Setup up your RNS alerts, maybe some sell orders and find something else to occupy yourself, at least while late spring.

Too many unknowns to predict how long cash runway is. I'd guess into 2026 but IMO, that is leaving to much to chance. We have some big holders and a TR1, even but they don't extend the cash runway.

With 737 off the table (for now) I can fully see a raise coming in the summer, or off the back of any SP movement.

JR stared, quite clearly. That the Tox Study from start to full data would be 6 months, sometimes longer. IMO, he couldn't have been any clearer. Minimum Q3 before we have data. I'm also of the opinion that if SAR are going to expense of doing this tox study because it adds value then they will see it through. Any offers made wll be dependent on good data anyway. We've got a wait, possibly until the back end of the year. With time speeding by, it's likely that phase 2 will be 2026.

I think some are putting to much significance on the "peer review". All it does is validate (or invalidate) the findings from the trial. It is standard practice but at best, it might give the chance to tweet some links or comments. IMO, it's a message to those that have already seen the data, that Sareum intend to let others see it too. Unless some well known analyst raves about the results, I can't see any lift in sp until the tox study starts or, realistically, completes with flying colours.

JR and the board have said something like encouraging results and yes, the peer review seeks to validate the findings. That doesn't mean it will though. I too welcome the peer review. I'd ask you why you think you need to protect the company from comments made by a middle aged bloke from Sheffield, do you think the holders are that fragile, they may sell? I say succeed or fail fast.

As for 737,i don't believe I ever said there were shenanigans. The relationship with CPF is complex and yes, it would be easier for CPF to just offload it but no shenanigans. I believe that to prove 737 efficacy in combo is going to be costly and complex and that may be too much to ask and hard to agree on. Some here still don't want to entertain the fact, that 737 might end up being placed on shelf somewhere as an also ran. I'm OK with it. Like I said, succeed or fail fast.

Hopefully one of the sector specific media outlets will pick up on it. Endpoints or fierce pharma, for example. If they do. We might see that retweeted. But those wanting something, the peer review could also highlight any parts that have been over egged. The board will defo want to see it befire they shout about it.

737. The next steps friend on what the mystery pharma did with the compound. Did they use existing data to try and raise funds for a combo trial. Or did they actually do some science? The latter raises more questions around why they didn't move forward with the compound. We should know in March. However, the line in the RNS that states, "Sareum will meet with CPF to discuss what steps, IF ANY, are appropriate to seek" Is expectation setting IMO.

For 1801, I honestly believe the ex Tox study data is needed before and deal comes. I also think. With 737 not bringing anything to the table, the board may introduce costs saving measures to bridge the gap between negotiations and deal signing. 1802 may stay on the back burner and I wouldn't rule out fundraising to give a cash runway well into 2026 or beyond.

It is what it is. IMO, we've a way to go yet. I'm holding but not holding my breath.

One - Because "genuine holder" or mocking those who buy (relative) small amounts seeks to dismiss those who hold but have doubts. I'm still on a free ride. Not buying is "winning" for me but I do have a lot of empathy for those who still need a pound or more to just break even.

I now see that conspiracy is bring floated. They'd rather believe the science community colluding to hold back 737 than to admit, it might not be as good as we'd hoped. If Parker and the board have been telling the truth all these years and what they said about sharing data with potential partners then surely, ICR have been been too. I would hazard a guess that the 737 data so far has been seen and reviewed by loads of scientific boards. Are they in on the conspiracy too?

All my predictions are based on if the compounds meets expectations but with each setback comes the realisation that the probability get less and less.

Defo another raise coming next year. Some point before June. It'll be needed to help strengthen the finances for the hopefully good negotiations to licence 1801.

i've been pondering this for a while. lots of posters sign off with something for the "genuine holders". surely, anyone who holds, whatever stragegy they may have, is a genuine holder? imo, there are very few here (if any) who don't hold shares.

i use "cheer leaders" instead of rampers. i've nothing against being positive about the company, it's the arrogance, confidence and authority that some here use to put down any negativity and then create a pile on with their followers. guess what pc, they were wrong again! all holders lose though. i've stopped posting because i just don't have the energy or desire to come here. i guess the new tr1 guy is pretty ****ed today.

i do agree with your 737 comment though. shelve it until cash becomes available. i don't think 737 is lost. i just think it isn't a guaranteed win but it is going to take a big chunk of cash to prove combo efficacy. 3 lots of scientists have had it now not including icr and sar.

Or the board and shareholders need to have an honest conversation about 737. Need to admit it hasn't got the legs for this race. Let the sp settle to true tyk2 value and quietly move on. Parker indicated this approach with his RNS comment. SP might go sub 20p once the Barker wakes up next week but we shoukd see news of 1801 trickle through into next spring. Best bet is to hibernate until extended Tox study data is due, could be a long winter though. I might actually start buying once the 737 news has sunk in.

First time ive been to this board since the 20th. Only came because of the RNS. Not really a surprise, I said the other week that my default position is dissapointment so SAR have met my expectations.

One day, hopefully, the cheerleaders leader overly confident analysis of the compounds will be correct and maybe they might learn to listen to both sides of the story.

Seriously though. Put 737 on the shelf with Aurora and concentrate on 737. Let see what the fallout from this brings. I'm betting that it hasn't filtered through yet.
