I think its prudent of the company to not add fuel to a fire whilst any hint of arbitration hangs over us, if the gas is the reason, why would you start reporting how big it really is.

So if your passing a fire station why not just pop a few isotonic drinks in for the boys and girls from Fire, army and other agencies to help them. Its hot walking about in this heat, climbing mountains with full ppe, then fighting a fire is difficult work. You can only carry a small bottle of water in your pocket and that gets warm to drink. Yet you easily 2 litres an hour whilst doing it.

Maybe we can all do something good today, after all what comes around , goes around. We need all the luck we can get with this share.

Arbitration
Reading the Georgian rules on arbitration(in Georgian)
It appears that if a company disagrees with reasons - they can write to the court within 15 days
Then other side has 30 days to push reasons ( georgian govt)
Then if no reasons submitted it gets dismissed after a further 15 days

Now i may be translating these rules wrong or it may be for a very different scenario, however if true we are at a point now where the arbitration could be dismissed.

Can you confirm if this is right or wrong

during busy times like this i do rely on my phone for both share prices and news, the best place to find news is on the BB as anything important is always a top topic.
If we get a water break i pop on if i have a signal to get updates so yes with short time and following posters i can rely on i got taken in.

No malice, but when i had a short break last night around midnight it was a huge let down to find it was all a joke.
Due to work and many extra hours this week, i may even have missed that Zazawas in Uk
I actually at times do rely on others to get a feel of things at times, nature of my job i am afraid. Often in middle of know where often little internet and only able to quickly check on line.
I really did think something good was going on, and with the results released that day for 2017 it actually would fit.

You posted about stuff on the Friday, fully aware that they were discussing the special meeting.
So Friday you did post and so knew what was going on yet stayed quiet

I have been to a top hotel and seen a high level conference was due for another big oil company.
You would not be privy to any sensitive information but may pick up vibes from body language or even small talk in the bar before and after any such meetings.

Its not out of the question to be in right place at right time
plus companies often conduct meeting in a bit of luxury and corporate entertainment to help get a deal, Its also about neutral ground.

It started i believe as a innocent remark but it grew and became a lie and caused anticipation.
The last week i have mainly kept up to date on my mobile phone by reading this board, i seriously had first break around midnght last night, grabbed my phone and rushed to see what the news was.

I wonder if those 3 got together last night after selling up until Friday, knowing results were due and that as we all knew that they would not be pretty. They decided to pump it up with some misinformation to hold the price up whilst they exited.
