not sure why you sell at loss4 Nov 2013 19:57
I wrote to the company today and Ian Smith replied very promptly
I will not post whole email just relevant question & answers
What I said last week is right, why a
anyone would sell at a loss I do not know.
Company was / is doing well, just is intending to leave aim
In my opinion that will make company stronger and worth more.
Here are the Q & A
What happens to my shares in invu if I do not sell them?
You will still hold the Ordinary Shares.
What happens if you delist from aim but I still own shares?
If the de list is approved by shareholders and you do not sell them before the Cancellation of the listing on AIM, you will as above still hold the Ordinary Shares, you will still have the same voting rights (based on the 168,752,662 Ordinary Shares in issue) and the same proportion (based on the 168,752,662 Ordinary Shares plus the 305,000,000 A ordinary shares in issue) of the economic value of the Company.
The letter to shareholders explained in section 4 (a) that one of the effects of cancellation would be that you could no longer sell the shares on AIM. The letter also addressed in section 6 a trading facility following Cancellation.
