If you hold in a sipp and the company delists then you lose everything. Sipp rules don't allow for holdings in non listed companies.

According to some on here it's guaranteed to be here today. I hope so as them we can get back to a level more reflective of a true value. If its not today then still nothing to worry about but as the week progresses with no news them we cam expect a steady decline as traders bail out and anyone that holds in a SIPP gets out

You're right. If the nomad isn't appointed by 1st February then the share is suspended. They then have a further 30 days to appoint a nomad after which it is delisted

In which case prem can liquidate RHA and take the assets as payment. From 12/12/17 rns: RHA has been sole funded by Premier and has received no contribution from the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board ("NIEEB"), which holds a 51% interest in RHA. Premier is owed in excess of US$20 million before any adjustment for the true cost of that debt.

Phillip the government owes us $20 million set against RHA so yes we can take it to recover the money.

Cabinet meets on Tuesdays so news should be today or tomorrow. If its not signed off today I'd expect PREM to liquidate RHA into newco and take 100% ownership of the assets.

Yes it was 1p for less than a day but it stayed around 0.9 for a few days so ample opportunity. I expect the next rns will be the liquidation of RHA and the assets transferred across to newco. The Zim gov has let us down and imho the easiest way forward will be to liquidate RHA and take 100% ownership. The Zim gov had their chance.

PirahnaPires whilst you moan and complain, which you have every right to do, you state your average is 0.72 and you've been invested for 7 years. Investing carries risk and as an investor you need to mitigate that risk. I'm sure some of your other investments have made significant profits and you have at some point derisked those investments. The fact is you could have derisked your PREM investments as could we all when the price was 1p.i didn't, you didn't. Why? Because we saw the potential of the company. That potential still exists and its pointless moaning and complaining, you didn't sell at 1p
