One possability is the ii being yorkville, they have many different business ventures, its possible that they sold shares and put them in their investment portfolio which would be why on reuters they have a 3.34 % holding shown. Oil industry is slowly picking back up, with recovery of oil price. There was an opportunity to get work done cheaply when rigs and workers were sat idle The opportunity missed, so things get costly now. There was times when getting a rig was easy, now as industry picks up, quicker than availble equipment and workers can, there can be delays waiting for availability. some companies managed that time well, reengaging on exploration at the right time for both costs and availability, the management here did not see that opportunity where others did. Money sat in an account is not going to make char worthy of a good investment, using that money timely and effectively would have. I have asked Zaza some sensitive questions about data room and majors, of course he does not say anything but i do it in such a cheeky way, little smile and joking, that i get to read facial expressions and body language. Doing this i know that people have been in data room, at least end of last year, majors too but when i asked " i do not suppose if i mention a name like BP if you would clarify, he smiled and said no. So you get some info but not a huge amount and nothing to take to the bank, but know that majors have at least looked in historically That does not mean they liked what they saw, just that they took a peek NDA was confirmed last year, then no answer this year, does that mean said too much before, does it mean nothing or does it mean NDA no longer in place. OneDayRodney1 has a huge point, and cancelled trades are not really possible, only orders Thats why i think that these are just being added as shares in circulation, and no money to buy them, hence the cancellations, on completion of x amount of shares the company buying will give FRR the cash. Has to be a transfer unless someone can provide a valid alternative to my theory

Hi Stuart Unfortuanately its just a theory i came up with and nothing more We know that the company intends to pay off YA before the new shares issued to them Shares are available for this as included in headroom and its been planned for some time, but Zaza stated an ii was interested in helping clear YA, or he was considering putting money in himself. My theory ( thats all it is) is that the shares have been transferred to the ii, x amount of shares for x amount of cash. The ii has a good price and leaves plenty of upside The reason cancelled each day would be, because they been counted by market, but as no funds used to purchase due to it being a transfer, they get cancelled next day. Then Zaza takes up rest of debt, this works too as he can either get same price or use average price over 30 days Which is a very good price for the shares. The benefit to us is, news can be released then - allowing price to rise without YA global selling into any rise, for next 6 months or so. The new holders being investors rather than just quick buck company. Just a theory but only thing that makes sense of 10m+ trades cancelled every day for over a month Please do not make any decisions based on it, as some say i am as mad as a box of frogs
