It a half year finance update. They can't give us any price sensitive news. In essence, the update will have already been written. Unless we get two RNS in the morning or one before we close today. Then it's locked in. We might get more insight into the workings of the tox study but I think they are going to say it is taking longer than anticipated. The slippage may be noted in the forward looking statement. Probably Q4 25 for data and H1 26 for phase 2 trials.

I've never shorted anything. Wouldn't even know how to. We in a position where, the only possible update re the tox study is it hasn't started yet. If it has and the board decided not to tell us, that's even worse. They would have missed a good opportunity to push the sp higher. I won't be the one of those who are moaning tomorrow because my expectations are about as low as they can be. Not sure how many times this needs to be said but the science means nothing if the board can't commercialise it. Aber is right, if tomorrows update is anything more than progress, we might be trading under 10p.

Keep that science close, it's a nice comfort blanket. Having said all that, I purchased a few more this morning and have done 3 times this month. Chucked another £3k in here in March.

My worry for tomorrow is the Tox study. We've heard nothing for 3 months. At the AGM, Parker said they had the proposals and were "just about to appoint the people who will do it". "and it should start early, in the new year". The Half Year statement will need to add dome clarity to this but if not started and a wooly start date is given. I think we could see a disgruntled shareholder base. All depends what "early in the hew year" means. For me, Q2 isn't early in new year. I the other hand, if we do have a start date or if has already begun. Why wouldn't they use that to raise the sp and the shelf were fundraising could have started at. The last thing for me is 737 and the Edison line about it being something that could protect against a binary outcome with other compounds. We all know what that means but it seems a weird thing to point out at this stage.

I go into tomorrow with my expectation firmly set on jam tomorrow as the board appear to have backed themselves into a corner, again!

I must admit, Im slightly nervous about the presentation. With no news on the tox study. They can't really discuss it in any detail unless an RNS comes out. That leaves 3 working days. Going on how these things usually work, Good news would be today at 11. Bad news tomorrow afternoon. Good or bad news Monday. I supose we could get news on Tues but that RNS will already have the forward looking statement. By bad news, I mean anything that isn't progress.

Absolutely nessesary? maybe not but when 737 was handed back, it was clear that an influx of cash would be needed. I've been saying it since the RNS. It was last week, probably because the half year results would have shown an unsustainable cash burn and the last thing the board needs is wonderingbifvthry can do a deal before the cash runs out. I'm hoping the £1 million gives a cash runway into H2 26,id settle for Q2 26 though. I also think the raise pins news to the end of this year. They wouldn't have raised if they thought something was coming sooner. So maybe not absolutely nessesary but nessesary enough to fly Tim off to conferences and continue to edge through into pre clinical and an indication of cancer targets.

Hi Damion. Positive news and a higher share price, doesn't bring cash in to the company bank account. I said at the time, that without a payment from the 737 licence, they'd need to raise and they did, earlier than I thought. I suspect they need to rush it out because the half yearly report would have shown the need. News on the tox study or lack of, does seem odd but I do think something positive would shift the sentiment back into blue days rather than constant red.

Aber, I tried to get the dillution point across so many times with RF facility. The voting rights gave shifted on favour of the bigger holders. To the point where the small holders will have no power on any vote. With respect, Aber, you keep saying you would take a pound too. If we can get over this latest raise and into a positive news cycle then the value should be between £500 and £800 million with a P2 asset and 737 as a combo. That's way more than a pound. The latest raise gives a runway to get there but it will be a bumpy ride.

I will keep drip feeding in. Annoyingly bought another 3.5k this morning.

Discounting the HNWI investors then I can't recall any raise that didn't eventually fall back to or below the raise price. That's the reason I've never taken part on a raise. I have always bought on the open market. One positive update on progress made should see the SP go the other way.

We don't know it was the insti who sold. I doubt it was. More like we lost a LTH who purchased a load of 10p shares on the wrap. As for the Sentiment. We have extra funding, hopefully at least 12 months but we should know more in the half year results. Now we need an update on progress.

Yep, Aber. Agreed. That's what the extra million is for. A cash runway into 2026. Parker verbally said 16 weeks plus a month. Reader said at least 6 months. If the study started before month end. We're into October. Personally, I still think they are going for a licence for 1801 then use the upfront to develop 1802 and now 737. I'm ok with that. The value jumps massively with a Phase 2 asset in play.

On the face of it. Good news. More control over 737 and placing done earlier than I thought. However, theyvpointed right at the shelf for 737, told us it won't cost much to keep it there. So, IMO, although good news and we're on a much better position to negotiate for 1801, this has firmly kicked the can towards the end of the year. More time to trickle in cash I suppose. And before anyone pipes up about an agenda. I purchased around 7000 shares this morning and have more cash standing by.

I guess all that depends on if the mystery phama are playing ball. They gave a 90 day notice to return the compound at the end of 2024. I presume, they don't need to share data until if is handed back. That doesn't mean ICR and Sareum haven't seen anything but nothing can happen until legally back with ICR. I'm not saying it's dead in the water before anyone jumps in but there will have to be a period of review and it's my opinion that the 737 return RNS will state that.

In all my years of holding and trading SAR. Experience has taught me that a long period without news, us just that. There us nothing to tell. It's hard not to read more into quiet periods but it a fools game. There us a half year results due, usually at the end of March. They are allowed to delay this though. That RNS will have to come with a forward looking statement so, I expect, we will get 'something' before then. We will also get news on the 737 handover, personally, I expect that to be on the lines of 'we are reviewing the data'. I'm still of the opinion that we are now firmly in Q3 25 for anything significant and depending on the cash burn from June to Dec 24, we may see some discussions around cash flow. Of course, pigs might fly and a deal may drop. Who knows

The only social media platform that could possibly move the SP would be WallStreetbets on Reddit. These are the guys who nearly collapsed the hedgefund market with the Gamestop. Thing. It would be about the science though. It's about high volume trading from retail investors. Possibly illegal but if they were onside. The only way would be up.
