Was very revealing. 50% uptake so far from schools. There are around 30000 schools, colleges, apprenticeship providers and eligible employers in the country. Package is tiered in cost up to £23k. If only 10% take a package at say £10k then that's £30 million in revenue just from this one arm of the company. If 50% continue to sign up at that same average cost it becomes a whopping £150 million a year. VICTAR and launchpad are the only products on the market that meet ALL of the required benchmarks. Nothing else comes close.

That's a good number attending. I'd expect we are looking at a board change and 1 and 4 have fallen. Hopefully get Antos onto the board and we are ready for RTO. If that happens then SP will fly this afternoon if RNS gets released

Was a massive hit at the skills and apprenticeships show yesterday. So much so that a number of schools signed up for it there and then. Add that to the number that have already signed we could be looking at some massive revenues. I cant wait for DEV to release some figures so we can truly see just how big the company is likely to become.

We get suspended, RTO happens and when its completed trading is reinstated at new SP relative to the mcap. So if we rto into a 10 million mcap shares will open at 10 times current SP

All depends on what other business arises. The results of the vote will be known now so it's a matter of opening the meeting announcing the results of the vote and then moving on to any other business. If as I suspect there will be motions for new directors then that will be voted on. I would say no more than an hour and an RNS should be released soon after that

Agree TG I think we will start to see some figures over the coming days and weeks with regards to Launchpad and VICTAR if it is as popular as i believe it will be then the revenue figures will be phenomenal. Engage is a world leading platform and I'm sure lots of big companies will be looking to promote their brands in the run up to Easter and beyond. Potential here is immense and for anyone just coming to the DEV party the returns on investment could be life changing figures.

Approximately £5 million in revenue generated from every 500 schools that sign up for this must have technology that meets ALL of the required benchmarks. I'd expect the number of schools signing up to be in the region of 2000 so that's circa £20 million in recurring revenue from this 1 product alone
