAGF. Since then theres been a lot going on. Plenty more.money coming in from HNWI and the small matter of the purchase of Northstar which came out of left field and is a true game changer for the company. Mark Ward took £1 million worth of shares in the placing for the northstar purchase to add to what was already a large holding. Hhats not pocket money, that's more than a lot of people will earn in a lifetime. These wealthy people don't invest thinking theyll lose. In fact Mark Ward has the option to exercise another £1.5 million in warrants should he feel the need. TR1 holders (past and present) are confident in the future of the company, Giles has stated he owns 12 million shares and hasnt sold any, Mr Alder has added further to his position, Roy Rawlins didnt declare a diluted position after the placing meaning he still holds between 3% and 4%. These guys have a lot more knowledge than the likes of you and me, they have Gobind on speed dial and I guess he will answer when they call. Theres a whole lot more going on here and quite frankly anyone considering selling because of a technical glitch or a set of interim accounts for the period before the MAJOR ACQUISITION really needs to look closer at their investment strategy

I think it is probably in the company best interests if the identity of the counterparty is revealed as it's a big advertisement for them which in effect someone else is paying for. I've emailed the company many times since becoming a shareholder and as yet they havent had the courtesy to reply to any of those emails. Would have thought GS would reply to you Giles given the size of your holding. Perhaps they need to take on an IR person that can deal with the website updates, social media and the day to day shareholder emails then GS and the team can focus on doing what they do

We are approaching 1 month since GS expected to release news about the RCF counterparty investment. This timeline was always going to be out of his control but I suspect that we will have news this week. These 100 policies must have some sort of timescale attached to their surrender be it the seller wanting their money or if bundled from a third party they may well have other interested buyers looking to take them on. I'd be very surprised if he let it go a month without some sort of update. My only thought about the delay is that it is possibly linked to the issue of the prospectus and the FCA required audit. I'm not expecting any issues to arise from the audit but think that perhaps the FCA aren't quite working to the speeds they were prior to covid-19. Think we will get one nice big RNS confirming publication of the prospectus, the value of the counterparty investment (the full $100 million is a game changer but even half sends the SP to 10p from current levels) and imho most importantly the identity of the counterparty which for me is the news the market needs as I think its gonna be a very big name which will attract a lot of attention from other big names in the city and the wider financial community and should attract other significant investments taking the AUM to $1 billion and beyond in short order. Now what's that gonna do for the SP? Certainly wouldn't be selling any right now and wonder if our background buyers have managed to get what they wanted last week? They have the same information we all do be have seen fit to buy rather a large amount of stock at around 7p investing (by my reckoning) upwards of £300k that's certainly not pocket money and theyll want a bloody good return on that investment.
