We been trying to work it out for a while If manipulation then it would be very persistent and open, so very risky Its only guesses on here, but most likely some sort of swapping of shares. Which is why i think its mechanism to pay off YA We give x amount of shares then they pay an agreed cash sum To be completely honest i am guessing like everyone else, but that does sort of fit. To have a cancelled trade, is one thing but all these over days and weeks can not be normal It would almost definitely raise attention and leave a trail if it was illegal manipulative activity The possibility of robots making corrections with auto trading can not be ruled out either, but over weeks it should have been sorted. If its some kind of closing and opening of T10 T20 accounts is also possible, people closing shorts too. Its strange and not something i have seen in the 15 other shares i have held. Ya may not be selling shares (although historically they have pre sold) What i am saying is someone else may be getting the shares that would be allocated too YA Not being sold - just transferred to them. Part of a deal to pay off YA That would mean YA have not got any shares to trade or sell, but company has the allocation they would have given them and transferring to a new holder for payment, that holder looking for a medium/ longterm holding where as YA would have been off loading them. The options of funding where discussed at meeting, Zaza stated looking at number of options, Some city institutes were waiting to come in, plus option of him buying YA out. Either of those options would have to have a upside Loan note or loan financial deal at % Or shares. Now if you think Zaza for instance having those shares instead of YA is the same, your wrong. Ya would sell theirs and it would take time, Zaza et al, would hold longer and so allow sp to rise. We need 2.9m to pay off YA, i suspect we will see a number of options combined. I get what your saying However that 2.9m needs to be paid and so who ever takes that debt on would want something for it Loan notes, finance deals or shares. The best option is a mixture of both. It would not have to be YA selling, it could be the company transferring shares that may have been for YA, as part of a financial deal to get rid of them. I do like the Exxon taking them idea but that sounds like wishful thinking It does appear to be some type of equity swap is all i am saying and its being orchestrated in a way to keep the SP below a certain level to do something, or so it appears All smoke and mirrors

Most likely YA I know many think they can not sell before July, but i think this has all the hallmarks of a share swap Shares are being given to another entity, The reason for the small numbers is to maintain the sp for the swap This could be board members taking the shares for having paid YA or to do so, or even a city company which was option 2. The cancellations are because shares are not actually sold just transferred That would mean someone or a City finance company is taking �2.9m of shares so would have huge confidence in FRR Just one other possibility, and we know that YA will not be selling the shares later. We have had many weeks of these trades so if right, how many have gone thru, is there another way the shares from YA could be changing hands? A quick painless way?

i had a nice email off Malcy today I will not go through content, but was a bit about TW, nice to meet me at meeting and that he likes the look of Zaza and FRR. personally i found todays trading interesting, Alot of low prices and then a flat finish, pretty much lines up a nice rise around midweek ( Tuesday - Thursday) so i suspect a RNS sometime in those days. Which RNS ....lol Anyway i am waiting funds to clear and fear it will be after the rise, so wish i could top up now but i have a Cuba holiday very soon. You really do not have a clue How about we test 2 zones and find out the porosity and the permability. We flow test them and see what those two zones are worth. Thus making some very valuable data or we could do what you say, rush right in with half a plan, comimngle all the zones, find out that it was not the best idea to mix all, that we now need to stop two. Then we can cream out some oil, sell it for a quick buck, learn nothing and increase block value by very little. Then when Exxon et al knock the door of the data room and ask about each zone, we can tell them, we do not have data from each one - we were in a rush so we just wanted to get it all out as quick as possible. So we have no idea of the expected lifetime for seperate zones or quality of oil from each zone as we just mixed the lot up without checking. I just thank my lucky starts we do not have someone like you out there running the show

Pjohn, With oil we have been producing and selling for the last 9 years, smaller amounts but that is producing Same with the shallow gas fields, gas has been sold by the company Now if after a certain production capacity we need more i do not know, maybe someone can enlighten you. remember Zaza still has not seen what arbitration may or may not be about, or the nitty gritty of it, even unsure if it will just be considered and then never used or if it will be something to resolve. I suspect a deal is on the table and Govt want to make something from that deal. I think what ever it is, will be good longterm for FRR

