Absolutely Num. I've always believed that if it's a big deal £50 mil plus up front, they will suspend just to keep it orderly. It's a bit unfair for those that know the score because that could see a huge spike that we could take advantage of but in reality, it would only triple the market cap and realistically that would mean an SP of 3 - 5p.

IMO. I can't see SAR ever getting to the divi stage. The company would need a restructure, it would just be a shell to move divis to the shareholders. I think we'll be swallowed up by a big player.

I reckon you could buy today and cash out on a 100% profit by spring next year. We could actually have 3 compounds in trials by that point. There is always a chance of a megabucks deal, it all depends on the data and how much the big boys are willing to pay for something that is untested. But for me, it's always been 2020 for a big cash out.

For what it's worth, I fully support SAR developing TYK2 Immune or at least prove to the industry that we can and are willing to do this without them. The price can only go up with each milestone we reach. I'm willing to take a hit with a placing but the fact that Tim mentioned licensing Aurora to fund TYK2 development says to me that the placing will be minimal to tide us over. It may even come before we need it.

Looks pretty normal to me. MM's just making a market which I guess is quite difficult when the vast majority of shares are held tight by LTH's. I reckon the actual free float of shares here is relatively low. It's just same shares being bought and sold over and over.

I'd gladly take 10p but I think double that is easily achievable if we are more realistic about time scales.

What's you thinking Thoth? I do think there is more to know. My theory is the director buy was significant. I still think that was when we handed some data over for due diligence, maybe even exclusive with the promise that we wouldn't select the candidate while it was being studied. I now think that an offer didn't come or the offer wasn't nearly big enough so we're going to develop it ourselves until a more realistic offer comes knocking. It's a game of poker and we've got to be willing to stand firm with the threat of a placing looming. I more excited now that I have been all year.

Bounty. 3.9million is approx 20% of today's MC. Why would the sp rise higher than that? We'd need it to get TYK2 into P1 and that's probably not enough to see it through. The potential is huge but the risk that 1, 2 or all 3 compounds fail is huge too.

That may be it, Thoth. Today's RNS says they are still looking to licence Aurora. So presumably, if it is Sareum Development Compound, that means we are going to develop it while someone else does Aurora?

With all due respect Aber. What is Parker supposed to deal with? CHK1 is with someone. Aurora has issues and they've only just selected the candidate for TYK2 immune. It would take an exceptional salesman to sell what effectively was a dream until this mornings RNS. We aren't as far down the development road as dome think we are.

Whether we think SAR will be here in 2020 or not isn't the point. If we want maximum value from TYK2, we cant just sit around and wait. We have to push forward without a partner. The price for TYK2 goes up with every step forward taken. Candidates selected tick. Funding secured next, then application for trials. All this happened with CHK1. It would be foolish to believe we don't need to do it for TYK2.. IMO, we do.

JT For the second time today. Absolutely. Tim has done a good job setting expectations in this RNS. It mentions 2020 and 18 months several times. IMO they need to specify how they will fund the development of the newly named compound. IMO, the longer this announcement this takes to come the better. If a placing is coming, it'll come on the back of this RNS.
