Private phama and IMO. It's a fact finding exercise. Collecting data, maybe even producing new data. All with a view to see if 737 is a viable, investable compound. If not, it will quietly be given back. A bit like what happened with Aurora. To be honest. I'd rather it be like this than a big fanfare that turns out to be a damp squib.

Don't want to cast aspersion, Colbolt and it's a light hearted opinion but the "country going down the pan" view is usually observed by those with more years behind them, than in front. Sierra always struggled to raise cash for 737 so they concentrated on momlotinib. We can only speculate the reasons why but it was probably the poor performance as a monotherapy. Data is needed to suggest that combo is worth investing in. This is what I think the mystery company has been doing.

Personally, I think the secrecy is because they've been working on getting a data package together. If that is the case and it's a good data package. We'll see, in January what they intend to do with it.

There's a massive disconnect with 737. By any valuation methods, 737 should have a valus of around 800 million possibly more if shortcuts can taken with the combo trials. If it gets put up for sale as I think I will. We could end up with an influx of cash at some point in 2025/26

Yep, same sentiments, DP. Although I do think if good 737 news raises the SP significantly, the board may take the opportunity to raise a cash runway into 2026.

Blue, in terms of hurdles cleared, there is more value in 737.it is much further along than 1801. If it were to be handed back. The market would (temporarily) hammer us. If good news and milestones are reached, it might even pay for 1801 phase 2 via the shares or a raise. The value of the other compounds increases if Sareum are self sufficient. Not only that. To that end, like it or not, there is value assigned to 737.

Funny, it all depends on whether the compounds get to market. If 1801 & 02 get to market, then a £4 share price would be an unbelievably low ball offer, even at this stage. If the compounds are destined to crash and burn in late stage P2, then £4 is a bargain. If there is a buyout, it can and will, only be judged with hindsight. If £4 is a good target for you. Make it your target and stick to it. It's easy, you don't have to hope for a buyout. Just set a target and stick to it. The simple breakdown is, in a couple of years, we could have three phase 3 ready compounds, with potential in several lucrative markets. At that point, even £8 would be considered, Low Ball.

737 news is the next squeaky bum time. Still not nailed on for me. If we get through that with good news, then it should be plain sailing until Q3/Q4 2025.

Yep, Ben. No point is raising and dilluting if they would be happy with a couple of hundred million. IMO, it wouldve gone to a £1 with p1b and 737 news, still might with 737 news. As others have said. The board have indicated a value at end of P2 of 800 million and that's x 2 add 737 into the mix and you wouldn't be far off 2 billion. Even if an early discounted offer came in, it would still be around £400 + million, IMO.

I dunno, DP. It could rebound but if anything but good news. The market will punish us on release of the RNS. I think the worst case scenario is, the mystery company fail to raise cash to progress and it gets handed back. Just like Aurora/flt3. Not the end of the world but a setback, nonetheless.

I work from our London office for a couple of days a month. If it had lined up I would attended. Unfortunately i'm there the week before so can't really justify attending. An AGM isn't a back slapping event. It is your chance to ask some really pertinent questions. Corner Parker away from the microphone and you might be able glene something from his answers.

Also, celtic. You reply to me is the reason I don't post that much. For clarity, I'm genuinely happy the SP is rising., I do believe the compounds could be worth 2 billion with good P2 data. Imo the sp could be shooting for £1 if 737 news is good. If a delay or worse 15p. This group is like therapy for a lot of you. you are that anxious about the outcome, you litterally don't want to here anythimg that might be negative. How many here think we will get price sensitive news this year, before 737 deadline? I don't and I'm happy with that. Rather than seeming disappointed, I think I'm more chilled tham those that 'call me out".

Some of the slides in the presentation were deliberately vague, IMO. Like you say, warty, all designed to give them an easy ride through the AGM. Personally, after the IM presentation, I wasn't expecting any news until Jan anyway. I am surprised that the sp has not only held above placing price but has risen slightly. I think that is because the 737 news is looming over us. Good or bad, we know it's coming, very early in the new year. Maybe even before.

The slide appeared to show q1 25 for 1801 trial. It wasn't clear though. Said something like 1801 compound. If 737 good, I expect a rise to £1 once the trial is announced. Good 737 news is crucial, it will add some much needed confidence.

Edit. Was looking at the wrong week. 21 days notice so I'll go for 19th of Dec.

Plenty of time for the notification, I reckon this week for the RNS. I'm going for Thurs 12th Dec.

There should be no exclusivity unless cash is on the table. The board should and IMO, They have a duty to shareholders to see this through to the publication of data. Otherwise we were dilluted for nothing.