I was in GKP, The awaited result of the Court case actually came out whilst i was on a plane about to leave for hawaii. I drank champagne on that flight to celebrate. By time i was in hawaii i was �24k up I too was a greedy one, waiting for �5 - �10 Fingers badly burnt Anyway consolidation, Zaza hinted possibly end of this year or early next. Previously had spoken about it, said he wants it when company is strong enough to keep the rise going. Many companies Consolidate and then SP goes back to where it started over time. So zaza knows the score and when to use it I have been in many consolidations, many have been very bad, MTV was one of the worst, The reason they did it was to work it so they had more headroom for issuing shares like confetti I have been with two companies that did well with consolidation, it brought in new investment and stronger SP So reason for it and strength of the company matters alot. MTV had more ja than Hartleys, it was about issuing shares to pay the BOD wages, always something coming soon and hints of deals with Samsung or Apple - basically all rubbish. Todd Kozel with GKP, it leaked that he was selling shares, whilst he got out, he said it was for his divorce settlement. As that happened value plummeted. Nasty business So i am aware of some things that go on, and of companies like TXO another naughty BOD, but here i do see a future with FRR and that as dificult as its been waiting, that we will see the reasons and in all likelihood a large increase in value. I will be watching for BOD buys or sells. If Zaza does buy out the shares from YA then for me thats a huge plus for us. Do we go for 10:1 50:1 or 100:1 consolidation?

I think StarRage is probably near the truth on UD2 Although we increased tonnage, we stimulated on a fairly small zone It appears to be more about proving to someone the concept and what could be done rather than getting a commercial flows for revenue. FRR are not looking in next 2 years to drill more gas wells For a few seconds this disappointed me, this because i thought gas was the future and possibly the big thing here. I also worried, was it because UD2 still did not flow correctly? Then i went back thru notes on meetings and thru info received since The prezzies, for XMAS I think they proved commercial quality of gas, but who ever was looking at data wanted more info. It was not about getting commercial flow rates as we thought, it was about proving how much would come out of this small area. Showing to someone else what they needed to know before they do a new well and flow at commercial rates. So Zaza thought what we proved was enough, but someone moved goal posts, not fully convinced and wanted this explored using 70 ton in a small section. Hence the NDA, Hence the silence, hence the still awaited presents Thats why Zaza is concentrating on oil, Thats why WE are not planning to drill more gas wells SOMEONE ELSE WILL BE DOING IT AS A PARTNER If i was a betting man ( i am ) then my money would be on Exxon doing the gas Next we have another major helping with the oil, or working particular areas Was that a hint when Zaza said Exxon working here, Bp here and Shell with us here? The gas was being proved for someone, who wanted further test and will be taking the gas forward. The result of flow will be economically small, any will be disappointed, however when they look at amount actually tested it will be actually saying its massive, relatively speaking. Thats what our prospective partner will be looking at.

I am not sure whats happening in the world of shares. We have TW now being personal and abusive to Malcy. Whether you agree with Malcy or not that kind of abuse by a blogger could only be classed as being from a Troll You would get a ban on here, facebook and other places for such a personal attack on a individual. I can only come to the conclusion that TW is a very sick person, i mean actually ILL or he is facing financial ruin and blames others too the point he is desperate. I expected more decorum even from him, than a rude attack like that. thanks for support here The twitter link to my private files has been taken down. I just caught up again having been too angry earlier, i could have ended up being banned. We may have traders and shorters amongst us, and i may not agree with everyone on here all the time, but almost everyone here is fairly trustworthy. We are all playing football on the same field just some are the opposition, in the end we all shake hands and move on. Thats how i see it. The file was linked too just the one item, on here its fairly safe. However on twitter there is always someone that can hack it. i do not have anything of value, but photos of my kids etc and its private. The real point is, the person should have contacted me and asked ( i would have said no) Other options were they could download and ask to use file themselves. I do not want to just share info with the few people i know or have met, there are many on here who are sitting quietly and reading this. They decide not to contribute possibly because they know many on here, like Mole have the ability to gather and share info. Many others too, sorry can not name u all.
