Why after consolidation The dilution is exactly the same if he raises �45m at 1p before consolidation, as it is at 15p after consolidation Think about it If your going to dilute with consolidation you would kill the price as investors would see post consolidation as the way forward and price would start to head towards the pre consolidation price If they are going to consolidate they need it at a time where the only way is up So many (not all) companies consolidate and then the price over a relatively short period goes down again to pre consolidation price in a death spiral. Zaza was very aware of this and said he had spoken at length about best time to consider any consolidation.

Is that Timeframe the 1st June? Without knowing the number of shares involved its very dificult to say but 1st of june would be a good target day. That leaves news flow imminent . Dougal66 100% agree - risk is minimal They are working with many companies on aim, they create some cash but the pi's take the risk. Like i said they are a means to an end We have needed them and its got us where we are now but its time now to hopefully move away from that type of business funding. Mole , my thoughts are 3d seismic etc would be financed via ongoing oil sales Lets be honest here, YA have taken a risk and thats got us to where we are today, not always ideal but a means to an end. I do not see YA having any influence at all on these cancelled trades, i really just see them as shares going into the market as a transfer, No money paid but a cash deal will follow when complete or we are fulfilling a cash deal thats been completed. Your figures look good and actually that makes us look quite good if it is all interest, but if i was owed an agreed $2.8m then i would not be looking at any deals less than that. What i am trying to say here is these cancelled trades are probably a good thing medium term for Pi's, that the sp should be taken advantage of rather than feared too. There is nothing i have heard that justifies either of them, so something is being orchestrated that will create value medium long term. I say that as Zaza and SN are aligned with us in that they both need this alot higher than it is today. Your 100% right thou, the work Q3 and Q4 will not be funded by YA, but i think we will have enough revenue to pay ongoing costs on a monthly basis. Makes alot of sense then to get someone else on a deal to finance next drilling Q4 which they have. I suspect in Q4 we will announce a further set of wells that we will drill in H1 2019 which we will by then be fully funded to do. I would not bet against someone drilling a new gas well in 2019 on a similar deal, if we still own the gas by then

They exist when FRR allocate them Part of the headroom that was agreed some time back Because someone is giving us a large lump of cash they can announce it after I always assumed a loan with interest, but this cancelled trade fiasco leans me more to the shares for cash

Be nice if you popped in and just clarified one of the following regarding these trades being cancelled. 1. We are somewhat on the right track regarding whats happening 2. You know what it is and its being investigated 3. You have no idea what it is and its being investigated 4 You were not aware of it / not done anything We understand you can not say too much but just saying we are fairly close to the truth is surely ok (if we are)
