It's about as credible a anything John said. Pure speculation based on a board member profile. The only people that know are the board and the provider plus associated legal teams. Who cares who it's with. We know it's coming and it's a leading UK provider pointless speculating makes no difference. The announcement of the funding isnt too far away and when it comes this share will be the darling of the market. Every trader will be clambering to get in and those of us in the know will be sitting fat, clever and happy knowing we got in at 1p, 2p, 2.5p, 3p and these guys will be willing to pay 5p plus for their 10 or 20% whilst we are sitting on a free ride having taken decent profits to let them in.

Please point out exactly where the words "very shortly" have been used. I'm very familiar with all the official RNS and many conversations with GS and I cant recall those words ever being used.
Go to the AGM, have some free coffee, I'm sure there'll be places to get alcohol nearby afterwards although I wouldn't expect the company to pay for it.

Anyway John, you'll be able to ask GS and DS all the questions you want and get all the free drinks you want at the AGM, as per your post on 20th January

I don't use twitter to do my research into a company. Had a quick look at the #algw feed and I'm not seeing any evidence of die hards getting despondent. Perhaps you're in the wrong twitter groups John and gullible enough to believe whatever nonsense they feed you.

They have my trust, I'm an investor, a relatively significant one. There is no legal requirement to submit an RNS for an AGM, it just has to be announced. Why spend the money on something you dont need to spend money on.
Investor drinks invites? You after a free lunch at company expense??? Go to the AGM, I'm sure there'll be free drinks available, otherwise arrange to meet GS when he is in town. I'm sure there will be investor "events" in the future but I would rather the team were out working that wasting time and money courting shareholders at company expense.

I'll add one more thing, the BOD do not leak or give away anything market sensitive sonic you read on twitter or here about whispers and "hearing that....." it's a nonsense. ALGW run a very tight ship

Ring the company, speak to them and you will get answers to all your questions. I did and to keep you quiet these are the answers:

1. It coincides with the BOD travel plans I.e they're in town and in makes sense (why are they on town a month earlier than they need to be?)

2. Cant comment but we are working hard to achieve everything laid out in the RNS and look forward to updating the market
3. Cant comment however AK is getting around 10 phone calls a day from interested parties around 6 of those are from investors looking to invest significant funds and are passed on to GS to deal with
4. The team are busy working and will do interviews when they feel it necessary
5. The shareholder list published on the company website is accurate with all the information available to the company. I often get calls from people claiming to own significant holdings demanding answers to questions I cannot answer. My question to them is where is your TR1?
6. The website is a work in progress and is there for basic information. It will be updated as and when appropriate.

GS is very amenable to taking shareholder calls and will answer everything you ask providing it's not market sensitive, if hes in the UK he will gladly meet up with you. I'm hopefully flying into London on 10th Feb (cant make the AGM) and GS is making time for me for breakfast meeting on 10th (my flight lands 0615) at Heathrow

As expected, the Oracle was indeed full of it. My opinion stands, think we will see steady rises over the coming sessions as positions are taken. There'll be plenty trying to trade and I wish them luck, personally dont think it's worth risking from here on in, certainly not before the AGM. If the SP drops again though i will add further to my significant position

Another good day today. Guess we will find out if the great Oracle John is right very shortly in which case I'm expecting an excellent day. My common sense approach tells me he had a good night in the caravan and enjoyed the Skol and "movies" and nothing will come of his prediction. Positions will be taken over the coming sessions and I personally think we should see an SP in excess of 3p in the build up and then if the news comes and includes some decent AUM figures then we will certainly break new highs and head close tonif not into double figures.

Think he did manage to get out. MMs took his whole holding in 1 go at 13:16;55 all 2297 of them for £48. That's the caravan, skol and wifi sorted for tonight
