Thats massive positive news. The options mentioned included City banking and financial groups who seemed keen to finance this - Zaza at least made it sound like this was a deal already on table and that it was a very valid option. Secondly Zaza mentioned buying the debt off YA himself. One thing not mentioned was another fund raise opened to current investors, now we need remember that he would not be allowed to mention this as some would sell to take part in it. That could be happening now and so if thats part of selling i would be happy if those who thought they were being clever actually found that option not taking place and forced back in at higher price. 3. Someone is shifting a few shares and has for a while I say shifting as unsure if selling or transfer, and some speculation on who and why Did YA shift some shares to their investment side and now moving them on, either as sells or for someone else who wanted these accumulated? Is this part of a plan by someone to keep the price within a range and if so, for what purpose/ There are two main reasons why the sp should have risen over last month not fallen 1. Oil price has risen, that alone makes us more profitable and makes the near and medium term look more profitable. 2. Flow rates, again the increase of oil flowing and going to markets, with the time lag of payment increases revenue and profit. We have been talking about another placing for weeks now, did some not, forecast it for the meeting? Well nothing yet and its part of multiple options to take us forwards. Zaza selling - that seems unlikely as still tied in, if i am honest, after the Todd Kozel fiasco with GKP, if a Director starts getting out i would follow. Currently we are in a typical scenario where market does opposite to what you would expect. News so far has been only positive and market moves opposite direction. I do not see what more company can do, every well has been a success We have good flow rates which are as expected or better We are now producing oil and so money - 45 days later At least $1m a month being made Taking 750 barrels a day at $50 a barrel by giving discounts for delivery etc which is a very low ball park fiqure Working with that we would have enough to pay YA off within 2 months or so, or add new well on a monthly basis. What is not to like 1000 barrels a day by July Plus upside with additional zones. Someone is not ready for this to rise yet Who? My own take is we are clearing $1.5m a month but i prefer to play lower for things and leave an upside. The gas is extremely interesting as the silence is deafening Great RNS and at least what we hoped for. The gas is not worth considering right now, the oil is enough to make this a profitable company and so a strong case for investment. The gas could be huge, but guessing and speculation just seems to hurt us, all will become clear, either partner, farm in, JV or buyout. All possibilities. The weakest likelihood is non commercial as that becomes reg news rather quickly. I have said before that flow rates on success can be delayed for NDA, under the guise of waiting to confirm longer term. So without considering gas, FRR have become cash positive on a month by month basis and as we clear dept this will look better and better. Meanwhile question is how they decide to move forward, invest to quicken process or slow and steady using generated profits. before i leave for my 15 hour night shift, here is something to think about I know with frustration many of us are complaining about current SP, including me However lets be a little fairer and realistic here The facts are The share price today is higher today than Apri 2016 (2 years ago) Then lets look prior to September 2017 and recovery to date. Not many stocks go up in a straight line, and we are still awaiting results on everything. Anyone buying in just before September last year is laughing. Myself i am a long term holder and each drop bring a tear to my eye, yet since that large rise we have seen YA drop millions of shares into market ( or transfer to someone) We have had the strange trading with cancelled trades We have had one hell of a lot of work undertaken We are awaiting what could be transformational results. it also sounds like its goodbye Ya So for me, im just looking forward to another week, where each day some results become more likely. I recently been posting theoretical upsides just to counteract the Negativity from shorters. With sp falling and some trying to frighten people, more so elsewhere than here. I just try to balance it out a little Much to look forward to, some fact and some speculation and this summer should enlighten us on wether FRR are onto something special or not. Facts are thou, Zaza has put more money in than currently getting out( wages etc) he wants profit as do we he knows more than most Fact is, that suggests that at somestage this will rise 400% minimum just for him to get close to profit. If he does take YA out with alot if not all of his own money then i think everyone here will see the potential GLA - P.S its another stunning day here in Wales and im sat in Garden on laptop, unfortuantely with a 15 hour night shift last night and another tonight a beer is not allowed

UD2 is very secretive, i have to agree. However we know its commercial quality I think this is a case of you stake your money and take your chance. What i do see is this We have good quality and it flowed Its been very quiet, is that because of NDA It could be very good indeed, better than they expected and they are not allowed to say as agreements with someone are being written up It could be that after stimulation it flowed but still not at a level that would be commercially viable. However we were told still clearing up, so that indicates at least for now a good flow is removing inpurities The way i see it If UD2 is good or very good SP could rerate very quickly, if a deal and depending who with it could be exceptional If UD2 is classed as a failure then the oil is our safety net, good or reasonable flows there, would enable slow but sustained growth What i do find is that bad news comes out rather quickly, days or weeks Good news can take longer If UD2 failed i would have expected a RNS to say, we are looking at further zones or higher proppant in future for UD2 meanwhile we are pushing on to build up a stabilised financial footing with the oil, after analysing the data on UD2 we will evaluate. You would know very quickly if no viable flow was evident. They could even have dressed it up with an initial flow on first two days which would have been big, Even if it was poor quality due to pressure release. I could be wrong but the silence appears more to be about not disclosing whilst someone else checks data and makes a very big decision about large sums of money. Zaza said we will not be doing any more Gas wells in the medium term, is that because someone else will be farmed in to do them and taking on the cost and work? Or is it due to us not having the finances to drill an expensive gas well. Red or black?

Your living in the past fella, which is quite ironic since your name indicates you like to live in the past. I think even you have to agree we have moved on hugely since Zaza took over, compare what he did in comparison to the previous 8 years. At present we are testing wells including first deep gas well we have a plan going forward and we have Dustin who understands hydrocarbon geology and the methods of release. As for sunscreen, i do not need a KoE reminding me, i have a stunning 27 year old wife to do that.

I am willing to listen to negative postings. But only ones that question in a genuine manner asking or questioning things. Not from ex holders with an axe to grind or someone manipulating the sp due to shorting. If someone says they are shorting and explains in a honest manner why they are doing so, then i have some respect. If someone says i sold out, and lost alot so hate this company and why they finally throw in the towel. the reasons and why they believe nothing will ever change, i can debate and have conversation. However some posters like Jacknife do no such thing and actually just ruin the conversation and the free flowing of bb boards. Everyone is free to have their say, but with some transparency. Honesty and integrity. Most of us have two things in common, Firstly involved in FRR, and then all hope to make money out of it, either with price rising or in other cases with price falling.
