I would rather pay someone to visit them than put money into anything they run again. Sale of their properties would be nice too, give to charity all proceeds if not to investors. lets look at that Email quote "Had email overnight from bod saying that they will advise re nomad next week." Now at first glance that looks like bad news. We will advise about Nomad next week !! Now a clear email would say We will advice about Nomad on Monday, next week indicates, maybe not on Monday which means no nomad. But would this be bad news? Well no, it would mean TXO are delisted and unable to scam more money out of people. They stole millions and millions of shares from early investors and make promises that they will be in profit next year, repeated every year. But as next year never comes i doubt profit will either. So delisting of TXO would be a blessing although many would not see it initially

The worst thing about this company apart from it being a complete scam, is they offered this consolidation and changed the goal posts so that my shares now disappear. stolen from under my nose. They did not even tell us so that we had the chance to increase so we would not just lose them all. Perhaps monday that will be a blessing in disquise.

I am one about this company and Mr baldwin 100% I lost just short of 2k here, How by purchasing a few years back 26000 shares The price dropped and dropped to worth less than £100 Thats a risk i took and although disappointed that TXO have done nothing i knew the risk. However this little idea they have that wipes my 26000 shares out, is pure theft I am fairly happy to sit with 26000 almost useless share, with hope one day they would rise and get somewhere nearer my original investment, 30% of my initial would be nice. But no They do a consolidation and then remove shares below a certain number meaning my few k investment is closed down. Total theft. Be very aware When a company does stuff like that it can happen again Your shares today may be worth £2k and in 3 years be worth £50. I would suggest this reorganisation of shares is so they can do a placing. So maybe if this reopens, your sp will be half it opens at within weeks. Then slowly but surely back to where it is today. Then another consolidation same rules. More shares disappear with zero value A SCAM Let me tell you the winners here The institutions that hold millions of shares, who sell them at profit The bod and Mr Baldwin Getting paid for his great performance Well if he was getting performance related pay he would be paying the company millions I learnt a lesson with this company, that Tim Baldwin is a crook and i would prefer to invest my next 10K on someone to give him what he deserves than put it here paying him more money. What really worries me is the posters on here that back him, i really did not see that as possible. I am at the point of thinking that some posters here must be the crook himself. from what i understand thats not true at all I believe my £1500 investment a few years ago has become worthless, or should i say dissaperared. 26000 shares and if i am to believe this forum i now will own nothing So my 2k has been stolen fro under me I also ask what has happened to all the facilities they were building in Freeport Nice pictures they presented many years ago, where are they? barge Matha, hmmm someone want to tell me if they are using it, to what extent or what is scrap value today. Apart from theft, what has the board achieved? how much do they pay them selves for lack of performance. May be they could be called incompetent, but not in every area. They are very competent and capable of taking money for their own pockets and promising you some reward tomorrow. How many years have we been told NEXT YEAR. Its not users not understanding the business, the concept is clearly understood, but there is very little effort to actually achieve. Why would there be, they get payed rather nicely until this folds completely whether they make progress or not. But the biggest issue with these is the common theft of shares, unless of course everyone on here has got that wrong. Many posters have said if i have 26000 shares i just lost the lot. My 26000 shares that cost over 1k a few years back will be converted to 26 shares of 10p each. Making a grand total of £2.60. God if this did reopen at £1 its only worth £26 . Would rather pay a hit man 10k and evenge this theft
