Because a lit of people new to investing visit bulletin boards such as these as part of their research into shares. Lots of new investors wont touch AIM shares with a barge pole, so when the see the words AIM listing in a post it's an instant red flag.

Difference is DEV is not an AIM share, it's a main market listing,

At 4.57 hasn't showed today. Expect some MM shenanigans Tuesday to try and manipulate the price. Fact is this company is going places. I've got a substantial investment here. I dont hold as much as some but probably more than most. For me this is a long term hold for the inevitable takeover. That said I've got a lot of shares around 3p which I may well trade, not something I would normally do but I see some opportunities to get more through trades

4.1 paid. Looks like a decent day ahead

No stock under 4p. Once we breach 4p and maintain above 4.2 it's a quick rise up towards 5p and beyond

Bachem are presenting on peptides and mention libicore as one that has completed phase 3 trials. They also mention a few more that are post phase 3. They're not presenting on Libicore

Dont think its intertrader. I expect an RNS confirming conversion of warrants tomorrow. Hopefully the warrant holder has made their profits and will hold for much higher price

Isnt far away. The lenovo deal is the worst kept secret on the market and as yet hasn't been priced in. We all know it's coming and when it does it will send the SP back beyond the 4.2p resistance and towards if not beyond 6p. That's why I keep buying at these levels from here it's close to if not beyond 100% upside. I firmly believe that the likes of lenovo hormone of the other big major players are looking closely at DEV. The lenovo tie up takes the educate arm worldwide not just in the education sector, launchpad has been taken up by a major inter state retailer for training and compliance. Adherence within a regulatory environment is difficult to monitor. Launchpad provides the monitoring required within a regulatory framework. Imagine if the US government took it onboard. The FAA for example (I work in aviation) is a highly regulated organisation that requires pilots and air traffic controllers to be fully briefed on any significant changes prior to flying an aircraft or sitting down in front of a radar screen. These pilots and controllers are required to acknowledge that they are fully aware of and understand these changes prior to starting work. Launchpad achieves this easily. Now scale that up across all government agencies, then add all the private companies and in the US alone you have multi billion dollar contracts. Worldwide?? This is a massive opportunity to buy into a future potential multi billion dollar company for 3.5p a share. If you think theres IPO selling going on you're delusional. This share will be double where it is now before I go on holiday on 9th August. That's why I'm buying more and more and more

It's entirely possible that the 3 arms could be sold separately. Prior to IPO Chris had an offer of 6p for the engage platform and flatly refused. I cant see the experience arm being of interest as an individual target unless Vanguard becomes a massive hit on the xbox etc as there are plenty of well established VR gaming companies out there. I would imagine Lenovo may wish to invest a significant sum as part of the partnership for educate as this has (as has been shown) worldwide functionality and not just within the education sector. I guess (and it's very much a guess) that the reason we haven't had official confirmation of the lenovo tie up is because they are still talking big numbers.

Added to that I'm certainly not selling. I own a little over 3 million shares here at an average much higher than current SP.. I'm a buyer as and when I can. I'm holding long term as I see a takeover within 12 months possibly before year end.
