Also, on top of what I just said. I think we'll see some explosive news from Sierra before the year is out. Maybe even in their next update.

I'd agree with you there Ahfam but If the next SAR milestone is based on first dosing on PII then we could be waiting a while. Will they dose before recruitment ends or will they wait until the trial is fully recruited? They are obviously different things. A placing is a distinct possibility and should be on the radar of all investors, Including LTH. I do believe we will get news on TYK2 and or Aurora which will hopefully crystalise what the bottom SP will be. A decent licence upfront for TYK2 might see us at 1.5p and if they placed soon after. Then we'd be good for another year and next year is where it's at IMO.

Yeah, but other than a higher chance of a placing because the CHK1 P2 trial will be focused on a new subset of patients (which imo, is good news). Everyone is down in the dumps. Literally, all the recent research people dug up still stands. If everything was true this time last week, it should be still true now.

It's a strange board this one. No ramping or deramping goes on but it's very polarised. One minute, we're all going to be rich, the next minute we're back to waiting patently. As pointed out, fundamentals haven't changed. Some timescales have but that is a means to an end. If CHK1 shows some kind of efficacy in Ovarian cancer the SRRA sp will rocket and the fast track to approval could be a reality. Genuinely think that won't matter to SAR though. Think we'll be long gone before that happens.

Aber - think you need a a SAR holiday.. I said yesterday. The problem with making stuff up is it just ****es you off when the company doesn't deliver what you want. I've said this before too. If you weren't a member if this board, what would you be expecting to happen. Candidate selection and maybe a milestone, that's it. The rest is dreaming. I'm more than happy to hold these. To be honest. I don't think we'll see royalties. Sierra or SAR will be bought out before then. I said the other day that I think our 'share' of CHK1 is worth £200 million already. This guesstimate may be on the high side but we're going to see some big news coming from Sierra for the rest of this year and next. If they have got something in ovarian cancer, they won't be able to supress the news and Sierra will become a target for big pharma. If we can get the same success for TYK2 and get it into P2, the valuation for the 100% owned compound is 4 x CHK1. Timeliness? I think next year but who knows. Some here think sooner.

No. We get approx £70 million in milestones and approx 2.7% of global sales. Which I might add is 1.2 billion for ovarian cancer but this is expected to reach 5billion by 2022. My point was, there is nothing we can do other than wait. TYK2 is where it's at for us. CHK1 should provide the funds for SAR to make TYK2 a blockbuster.

Your opinion is flawed though, Utar. We are getting a payment, we just don't know when. Could be today, next week, next month or next year. And when you start not being able to disagree with an opinion, you end up with Trump as President. It's a slippery slope.

IMO - milestones are secondary here. There is nothing we can do about it. CHK1 is no longer ours. The payments will be a means to an end. Hopefully, we'll get enough to not have to place at the end of the year. You can disagree with this if you want. The director buy restrictions are off today. So whatever the reason for buying was it can now happen.

Reading between the lines, i'd say Sierra are homing in on the 'cure for cancer'. Something that the market will go wild for, which also makes me think they are out to sell to the highest bidder. Good news for us as our milestones get paid in full plus anything else that was in the deal. I think it's become less about a wide range of uses and more about what will create the biggest hype.

Where are Apple and Jack? They need to tell us how this should be a £1 a share. Think 3p could be a reality here.

Aber - stop kidding yourself with thoughts of imminent deals. The milestone will come when triggered. Neither we or SAR know when that will be. IMO, I believe it will be soon but who knows. The director buy is a punt on this being soon, again IMO. We are now reaching the limits of what could be deemed mid-year so the candidate selection will have to be soon. I still think this will come after milestones are confirmed though. Peeps just need to chill out and stop taking what they read on here as actual fact.

I don't think its surprising at all. If we are getting a milestone, it's likely to be in the region of £3 million which isn't exactly a windfall maybe a 15 rise. The candidate selection is unlikely to move the SP much either, CHK1 selection didn't. It would be good if we could hold 1p though. If there is a spike in the next couple of days I may take advantage and do a bit of top-slicing with a view of buying back on the inevitable fall. Our next rerate, IMO is TYK2 going onto P1

Sorry Aber - the director buy says to me we are still in the early stages of a deal. Happy to be and hope I'm wrong. I can see all the clues but they don't add up to anything yet. The good news, If I'm right and we can push TYK2 in P1 then I belive we can get £400 million x 2 for it. if someone wanted to buy our 27% of CHK1 I reckon we could get £200 million for that already. That's a potential 1 billion valuation. I don't mind waiting for that.
